Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde wieder kommen!

Direkt an U-bahn, ruhiges Zimmer, excellentes großes Bett mit sehr guter Matratze, reichhaltiges Frühstück, ein abendliches Restaurant mit Durchgang zum Hotel

Es fehlten im Zimmer: - Kleiderablage (1 Haken für Straßenjacke) - Minibar/Kühlschrank - TV-Senderauswahl für österreichische Kanäle - Anti-Rutschkleber in Duschtasse Gewöhnungsbedürftig: - Warten müssen vor Eingang in Frühstücksraum, wenn dort alles belegt ist. Eilig darf man es nicht haben! - Snack-Automat im Foyer nimmt eventuell keine Münzen mehr. Der Portier ist dafür nicht zuständig.

kurztrip nach Berlin

Gut war die Zentrale Lage direkt an einer Bahn und Bushaltestelle, wo man direkt überall schnell zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten hingekommen ist.

Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, wo es abends bei offenen Fenster schon recht laut war. (Autos,Bahn,Leute auf der Straße) waren aber auch an einem Wochenende da. Kurz am nächsten Morgen bescheid gegeben und uns wurde unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer zur Hofseite angeboten.

It was a really pleasant stay.

We had a bigger room than expected. We were 5 people travelling and the space was really needed. Also the location was a blessing. We had metro near us and a lots of shops.

We had a few hiccups with the card and door not working, but the staff made sure everything was fixed for us to enjoy the stay.

Very good

Nice and spacious rooms. The hotel was in a very good location, and the metro could be immediately accessed. The price-quality ratio was very good compared to other accommodations at the same price range.

There was a bad smell in the corridors. They certainly need some deep cleaning.

Decent stay for a weekend

Great location directly next to metro stop, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, decent comfortable bed, very clean

Shower cabin was broken and fixed with a makeshift curtain, raised shower very uncomfortable to get in and out of, housekeeping didn’t make the bed, unpleasant smells in the lobby and elevator

An unsafe, not particularly pleasant hotel with rude and unhelpful staff

The location was good

The majority of reception staff were rude and unhelpful. The female staff were more polite. I was propositioned by a man who was allowed to hang around reception in the early hours who tried to follow me to my room - I didn’t feel safe and had to barricade the door. The hot water appears to be on a timer - hot water in the shower for 3 minutes and then it runs cold.

Close to metro line which made everything very accessible. Very good food in the area. Room was clean. Shower had good pressure.

Nice room, good view to the subway station, cleaning every day. Nice breakfast. I'll stay there again

Take a shower is possible only for 5 min.. after that - only cold water for 1-2 hours. With my long hair it was too stressful

Small cramped room with a view of the garbage cans. Not comfortable bed. The staff knocked on the door at 8 am to clean the room. Reception staff is not willing to help guests.

Very good

The hotel is located in a vibrant area, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The train station is directly opposite to the hotel (easy to get from the airport). Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the heating worked very well. The bathroom could be cleaner though, and the hallway had a slightly unpleasant smell. Overall, a good place to stay for a couple of days!
