A wonderful hotel!

The hotel was absolutely spotless, our room was so modern and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was quite big and amazing... oh and the mattress- had the best sleep ever!

The breakfast was ok, but no one made our eggs which was a disappointment and the food was exactly the same everyday.

The hotel is fair but the location is quite good.

The location was excellent

The facility needs to handle its parking places. One staff member was totally unhelpful and spoiled our trip with her attitude and manner. Another thing that I found very disturbing was having to communicate in English at the Hotel reception in a country whose official language is Greek and their visitor happens to be Greek also!

Real disappointment.

The breakfast was varied and good.

When I searched for a hotel for the last day of our vacation in Cyprus, I really tried to read all of the reviews and find the best solution possible for our family of three (we have a toddler of 2). This hotel seemed like an excellent choice. We payed too much for what we got. When we came to the room, it smelled like sewerage and the whole time we were there there was this weird sound like washing machine next door or above/below us. It seemed so loud that it kept my baby from falling asleep multiple times when I was trying to put her down. We arrived at 12:30, our room was ready around 13:30 so we checked in and waited. We were told that we could use all of the facilities and that was almost the case except that when we wanted to use the sunbeds and the pool, there were none available. The sunbeds were full of towels, but only a few people were actually at the pool. Later that day, around 18:45 we were back from the zoo and ready to take a dip, but as we entered the pool, the bodyguard told us all to leave and watched like a hawk to make sure we all do. I don’t have to explain the tantrum my 2-year-old have because she couldn’t use the pool even for a few more minutes. The next day my toddler had an accident next to the pool, she peed a bit. I went to the reception and asked if a cleaning staff could come to mop it up. I waited for half an hour but no one came to clean it. Both of the pools (large and one for babies) were dirty and not well maintained. To sum it all up, I was really disappointed with our stay and definitely won’t come back.

Good located hotel

Breakfast was ok, the room was nice and cofortable. Hotel is situated near sea and also near Harbour station, so very good location. Nice pool outside. We were able to check in before the oficial time at 14.00.

There was a problem with the smell in the bathroom from the tubes, but it seems it is a problem of the whole island. We would appreciate if the cleaning lady would wash the floor (at least one time) rather then continuously change the towels. We found also a few ants in the room. The hotel was situated in noisy street.

central location although the area was quite run down around the hotel.

Close proximity to the beach and harbour. Clean The new part of the hotel looks modern and fresh

The staff were not overly helpful the older part of the hotel wasn’t as nice noise around the area at night and building works

Very poor

The rooms are really nice and clean. Good location also.

It was a bad experience. i went for my wedding and we chose this 4 star but got 1 star service. There is one woman on the counter who was so rude and annoyed if i asked her where is the iron and if she can show me where is it. Very bas hospitality as you have to pay everyday for your morning tea which is a small tea bag. I regret my decision to stay here for my wedding :)

Enchanting

Top notch accommodation with excellent facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, nice buffet breakfast and enchanting spa. All this just a few meters away from the beach, main shopping and cafes area. extremely recommended

Disappointment about the double payment

The hotel was in a good location, clean and comfortable I didn't rate the hotel because I was charged twice for the room and I haven't been able to get a refund for two weeks and I'm still waiting

Enjoyed the hotel and impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and amenities. I would return again.

Lovely hotel. Modern very clean hotel with a lovely pool and pool area. Room decor and detail was excellent. The bed was very comfortable with fresh, comfortable linens. Well located touch pad controls for lighting, air conditioning, privacy, etc. Amenities available, such as a robe, slippers, beach towels, coffee, water, nice closet space. Outside balcony with seating overlooking the pool area.

The room was a bit on the small side but perfectly okay for a single person. Only one USB port in the room at bedside, however, a friend also staying at the hotel in the same type of room had two USB ports in theirs. Late check out was possible on my departure date, however, there was an extra charge of 30 Euros. Breakfast was included with the room. The selection was good but I really didn't find the quality and taste that good so I went to a near by restaurant the second morning.

Medium hotel..

Shower was big, comfortable and hot, they are some kitchen staff that they are helpful, many towels, you can cook normally, they have some shower gels, great parking area.

Medium customer support, medium cleaning in the room or public areas, medium breakfast, no indoor kids swimming pool only one normal one 1.40 cm all of the swimming pool, no warming bottle for baby's milk, no bathrobes or slippers, or hat for the hair, only two soft pillows, no hanger for toilet paper, or towel next to the sink, bathroom door didn't closed at all, tv no need to open it at all, except if you are arabic. No cypriot channels or even subtitles on them.

Good value for money. Excellent location.

The room was very nice, well designed and clean. Nice balcony, and the bathroom and shower was great with hot water at all times. The wet and dry saunas were very nice, free of charge. The service and the staff were very good and kind. The location was excellent and could not be better.

The breakfast was very boring and unsatisfying to my taste, every day the same breakfast were served with minor changes and it was very minimalistic and dall to my taste. Nothing bad, but nothing great.

There is cooking stove in the room, and on our arrival there was very strong smell of fried/burnt oil, the room wasn't vantilated

Cozy and good location

The hotel is new and tidy hotel.The location is very centeal, just a 5 min walk from the pedesrrial beachfront, the cafes and restaurants

You have to walk 2-3min to get to the parli g area..which is a problem if you have small children, especially if you re turn back to the hotel late on the night.
