Location was perfect
It’s just not clean, cheap bedside tables, rubbish left on the floor and when we emailed to explain the cleaning situation we’ve had no reply.

The bath was amazing and very relaxing. the room and bed were very comfy also.
If the TV had Netflix that would have been perfect

Beautiful location lovely room easy to get key etc lovely hot breakfast couldn't fault it

Location was fab - breakfast was timely and hot .
Decor needs some modernisation. Small things like chipped cups etc was not great. Robes and towels could also be newer / softer

We loved the central location and beautiful view. The bathroom in our room was great! We also loved the breakfast which we thought was superb considering there is no restaurant within the hotel. We were really grateful that the hotel provided us breakfast for our toddler too!
Whilst the decor was great, a few items could do with a little LTC - the mirror was damaged on the bottom and there were some marks on the bedside cabinet and tables.
One other suggestion would be to offer an earlier check in as standard as we weren’t able to check in until 4pm which we felt was a little late considering check out is 10am.

Great location, lovely room with a great view and breakfast in bed was lovely

We stayed in the Rupee room. It was spacious, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is so good. I've been a couple of times now and I'd go back again. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I'd highly recommend The Old Bank Rooms.
Nothing.

The location could not be more perfect, the view is stunning. The size of rooms and quality of breakfast was brilliant. Really comfortable beds.
The rooms are due a lick of paint and some maintenance given the price paid. Parking does cost an awful lot due to the location. It wouldn’t put me off but it does add to the overall cost.

The superior room was clean and lovely, the bath was huge and breakfast was lovely, the bed was very comfortable
My only dislike was that we came on a very cold and icy weekend and the main radiator in the room wasn’t on and the small electric rad supplied didn’t really do much to take the chill away in the room as it was a large room.

Great location - in the heart of bourton on water
Breakfast was decent but has to be eaten in the room and you have to make your own coffee or tea
Room could have been cleaned more thoroughly - stains on the table and cutlery.
Responsiveness - I sent photos via email last month but never got a response.

The location was perfect. The suite was spotless and very roomy and the breakfast was fantastic
Only issue was we never received the code for the key box when we arrived and had to call them hotel up and they were very friendly explained the reason and helped gain access to our suit within a couple of minutes

Lovely room bit small
The fridge wasn’t on so milk warm!
Single beds not double and it was for my husbands birthday - we don’t get much time together - awful banging and clattering in the bathroom from the tap when people in the property used their water. Ended up going home, didn’t get to sleep here unfortunately and I got a refund of £50 because the noise was so bad from the tap I don’t think we could of slept through that!

Location
On arriving at the property the entrance stinks of old cooking oil. We had no WIFI for most of day 2, which means no TV and nobody to call to fix it. The guy helping at the key boxes is clueless. The breakfast was awful. It arrived with a sweaty man in track suit pants with half his backside showing. Poached eggs had stood in water for so long the yolk was watery. We didnt bother to order breakfast on the second morning. The duvet had been washed so many times it was lumpy. As a luxury aparthotel the Old Banks have missed the mark completely, dilapidated, overpriced and very disappointing.

Not anything really, all was great!

The location is right in the centre of the village so is a perfect location. Parking near by. The view from the room was spectacular & the room itself bright, light & beautifully decorated. Lovely big bathroom with old bath & modern shower. The breakfast was always served on time & very enjoyable. The extra touch of having a small fridge in the room & the water & milk was much appreciated. This is a little piece of heaven in a beautiful magical village
I really do not have anything to comment on

The view is amazing and the location is excellent
Very small room with tiny bathroom.
Couldn’t even fit in the shower and couldn’t wash our teeth and face properly
No room for suitcases
We could hear everything from the room next door

The bed was super comfy and the breakfast in bed in the morning was a nice touch! The decor was finished to a beautiful standard and the bathroom was gorgeous!
There was nothing not to like! The tv didn’t work in our room but that wasn’t an issue.

Great location and apartment was very comfortable and lovely huge bed.
Did not realise there was a main road right outside and very noisy from 6.45am onwards when the bin men started them bottle bank and refrigeration vans outside etc.

decor was lovely, location is amazing and the breakfast was delicious.
could do with a bigger table to eat at, we managed though

Breakfast was good. Would have liked choice of yogurt with the toast & pastry selection option. We had no non decaf for the cafetière on the 2nd day though.
Absolutely loved the bathroom, bath amazing & products incredible! Loved it.
Room with a view- exceptional! Would come back tomorrow.
It was a surprise from my husband for my birthday- he got it spot on. Also as it was just us- the breakfast in bed idea- great. Felt very spoilt
Just the lack of fresh coffee. When breakfast was delivered we did ask for some- they were unable to give us any.
Also no hangers apart from those used for the bathrobes,& a box of tissues the room would be nice.
A bedside light on both sides would be good too-if one wanted to read in bed while the other slept

Location was very good. Central to the town and surrounding area for walks
We stayed in a suite with two rooms. Both had king size beds. We thought the second room was very small compared to the other one. Also all the facilities were in one room … tea, coffee, kettle, fridge, etc. This room also had two mirrors, whilst mine had none, and the room had a table and only two chairs, mine had none, so when breakfast was delivered one of us had to sit on the bed. There were 3 of us staying but if it had been two couples I’m sure there might have been some disagreement as to who had the large room with all the facilities available, as my room was tiny with only enough room for a bed and clothes rack. The room at the front was really spacious with a lovely view and all the facilities, which also included all the above, plus iron, hairdryer, etc.

We had the yen room and the shower was really tiny

The location was perfect and breakfast was lovely. The information received beforehand regarding booking in was great .
The reason I choose The Old Bank Rooms for my mums birthday was because the photos on booking.com looked stunning . However when they arrived they had a very small room, which was nothing at all like the photos and my poor mum literally had to sit on the bed for breakfast as there wasn't even a chair to sit on . I was very disappointed !

Really lovely accommodation and location, very nice bathroom products
A bit small to manage a couple in the room with breakfast at the same time

The chip shed food was very good. The breakfast was excellent. So well presented.
The room was tiny. No space at all to move or storage. It was like sleeping in a cupboard.

the proximity of the hotel to all local amenities; breakfast in bed; fabulous view from the window; room's coziness
wifi was not working well; tiny bathroom; not space to open a large suitcase; not very warm
