Living area on both floors can accommodate all 20 guests with at least 12 guests below in one area. Sky TV and Freeview TV, iPod docking station

A hot tub will be provided for your stay on request, and is included in the price. Please advise at the time of booking if this is required.
A security deposit of £900 is required at this property.
Dogs are permitted but not in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Please note pet fees are £35 per pet per week.
Cot and highchairs provided upon request.
Use of the tennis court throughout the year (please supply your own rackets).
There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs which allow wheelchair access.
