About this house rental
Located in Historic downtown Mystic, 10 Bank Street is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 king one queen , 3 full bath home with 3 showers and sleeps 8 people. This newly renovated home is just steps to downtown Mystic. Downtown Mystic has an abundance of unique shops and dining experiences. Located near the historic seaport, aquarium, mystic village, beach, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos. It includes central air, 3 cable tv's with wi-fi and internet, washer, dryer, coffee bar and Alexa. The first floor has a beautifully renovated kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a chef's induction range, quartz counter tops and a large stainless chef's sink. The kitchen opens into a beautiful dining room with a large farm table. Access from dining room through French doors leads to a large beautifully raised deck with Mystic River and downtown views, large seating areas with a barbeque grill for alfresco dining. The living room is comfortable with professionally decorated furnishings and a large flat screen tv. The family room is a bright sanctuary to read and relax and also includes a 6 inch luxury Tempur-pedic pull out bed with a full bathroom adjacent. The second floor consists of three bedrooms with two full shower baths. The master bedroom is large with a plush California king bed and a window seat to overlook the Mystic River and downtown. The second large bedroom includes another plush California king and flat screen tv. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen tv and more beautiful view of the Mystic River and downtown. A brand new washer and dryer are located on the second floor with convenient access from all 3 bedrooms. The backyard has beautiful park like grounds with two tranquil water garden and lower level granite patio adjacent to the water gardens for another spot to relax or dine with adirondack chairs, which is a perfect way to end the evening or you can rest in the stand alone hammock. We rented from Kim and Bill for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We had family and friends stay with us. It was perfect. Beautiful decor , comfortable and sparkling clean. Perfect walking distance to town. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Not only was the location perfect but the house itself provided exactly what we were looking for.
The kitchen was well stocked and I didn't feel like I should have brought anything. The off-street parking was very convenient. Checking out was so easy which helped out and I didn't feel like I was forgetting a step or that the list was too long.
Communication with Bill was great and he ensured we were comfortable during our stay.
The kids are already talking about going back next year!

We traveled from Southern CA to Mystic, CT.
Our family went to celebrate our daughter’s 29th birthday in Mystic in this beautiful home. The home is as shown in the photos, very clean and well stocked. The owners were kind and generous welcoming us into their home. The home is close to the local dining and shopping.
Of course we dined at the famous Mystic Pizza that we have wanted to visit since we saw the movie in 1988. It did not disappoint, the pizza was delectable.
The little town is so quaint and beautiful. On the night of our daughter’s birthday the town had held their annual event called the Town Stroll. I have to say it was magical,, it was as though we were walking in a hallmark Christmas movie. There were carolers singing festive Christmas music, the shops were giving out cocoa, cider, and treats while you shopped.
We purchased a tasty cake and goodies from Lis Bake Shop, they were so delicious! We dined at various restaurants during our stay. Breakfast at Rise, lunch at the Engine Room, dinners at the Mariners, Milestones and more. All outstanding service and food. We visited the aquarium, enjoyed Mystic Seaport Museum and walked through Olde Mistick Shoppes.
We were treated to many memories we will cherish in Mystic, CT.
We loved our stay and can’t wait to return for another visit.

We had four adults and two children under 3 on this vacation and the house was incredibly comfortable for all of us. The covered back porch was the favorite spot for morning coffee and relaxing after an adventuring day in Mystic. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and it was nice to meet them at check-in. We look forward to staying at this beautiful house again and again.

We had a great weekend in Mystic. House was just as pictured. Beautiful and spotless. Hosts met us at check in and gave us the tour. Spent most of our time on the back patio which overlooked the town. The location was perfect so close to town and all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely be coming to stay again. We laughed and relaxed all weekend. Thank you for a great girls weekend.

While on an annual Sister Trip, I and my five sisters had the pleasure of staying at Bill and Kim’s property in Mystic CT. Bill asked that we text him when we were half an hour out, and as promised, he and Kim met us at the house. After a brief but thorough tour, they answered any questions we had then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. The house was immaculate and no amenities were spared, from an ironing board and Pack-n-Play to two bottles of wine and coffee in the kitchen. Linens were clean and crisp, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless, and the deck (which could comfortably seat 10-12 people) was awesome! We enjoyed the afternoon outside, under the cover of the awning, enjoying the lofty view of the town below. Everything is within walking distance so once we parked the cars, there was no need to move them again. I can’t say enough about the house, and about Bill and Kim as hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everyone agreed that we would not hesitate to stay there again. Why take a chance on another property when we already know for sure that this place has it all? Many thanks to Bill and Kim for making our trip so memorable.

My husband & I rented this house for ourselves, three adult children and our 2 year old grandson for 4 nights, while we were in town for a family wedding. The photos and description online looked great but sometimes can be deceiving… not in this case! It was what we were hoping for and more! The house was very clean and really well appointed. There are plenty of places to “hangout” and relax, including the wonderful, covered deck, overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard. The weather was very humid while during our stay, however the A/C kept the climate in the house very comfortable. The walk into the middle of downtown was not even 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this lovely home away from home!

