Amazing sleep will definitely be back again! Thank you!!

Had the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time!! The bed was soooooo comfy!!! The facilities are absolutely spot on. The staff that came out at the entrance was really helpful and polite.

The tv turned down by itself made us feel like we was being watched, and the door sounded like it was being opened and shut all night and then continued in the morning. (Guessing this was either the wind or next door in and out)

I loved the apartment, it was private, clean, and had easy access.

I was able to order some groceries and cook at the apartment.

The water pressure is really not the best, but all in all- not bad

Perfect place for a city break at a reasonable price.

The property was bright and well looked after. The bed was incredibly comfy. The staff were very helpful and communicative, especially about the parking.

The area it is situated is surrounded by an industrial estate, which is why it’s reasonably priced, but was a bit isolated.

It was at last worth my expectations.

I didn’t have breakfast. I am not a breakfast person 😊

I waited for quite a while to get my code as had to redo my IF all over again and that took time.

Excellent location

My wife and I have used this property repeatedly now every month for the last 18 months, and it is our 'go-to' location when we stay in Sheffield for business. Great value for money combined with excellent customer service from the team on site make it a no-brainer choice for use.'

Horrible

Nothing we didn't even stay

First thing the smell to the building was horrible the room was to hot and we was in a downstairs apartment so we couldn't leave window open to wide as it was road side.Then we could not park our cars and outside people congregating made us feel unsafe. The room was dirty and the door to the apartment rattled all the time. Kids screaming in the corridor. We ended up leaving within half an hour and to top it off your still holding my £100 deposit. Absolutely horrid experience never again wish I could get a refund but can't see that happening.

Overall was happy with my stay here, will definitely book again next year

Very spacious, had everything we needed for the stay. Was able to cook there as they had all the pans/plates/cutlery. Apartment was very clean

Only downside was the mattress was hard

Bad

Nothing really to be honest. Was a big mistake.

First of all the check in procedure was horrible and staff absolutely not helpful. No reception etc, you need to call and sort out complicated stuff on your own. Secondly, the smell was extremely bad in the room and you can smell drugs at the entrance. The bed was very small, not suitable for two at all. If you're not short you will not fit in the bed. The carpet and bedsheets were dirty. The staff super unfriendly. Never again!!!

The apartment was clean and fresh

The toilet leaked at 10.30pm and the 24 hour help line said there was no support available. The toilet was leaking all over the floor using towels to mop up the leak. Somebody came to sort the flush and the next day was arranged somebody would come to look at the loo and didn't. It continued to leak until we left. I asked for a call from management nothing poor

Good place for your money, but mold is an overall issue

Great location, love that we had our own kitchen with a microwave and fridge with built in freezer - made it easy to cook up a quick meal when needed. Modern TV with Spotify, Disney+ and Youtube available.

Mold on the walls as well as the ceiling in the bathroom, toilet were leaking and we had to stuff a towel underneath so the floor wouldn't be all wet.

Disappointing experience. Not likely to stay again.

cannabis smells in the corridor. Car park access very cumbersome. No attempt to check property prior to guest arrival. Fittings broken, exhaust not working, no tea bags, shower connections wrong way round, could be a health hazard.

the heater didn’t work and was freezing in the room, I stood outside for an hour because I didn’t know you had to check in online on a separate link and fill out forms including taking pictures of my driving license

Kind of small

Location was middle of the city only 5 or 6 minutes away from station that was nice, parking space was a issue unless you get the underground parking.

Bed was a small double and some of the furnishings were broken. For me I guess it was just a bit small.
