לצערי, לא נהנינו בכלל.

רק המיקום. נמצא 5' דקות הליכה לקניון.

הגענו בלילה ולקח לנו כמעט שעה למצוא את המקום! זה היה מתסכל נורא!!! מסתבר שהכתובת שניתנה לנו לא הייתה נכונה. המיקום של הוילה נמצא במקום שבלילה נורא קשה למצוא אותו.. קחו את זה בחשבון במידה ואתם סוגרים איתם. ואם החלטתם כן, תזכרו את המקום שנקרא Ben's Bar שזו הכניסה לרחוב של הוילה, ממשיכים ישר עד הסוף. הניקיון של הדירה מזוויע, מתחת לכל ביקורת. שולחן האוכל דביק, הבריכה הייתה מלוכלכת והמצעים בכל החדר היו מלוכלכים. חבל ממש כי זו וילה שיש לה פוטנציאל אדיר... התבאסנו מאוד מהשהות שלנו.

Could be a fantastic villa but unfortunately the state of cleanliness and repair mean it is poor.

The house is beautiful and is in a great location.

The house had many maintenance and cleanliness issues which caused problems throughout our stay. I can summarise as follows: - female sanitary product in the pool on arrival. Reported straight away but ended up fishing out ourselves after no one came within 24 hours (didn’t want the kids in the pool until it was cleared). - green layer of algae around the top of the pool. All clothes were stained green. Kids hair turned the water green when rinsing after being in the pool. - pool drain was broken. Reported on day 1. Not fixed until day 9. This was dangerous as could cause cut feet if anyone stood on it. - outdoor pool lights and outdoor canopy lights didn’t work. Reported to pool maintenance person on day 3. Fixed on day 9 (pool maintenance man stated he had already reported it previously but had never been fixed). - kitchen tap was very loose. This did get fixed when reported. - air conditioning units were leaking. These got fixed whilst we were there (day9) - rear blind was stuck up with glue. Came down when pulled to close. Fixed when reported. - cupboard door to washing machine was hanging off. Not fixed despite being reported. - cigarette burns on inside and outside sofas. - lots of overgrown grass/weeds in garden. - maintenance team in the house for over half a day towards the end of our stay. Noisy and meant we couldn’t use the facilities. - cleaners sat on the wall outside of the house from 10am on the day of check out (despite us notifying the management company that we will be out by 11am) - bathroom fans not working (fixed on day 9 of our stay) - general worn and tired feel to the villa. Management were responsive when notified, however these things should have been dealt with before we arrived. We paid a lot of money (over £1k per night) for luxury. This villa could be that, but the maintenance and general state of cleanliness/repair means it is far far from luxury. We are really disappointed with our experience.

Great for five couples around 30 to stay.

The house was beautiful! I liked that each room had its own bathroom and that the air conditioning worked amazingly. It was close to the mall and a street full of small restaurants, so it was easy to get stuff.

I wouldn't say I liked that when we arrived, the driver coordinated by the villa left before we even found the villa. There was a line of ants from the terrace to the kitchen. The wifi only worked in the living room. There were some dumpsters to get to the house, so it smelled bad, it was a residential area, and finally, we had to buy our own dishwashing soap and detergent for the clothes.

A lovely place for a large family.

Spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Large and good TV. Comfortable beds. Excellent views from the two bedrooms facing the sea.

The kitchen sink doesn’t drain property (the drain point is higher than the sides). Not enough bowls (for cereals). Problem with entering via a code which was wrong and no answer by phone, just messages (which were answered relatively quick). The villa is attached to another house and doesn’t stand alone. There is a 500€ deposit.

Great company and would highly recommend

Excellent servis from Phaedrus Living. Definitely would recommend it. Great villa and nothing was a problem. We had a bit of the issue to find our villa at nearly midnight when we arrived and company answered my phone and sent detailed instructions with video. What a great service. Nice villa, great location. Only it could do with a bit more dishes in the kitchen as per 10 people we struggled to have a meal at the same time with dishes. All in all fantastic experience

Villa could do with a bit more hooks in bedrooms, bathrooms and maybe add few more chairs in bedroom etc. We had nowhere to put our clothes when we were showering 🚿 etc. Little details only but it would make our stay even more comfortable

Beware - below standard villa and terrible customer service!

