Won't be staying here again unless it is updated!!

The room's beds were comfortable & the room was clean & I liked having the balcony facing the street. I also liked having a safe & refrigerator & microwave in the room. Internet was strong & didn.t boot you off. Staff was nice & helpful especially when key cards didn't work right after registration process.

The hallways with no air conditioning. The elevator that worked when it wanted to work while we melted from the heat in the hallway. The chairs at the pool were dry rotted and every other one had a hole in it & most backs were broken and would not stay in an upright position. The pool had no trashcan whatsoever. Had to ask for pool to be opened at 9:30am & it was supposed to open at 9am. The advertisement for the room stated it was close to beach & 2 blocks is not close when carrying beach stuff & I was not able to due to a medical condition of 3 broken ribs. The room we had faced the street with a balcony & the traffic & people were loud until 2am in the morning both Friday & Saturday night of our stay. So, I tried to go to sleep but it was loud. Then the balcony room facing the street was not as nice at 2 am in the morning. For the cost of what we paid at almost $180 per night I expected much better with amenities & overall appearance of the place. It was run down & needed help when you stepped outside the rooms. Check in was extremely slow & then our key cards didn't work. Overall, I won't be staying here again b/c of updates that need to take place & the noise level at night is way too loud!!

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was great! Bed was comfortable !

Location, price, and the staff were terrific!

The faculty could use a little tlc. A good scrubbing of the bathroom vent covers, ac units, and baseboards. Someone that patch walls and a complete paint job on walls , ceilings and all doors. Patching up paint takes away from the building.. lose the weird green color .

Comfortable, clean and cheap.

Our stay was very comfortable, the room was clean and well presented. Thank you House keeping. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mr. Omar. Very happy there was a washer/ dryer on site that was only $2 each, front desk will give you change! Nice hot showers, microwave and refrigerator in rooms were clean. The price was good. Definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area next.

The heat could have been better and the building is older. The price is great and you get what you pay for.

Our home away from home.

We have been at this location a number of times throughout 2023 and this stay beginning November 28th 2023 to present while relocating to Myrtle Beach. The entire staff from Management to housekeeping have been nothing but professional. The rates, rooms, location and accommodations are excellent. I must commend them on the manner they held guest and the way they exceed our expectations on providing a safe and secure environment. This has become our home away from home.

Cheap stay not worth your safety

It was close to the beach.

The elevator smelt like cigarettes and the halls smelt moldy. And my first room I was assigned to for early check in wasn’t even clean. Had syringes on the floor.

Absolutely nothing! The worst experience I have ever had!

Everything went wrong from start to finish! I go to check in, they give me a room with none of the amenities I asked for. There were roaches crawling on the walls and coming out of the dressers. When I complained they told me to leave @ 10pm with my 1 year old child. The young guy at the front desk was very un helpful and sarcastic about everything. He was clearly there for a check. Everything was pretty much booked and he stated why would you wanna stay here if there are roaches. They stopped answering the phone for booking. I had to pay $600 to stay at another room at 11pm.. I would not recommend! It was the worst start of a vacation I have ever had! And still haven't gotten my deposit or refund back! If you're thinking about this one DONT DO IT! no matter what the price is! You can't put a price on piece of mind and good customer service. These people were un humane!! I wouldn't even look this direction in Myrtle Beach again! Absolutely the WORST!!!!!! -10OUT OF 10

Can see the ocean from room standing on the balcony, easy access to the beach

Close access to beach and stores on strip, had a balcony.

Chairs at pool where torn so had to be careful which one you sat in. Also had to pay a 150.00 deposit at check in .

The main thing that we did dislike was BEDBUGS. My wife killed two of them and they bit her several times on arms, legs, back, etc. We spoke to the staff but they did not reacted as they they should.

It was okay for one night.I was able to book on short notice.Need improvements

Space was as advertised. Kitchen was equipped with needed appliances. Near grocery and dollar stores,etc.

Did not have an available iron and ironing board. Had to purchase one. No continental breakfast offered. Rooms had old worn furniture.Maintenance fee was paid to another party. I believe but can not prove that the third party took my card number and made charges to IKEA!!!!!