Everything about this place was perfect. Location was amazing, just a stroll to the downtown and a short drive to other attractions. The rental itself was in pristine condition with a beautiful view from the back porch! Everything we needed for the week was right there, and then some! The owners were wonderful in showing us everything in the house; they even left us wine and beautiful flowers! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to have a worry free vacation!

What a beautiful, immaculate and well-appointed house. So close to town with all the restaurants and shops. The owners met us at check in and could not have been more helpful, the house was perfect, and you can tell the owners take great pride in it. Best house I have ever had the pleasure of renting.

The location of this property couldn't be more perfect if you want to be within walking distance of downtown Mystic. Everything was spotless and the covered porch was awesome for eating and relaxing with enough seating for a large group. The host was responsive when we couldn't figure out the stove and was able to talk us through it over the phone. The stairs are a little steep and there is a hill to get to the downtown, so just something to be aware of if you are traveling with anyone with mobility issues.

In my seven years of using Vrbo, this has been the best home we’ve stayed at. It was immaculate. Everything was so clean, the owners kept a well stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The Kuerig had a wonderful supply of various teas and coffees, both decaf and regular. They gifted us two bottles of wine upon arrival. They had more than enough towels and paper goods for our family of six. The beds were luxurious and high end. Even the pull out couch had a tempurpedic mattress. The house was steps away from the Main Street cute tourist shops, eateries, bakeries etc. It couldn’t have been a more perfect location. Do not think twice about renting from Bill and Kim. This was most definitely a 10/10 vacation getaway. Not one thing to suggest making it better. It was perfection. Thank you Bill and Kim

This was a beautiful place to stay that fits our needs perfectly for attending a family wedding and entertaining other guests. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts greeted us and provided a thorough tour even with our late arrival. We appreciated the well appointed coffee station, the many towels, and beach towels. And the newer appliances. The covered deck was wonderful to sit out on and overlook downtown mystic and hear the birds and other sounds from the town. We really enjoyed our stay.

These Hosts do it right!! They renovated an 1880 structure into an oasis. From the babbling of the backyard coy pond to the large, awning covered deck. The interior decor creates a calming atmosphere. The location is great, a very short walk takes you directly to Main Street.
Everything you need, want or wish for this property and hosts provide. Comfortable beds, thick towels, three full baths, fresh flowers and some wine to enjoy of the deck.
Gracious, responsive hosts - We couldn't have asked for more.

This is a lovely and clean home, close enough to walk to shops and dining but still quiet. Enjoyed the covered deck. The owners were very welcoming and met us to give a quick tour of the home and it’s relaxing backyard (hammock is a nice touch). Enchanted with the town of Mystic and surrounding area. We will be back and would stay at this property again!

This was a great place to stay for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, and after party were all in walking distance — it made everything easy and relaxing!

Location Location Location! This home is amazingly well situated, being a few minutes walk to town with numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes. Everything looks new, fresh and current. The home was immaculate and really well laid out.
We had a lovely long weekend at this home in the spring with my husband, me and our 3 teenagers. The owners, Bill and his wife, took the time to meet us upon our arrival to give us a quick overview of the home. They also provided some wonderful area restaurant recommendations. We didn't get to enjoy the yard or back deck as it was early Spring, but both look lovely. The beds and rooms were very comfortable, there are different sitting areas to spread out, and air hockey in the basement. We definitely plan to return and stay here again!

We had a wonderful time renting this home. We had my 3 adult children and my 11 month old granddaughter. The house was so perfect in every way and the owners were absolute gems! The little village of Mystic is literally steps from the front door. This home and this village will be part of our family memories forever.

With such a perfect location (literally around the corner from the Main Street), this property would likely be popular no matter what. But it is perfectly new, clean, and decorated, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Great kitchen and comfy beds. The owners did a stunning job renovating this historic home in the heart of Mystic. Would have loved to spend more time on that beautiful porch if weather had allowed - but oh well, a reason to come back!

We had the most wonderful girls weekend at this beautiful home. So tastefully decorated. The deck was spectacular! The only way to improve it would be to have room darkening blinds in the bedrooms and some cooking staples like olive oil, flour, etc.

My husband I stayed here the weekend of our wedding and all I kept saying to him is “isn’t this just the perfect house?!” The decor, the location, the cleanliness. Everything about the property was gorgeous + charming. The owners were accommodating and greated us with a smile. We hope to come back on our anniversary and make it tradition!

This trip was a short getaway with my son and mother-in-law after the passing of both my husband and father-in-law this year. The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless - I wish they could decorate my home! We also loved relaxing on the back deck in the morning and evenings. The owners met us on arrival and toured the house with us and provided great recommendations for the area. The home was in easy walking distance to downtown and the driveway parking was perfect. We had a wonderful visit. Just what we needed for some quality time together. We highly recommend, thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were so happy with the location of the property and the ability to so easily walk into town, which was especially helpful with 2 small children. The house itself was so clean, well decorated and well appointed- had everything we could possibly need for a fun long weekend away with family! We would definitely stay there again.

This place was beautifully decorated and clean. Everything you would need is already there in terms of kitchen and bath. Backyard with Koi Pond is a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the mornings. Simple walk to downtown Mystic with restaurants and shops but still amazingly quite. I would definately recommend this place and stay here again.
