Nice rural setting and lovely conversion
Poor soundproofing, the lovely loft had a connecting door to another cottage the Snug... great idea for larger parties and would recommend.
But there was a noisy happy family in next door and the noise was travelling through... Not their fault, I am very aware that when all our family get together we can be a rowdy lot.. But it was quite late before this family went to bed.

Clean tidy quiet
Want clear which property on booking from pictures in main page
4.5
The rural position.
Space enough for 6 adults.
Nice kitchen.
Uncomfortable and creaky beds.
No extras such as kitchen roll, foil, scourer etc.
chipped and well used crockery
4.5
Quiet spot to stay the night
We had brought breakfast food to cook but no cooking facilities

The space was ideal for our family and the location was great
The wifi didn’t work that well but we didn’t really use it much anyway.
4.5
The high quality finishes
It was extremely warm and there wasn’t a circulation of air. May benefit from a fan
4.5
very well thought-out bedroom suites, of very high standard.
mattresses really comfy.
would have been beneficial
to have access to some food- I didn’t realise how few facilities might be near-by, and so the opportunity to buy a hamper, or certain foods prior to arrival, and details of delivery takeaways, would be a huge bonus.
Could not work out how to use TV, but wasn’t really a problem
4.5
Spotlessly clean, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the pub a 5 minute walk away was brilliant

absolutely huge, beautiful, great facilities.
the beds weren't made up, and I did find it a little difficult to find which let was mine in the dark because the yard wasn't very well lit. But when I did find it it did not disappoint
4.5
Peaceful place
Small amount of hot water in a shower, enough for one person only
4.5
Beautiful place. Stayed in The Loft.
4.5
Good directions, lovely place with a variety of accommodation all around a courtyard - would make a great venue for larger family gatherings as you could all stay in separate accommodation but be social together
4.5
Lovely conversion, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, all bedrooms en suite. Good location for visiting the area.
It would have been nice to have a welcome hamper on arrival, particularly as there are no shops close by. Tea, milk and biscuits were provided but usually there is a basket waiting with tea, milk, bread, butter/spread, coffee, a bottle of wine and various local or homemade products such as cake, biscuits, cheese, jam etc. This is intended to be a helpful suggestion to make a nice stay even better.
Pity the local pub is only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Great location
The snug is very basic - no real self catering facilities

Great communication with Sarah! Originally we booked The Hop House however it was agreed we would stay in The Tack Room instead at the same price. We were also given clear instructions on how to find it from a certain point and check-in and out was easy. The Tack Room was absolutely perfect for what we wanted - a self-catered holiday home. Lovely and peaceful location, plenty of parking, spacious, clean, comfortable and cosy. We were there for a wedding at Bredenbury Court Barns so it was also in a convenient location. Overall an amazing find! Definitely one we would recommend and would consider again in the future.
There was Wi-Fi available however, the connection wasn’t always great.

The location was great with easy walking distance to the pub which was dog friendly and food was excellent!

Lovely overnight stay when we were attending a wedding 10 minutes away. Comfortable bed, and great circular kitchen & bathroom. Very helpful having fresh milk in the fridge for the tea bags & granola we brought with us.
WiFi wasn't working that night but not a big problem.
4.5
Location was great. slightly tricky to fine as we did not see signage, but we may have miised it.
The building was not labelled or we could not see it
4.5
Location and accommodation design
