This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath first floor “COZY” cottage is just 1000 feet from Beach Access #3. Siesta Key Village is 2 blocks away and the beach is just 1000 ft from the door. This 1945 Triplex "Barefoot Bungalows" is located close to it all. Three units within Barefoot Bungalow with unit “COZY” located on bottom floor in rear of complex. facing west towards the beach. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, turn key rental has living area with queen sleeper sofa and full kitchen. There is a small breakfast table with 2 chairs and a kitchen bar with 3 stools. Flat Screen TV, Wifi and large walk in shower bathroom. All the comforts of home without breaking the bank. Great location, priced as value added for unit “COZY” at Barefoot Bungalows. A location that can’t be beat. Master bedroom has glass slider to patio with king bed. Second bedroom has king bed. Living room has a full size couch and 2 chairs with queen sleeper. Full kitchen stocked with appliances, and dish-ware for 6 guests. Priced lower than rest of area as we are older and comfy 1945 Triplex. We are now Snuggled between two multi-million dollar complexes and offer the charm of beach life on Siesta Key. Outdoor patio has table with chairs and night lighting for quiet nights.

No car needed as Beach Access #3 located to the right and beach access #2 located to left (steps away). For your beach needs, 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels will be provided. Spend a week or reserve an extended stay and you won’t be disappointed. This quaint 1945 complex provides many amenities to include paper towels, dish soap, fresh sponge, trash liners, 3 rolls of TP, bath soap, body wash, hand sanitizer, razor, and many added items to kick start your rental. Park BBQ grill added to complex and each unit has exterior seating. Complex does have a courtesy washer/dryer located on the first level by walkway at no charge for easy use for guest. Keyless entry and concierge service to handle most requests. Parking spot is marked and one vehicle per unit. (2 small cars if tandem parking is allowed) Pictures updated Summer 2023. Siesta Key Village is walking distance 2 blocks from door. Keyless entry and virtual check in.

Barefoot Bungalows is NOT under construction we just want to inform that the neighboring at times may have work happening but we have the wall and no loud construction happening as of August 2023. Recently added a 10 foot privacy wall to extend more privacy and quiet throughout the property.

We loved our stay at the "Cozy" beach bungalow. The location is absolutely perfect, just around the corner from a stunning beach, and within an easy walk for to all the restaurants in Siesta Key Village. I really appreciated the beach accessories- towels, chairs, umbrellas, and even wagons to bring it all. The unit itself was great. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. We were even welcomed with fresh flowers. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend at the cozy cottage. The location was perfect. Close enough to the beach for super convenience back and forth if needed and the Siesta Key Village is right down the street. The cottage is definitely cozy and even with 2 bedrooms and 2 king size beds, it may have been a bit too crammed with 4 couples but we don’t go to the beach to stay in the room. Lisa the owner was amazing. As others have mentioned, the place could use a little love when it comes to some fresh paint, and better lighting maybe a tv in the bedroom(s) but we loved our stay regardless. Having all the beach necessities was wonderful too. We didn’t expect to have some umbrellas and a beach cart so that was great! If I could make one absolute must have addition, please invest in some better toilet paper lol. Thanks Lisa for all your help and especially for mailing to us my wife’s headphones we left. That was so very kind of you!!

We had a great stay at the Barefoot Bungalow (Cozy cottage)… yes, there was ongoing construction at the surrounding properties, but, we were lucky enough to have had wonderful weather throughout the stay… So, we were able to take advantage of everything the nearby beach and village have to offer, and didn’t need to be in the house, except to sleep, basically… The beds were more than comfortable, and the beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrellas were perfect… I’d have to say that the laundry room was a bit scary (ie: dark and dusty), but the appliances were modern and efficient (bring your own laundry soap… I’ve recently started using those EarthBreeze products, which travel well)… Bottom-line… I’m glad we found this place, and if we could return, we probably would…. :-)

I love this place!! I am coming back next year!! Lisa. the hostess is so easy to talk to and she replies right away. Very well equipped with everything you need for the beach including beachchairs, towels, and sand toys and even a wagon to take all of this fun stuff for a great day in the sun and sand. When I arrived the lights were on and so was the tv. I even had a vase full of fresh flowers! Very welcoming.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Barefoot Bungalows. The unit - Cozy - was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. It is a perfect spot for enjoying the beach and the Village, both just a short stroll from the bungalow. I would definitely return! Lisa was responsive and accommodating!

We were greeted with fresh flowers, a clean unit, comfy beds & plenty of bath & beach towels for our 2-week stay. Lisa was very responsive to questions we had, and the mid-stay cleaning was most appreciated! The unit is accurately portrayed in the description, but the key for this unit is location, location, location: 1 block from the beach & 2 blocks from the village! All in all... A delightful stay on one of the best beaches in FL! Thanks, Lisa, for your wonderful hospitality!

Best location on Siesta Key, however condo is on first floor and very dark. No ocean view, but 2 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk into SK Village. Furniture in the living room needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable.

Overall this property was great for 2 couples. We stayed at this house for a week and the host was very communicative and even provided us groceries prior to our arrival since we arrived on Christmas day. This house is in a prime location, walking distance to everything in the village. Only improvements that could be made to this place is some general updating the outdoor furniture and the bathroom. The apartment itself could also use more lighting as since it's lower level and surrounded by large buildings, it doesn't get much sunlight. Would stay here again though!

We have a wonderful stay in Cozy. Short walk to the beach made watching the sunset every day a great memory maker for our family. The place was clean and provided more than we could have asked for to assist in our perfect get away. We will be back soon for another visit.

Stayed in “Cozy” and it was a perfect location with all the amenities needed for a wonderful beach vacation! Very clean and only a few minutes walk to the beach and to siesta key village. Came with beach chairs, cooler and buggy. Only recommendation would be to include a beach umbrella. Lisa was awesome at communicating and accommodating our flight schedule! Will definitely be a repeat customer! 😊

The property was as described and we totally enjoyed our stay. Clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our week in Siesta Key. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and had great communication. This beach cottage was the perfect fit for our family of 4 when we visited Siesta Key. The location to the beach and to the restaurants and shops in the village was great! It was so easy to walk everywhere and we never used our car once. Communication with the renter was easy and she quickly answered any questions we had during our stay.
