Good for the price, but beware of issues

Kind staff, OK location, roof terrace gives a nice touch

Lack of privacy: beds are not covered by anything,,staff seems somehow lazy a lot of times: often no one would be at the reception; one of the men toilets was dirty for 3 days in a row without anyone cleaning it; the men showers also had literal poop on the floor for more than 2 days and was quite dirty with pieces of old soap and trash on the floor; one of the curtains in the mixed bedroom room was also broken for half of my stay, the water dispenser was also broken and left like that, some guests would also play loud music until way past 11am me

침대 메트리스는 중간 이상의 수준임. 침구 깔끔함.

가격이 싸서 오로지 조용히 잠만 잘 목적으로 신청함. 중심지와 멀어서 조용하겠거니...생각했으나 파티호스텔이었음. 친구를 만나기 위한 젊은이들에게는 나쁘지 않을 듯 하나...파티 호스텔의 단점을 모두 가지고 있음. 쉬면서 여행에 집중하고자 하는 사람들에게는 추천하기 어려움.

Sehr schlechte Lage. Super lauter Straßenlärm. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Personal ist freundlich. Gratis Wasser, recht gute Küche Gutes Wlan

Leider liegt dieses Hostal an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Es ist so laut, dass man selbst in den Dorma nicht zur Ruhe kommt. Auf der Dachterasse kann man sich wegen des Lärms nur schwer unterhalten. Bis zum Zentrum sind es 20 Minuten Fußweg. Das Zimmer war muffig, hat gestunken und die Betten hatten kein eigenes Licht. Auch die Sanitäranlagen sind äußerst dürftig und muffig. Toilleten sind extrem klein und unbequem. Der laute Karaokeabend auf der Dachtersasse, mit dem Lärm der Straße, war sehr abschreckend und an einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Puebla war nicht zu denken. Ab 00.15 Uhr war wenigstens der Karaokelärm und der exzessive Alkoholkonsum vorbei... Würde dort auf keinen Fall mehr übernachten.

푸에블라 최고숙소

도착하자마자 잘 정리된 주방보고 잘 찾아왔구나 느꼈습니다. 주방 접시 컵 자리 라벨로 다 표시해 뒀더라고요. 침구도 깨끗하고 화장실도 넉넉하고 뜨거운물도 잘나옵니다. 청소 열심히하시고요 직원도 친절하고요 숙소도 예쁩니다. 푸에블라 오시는 분들께 강추 근처 식당도 많아요. 푸에블라에서 편하게 쉴수 있는 숙소입니다

Caminando unas cuantas cuadras llegas a el callejón de los sapos, y los túneles secretos.

Lo cómodo de la habitaciones y la limpieza en todo el hostal. Agua caliente, la terraza está linda solo que pasan.muchos camiones y tiene demasiado ruido. Pero en general súper. Yo viajé sola y de CAPU pude tomar el Ruta Bus, el.hostal queda cerca de la parada túnel.

Solo el ruido de los camiones en la terraza, pero nada que unos audífonos no solucione.

Nice staff. Big room. Good internet. Not too far from city center. Good price. Seems very social if you're looking for that. They sent helpful instructions for getting there because the taxi drivers don't know the place.

Bathroom setup in private room really wasn't good. The toilet stall was so small, my legs didn't fit if I closed the door. The door was only a stall door anyway, so it was quite intimate. The shower leaked a lot of water into the room even though we took quick showers (because the hot water only lasted a few seconds and you had to turn off and on again). There was a lot of noise and music at night but that wasn't really a problem for us. Just note that it isn't a quiet place. While it was close enough to the center if you're going to spend the day in the center, I wouldn't recommend the location because there's nothing to do or eat very close. So you can't just go out for a quick meal for example.

A good stay only 15 mins walk to the centre

The bed was super comfortable and large, and the room was very quiet and private. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The shower had hot water without issue, though the showe stall does leak a bit it's no big deal. Will stay again! Muchísimas gracias!

It was ok, location not as noisy as some reviews suggested

Location is ok, terrace is not that interesting, their laundry service was a nightmare, we had to do laundry again somewhere else, and the bathroom was tiny, could barely close the door. Smelt like humidity and was cold at night

Okay for short stays

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice kitchen area with roof terrace. We had a private room and the bed was big and comfortable.

The private shower leaked water and the whole bathroom area got wet. The shower was cold, so we ended up using the communal ones. It could all have been a bit cleaner. Very little natural light in our room, tiny window into the stairs. The hostel is on-a busy road and its a fair walk to the centre.

The balcony and room was to the side of a very busy street, so you cant relax upstairs and bring earplugs. Also that they charge for water is not ideal. It should be a free commodity like in other hostels.

Great, economical place to stay

The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, showers good. The roof terrace would be a nice place to hang out if it weren’t for the noise of the traffic, which is loud. The kitchen is great - could do with another couple of saucepans though. The location is ok - 15 minute walk to the Centro. Even though it’s on a busy main road, I could barely hear the traffic inside the hostel - only from the roof. There was a place to store my bike which was great.

Acceptable if you are not house proud and don't rely on a stable internet connexion

* The bed is quite comfortable and big (too big for the room size, if truth be told). * The location is off the beaten tracks but you can be in the centre of the centre in 10 minutes on foot. Some attractions are also closer than that. * The metro-bus line is very close to the hotel, so you can go to the bus terminal easily.

Private room: * Room cleaning is not on par, the floor remains dirty because they keep re-using the same dirty mops (if you spill water on the floor, and step even with clean slippers, you will see the floor is dirty), there was some hair on the floor, a bit on the bed-sheets and pillows, in the bathroom. The toilet is stained although the hostel is but one-year old: not a good sign. * Over the course of six nights, I only got cold water in my room, not freezing cold, but not lukewarm even for sure. * Kitchen: the sponges are dirty and stay in a bucket with food rests. Most of the dishes and mugs are made of melamine (a toxic plastic you shouldn't use especially with warm foods) and coffee-stained. I saw the cleaning lady use the dish sponge to wash the rubbish bin... * The WiFi is super unstable, and slow. I had to use my phone's connexion for calls because of the too many dropouts (even without video). * They offer free breakfast, but you'll only get coffee, some juice and super basic French toast with marmalade. You'll have to eat outside.

Nice size room with TV.

The room wasn't cleaned for the 7 nights we were there. Very noisy hostel with the main road which you could hear in the room and also the noise from people walking up and down the stairs. The breakfast was basic.

Good value for money

New place so not busy when we were there, which made it even better, and we got great prices as well. Comfy big bed, nice rooftop, kitchen and fridge. We enjoyed the location as well - just a little out of center but totally walkable, and close to the metro bus so easy and cheap public transport close by (easy direct ride from CAPU station), and close to the tunnels and teleferico and that beautiful park.

The shower and toilet were leaking, no big deal, but had to put towels not to step in puddles, mostly after a shower.

Don't go there if you want to rest properly !

The bed was confortable and the room was big.

We couldn't sleep because of the noise of the street and the traffic. We couldn't even understand each other on the terrace. The bathrooms was so small in our room that we couldn't even close the door. The kitchen was not well equiped for cooking. And when we decided to change hostel after 1 nights/5 we couldn't get a refound and they were not surprise that we were leaving because of the noise !