Low standard property- do not be fooled by the photos! A week surrounded by loud construction work taking place in the buildings attached to the villa. The photos made the property appear to be stand alone - it is not. It is in a residential area, loud neighbours, lots of traffic, not private and secluded by any stretch of the imagination. On arrival the place was dirty, un-mantained and from day one the staff at Phaedrus Living just fobbed us off with excuses...and kept sending people round to clean or fix things...all of which disrupted the holiday and should have been addressed before anyone checked in! kitchen floor had a very strong odour of animals and several places where the tiles were very dirty. Other areas were not cleaned to a standard becoming of a basic house rental, nevermind a property marketing itself as ‘Luxury’... These were the main issues, all of which should have been resolved long before any guest checked in: - Kitchen overall cleanliness, oven trays greasy, crumbs and food spots next to bins, on cupboards and hair on floors. - Downstairs windows were smeary and unclean. - Prominent unclean / animal-like smell in kitchen (shocking for a property that does not allow pets of any kind) - Several facilities in the listing were broken and unclean. Furniture / fittings felt tired, deep dirt and scratches on walls, a cigarette burn on sofa, doors have deep scratches in - rust marks on tiles. - The swimming pool had a layer of yellow/green residue on the lining, making it look very unappealing. - So many things were broken, A/C, bathroom fans, bedside lights, electric awning... - the self check in means the managers never see the house or who stays there. There was no welcome pack, or guidelines of how anything was meant to work. Every complaint we made was responded to by a robotic excuse 'sorry for the inconvenience', blaming the other staff, the weather, the lack of supplies....

Amazing villa in a perfect location!

The villa exceeded my expectations, there was 9 of us staying and all aspects were 10 out of 10. the villa is in a in an amazing location 5 minutes from the mall and 5 minutes from the beach, you can see the sunset from the pool and the bedrooms great value for money, it had all the facilities you will need and was very clean! The most important part was the staff were very accommodating and helpful with any request, nothing was too much!

The sink in the kitchen is too flat so the water doesn’t drain very well.

WOW WOW WOW

Everything was just perfect! We were let down by easy jet and had to book this villa very last minute for 1 night as our flight was cancelled. Communication via email was brilliant, very prompt responses and the menthod of paying was super easy. The villa is absolutely stunning overlooking the sea, facilities were excellent. We wished we could have stayed longer! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely property but many small problems. (None were that bad that it spoilt the holiday.)

The property was situated in the area we wanted Good size house for the 9 of us Good sized pool Outside furniture very good The house was very clean and looked inviting when first walking in Comfortable beds Good size fridge/freezer

It just did not hit the mark in some areas 1. Downstairs bedroom no cupboard or drawer space to unpack due to spare bedding 2. Plug in downstairs ensuite broken 3. No brush supplied for keeping dinning area clean, vacuum available but not that effective 4. Not enough breakfast bowls or large mugs for a group of 9 5. Not enough wine glasses for 5 when we arrived (extras supplied when asked) 6. No sharp knives all blunt 7. 2nd bedroom upstairs shower sprays out when used wets the floor badly 8. 3rd bedroom upstairs side lights do not work 9. No door mat when entering from the pool so wet floor which was very slippery 10. No working hair drier when we arrived ( another supplied when requested) 11. Not enough pool towels for the size of the group 12. No information booklet about the property( It took us to day 5 to workout how to close the back gate so the small children could not get out. That maybe us being slow)

In general, the villa is great! Each room has own bathroom and it's very comfortable for 11 people.

Nice location, seaview, cleanness, big kitchen with everything you might need, big restroom with big table and TV

It was hard to open a door as there is a problem with the lock. Also, the airconditioner switch is hidden by a bad and it was hard to find it.

Superb

The villa is new, made with high end appliances and materials and is very modern. Each room has a bath and air conditioning. We had an issue with the dish washer ( it was brand new but not properly installed) and the response of the staff was really fast and hands on. Although too small the pool has a really good maintenance and cleaning schedule and it is always super clean.

Rooms are quite small and at a size for 10 person it can get crowded. The pool is quite small and it doesn't have an own temperature so during the hot days it is not the cooling place that one would need.
