About this house rental

Renovated kitchen and added bathroom downstairs for a secondary primary suite!

This beautiful furnished 3,000 sq. ft. home includes everything you will need to enjoy a great vacation in Downtown Mystic, including central air conditioning for summer months. Just bring your toothbrush! We are located within a 10 minute walk to Downtown Mystic and Seaport. This private home also includes a 2 car garage with a Tesla charger for EV vehicles, tv, stereo, bar and Wi-Fi Internet, with a beautifully landscaped back yard with pergola and fire pit.

You will enjoy 3 floors of living space that offers an open floor plan. The first floor has a newly updated and fully equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen which open to a dining & family room area with a queen-size pull out sofa bed, flat screen tv & stereo system. Along with a half bath and laundry room, there is a separate formal sitting room.

Porches adorn the front with rocking chairs, and back porch with table and chairs and propane gas grill for barbecuing, and an outdoor gazebo patio area with seating for Al Fresco dining and fire pit!

The 2nd floor consists of a primary bedroom with full bath, plush king size bed and flat screen tv. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor with queen size beds and another full bath.

The lower level walk out consist of another bedroom with a King size bed, large family room with TV, bar, and a newly renovated full bathroom with dual vanities. This can serve as a secondary primary suite.

We had an amazing time we had in this gorgeous well cared for home! My husband and our adult kids with their significant others were so impressed, and had such a fabulous time! This house is amazing! Everything about it was perfect. It is beautiful & exceptionally maintained. The great room, with the kitchen, dining room & living room all in the same space made being together easy. We were a party of 8 staying at the house and couldn't have been more comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything from towels, bathroom supplies and kitchen items. It came with 3 different types of coffee makers to satisfy all coffee drinkers! The location was literally an 8 minute, leisurely walk to the heart of Mystic. Mystic itself is a fantastic town with exceptional food & shopping. And the team who manages the property could not have been more responsive. A message to them on the VRBO app was returned within minutes. If we ever make it back to Mystic, which we really hope to do, this is the only place I will stay. Thank you for providing us with a home base for our wedding weekend. The house is really lovely; the owners have gone above and beyond to outfit it with everything you might need. The spaces are clean, decorated nicely, and are just comfortable to be in - it's a pleasure to spend time there. Also in a great location - close proximity to Mystic attractions.

4 of us stayed in this property and were very comfortable. There was plenty of room to move around and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The beds were super comfy and the linens… oh the linens! I have to go out and buy this brand because I liked them so much! Instructions in the house were very clear - no issues. it was not a cheap stay, but as they say - you get what you pay for. This property was well stocked and had very nice accommodations. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself in the area.

We were there for a family wedding. It was an exceptional home. The indoor space was beautiful and the outdoor space was also so well done. The 3 floors let you spread out but the gathering areas allow you to have space to share time together. And it was nice to walk to downtown Mystic shops and restaurants.

We stayed at this beautifully decorated and clean property for a long weekend to attend a wedding in July in Mystic. The location was ideal to walk downtown to restaurants and shops and even to the church for the wedding. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing in the quiet and comfy back yard that has cute areas For morning coffee or a meal outdoors. We were amazed and delighted with the comfort, beauty and thoughtful details throughout this property. The neighborhood is quiet despite being close to town. This is a real gem.

We loved our short three night stay at this lovely home in Mystic! What a beautiful, clean and well maintained home. We took our children to the Mystic Aquarium, Drawbridge Icecream, the playground and walking up and down the main street and into the various shops. Everything was so walkable from this great location. The house itself was just like how it came across on the VRBO listing- clean, well appointed, very comfortable sleeping arrangements, beautiful yard and deck spaces and clear directions. The owners left us two bottles of wine as well as a memorable engraved wine glass. What a fabulous getaway we had, we definitely plan to return.

What a perfect place to stay! We could walk to everything—dinner, shops, the seaport museum. The house was clean and bright and tastefully decorated. Emily gave us fantastic recommendations (we visited Sift more than once!), and was so friendly & responsive. We had a lovely time, and will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay for our 4 generation family group over Christmas week! We had a few multi-chef feasts over our stay, and the well-stocked kitchen stood up to the challenge beautifully, without any glitches. The house is lovely, beautifully furnished, and accommodated everyone very well, sleeping and waking. The garden with its fire pit was a bonus too. The quaint town of Mystic was a charming setting, well within walking distance, with lots to see and do. Our hosts were super - very welcoming, easy to communicate with, flexible and helpful as needed. The self check-in/checkout procedures were quick and easy. We highly recommend this house and setting, and are hoping to return in 2023! Thanks Emily & co.!

We have stayed at many VRBO’s. This was the cleanest and friendliest house. Well stocked, comfortable and a great location to downtown Mystic. Mark was wonderful at communication. The home was beautiful and well equipped with toiletries, kitchen appliances, and in a wonderful location. Communication was extremely easy and Katy & Mark were very easy to be in touch with. Upon arrival the home was perfectly clean, the Central Air was running to keep the house nice and cool during this heat wave, and a quick walk through and explanation of house "rules" was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely book here again, and enjoyed the memories we made during our weekend getaway!

Beautiful property in a perfect location very close to the Mystic town centre, the Mystic Seaport and a number of very good restaurants. The property was in lovely condition and had everything you could need for your stay, including linen , towels, bathroom necessities, kitchen tools and a full range of spices etc. The property is really well furnished and has a lovely garden. We really enjoyed our stay and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Beautiful house, perfect for a wonderful Fourth of July weekend in Mystic. The house was pristine and Mark was an incredible host. Close enough to walk to town in 5 minutes but far enough away from any commotion or noise. All of the beds were super comfortable. All amenities were taken care of. 100% recommend staying here!
