Nothing really.

Communication was a problem as I only had whatsapp so didnt receive text message about access pins

Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gut organisierte Schlüsselübergabe
4.0
The cleanliness of the room, the layout of it, the design
The bed was so small and very uncomfortable super firm couldn’t sleep well
4.5
The property was perfect, clean and comfortable. The hand written note and gift package was a very nice touch! Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Charleston. King St has lots of restaurants and good nightlife!
Parking my car was an issue I have a lifted car. If you need to park there’s an open parking lot one block away that’s 20$ a day I would just park there.
3.5
Very nice self contained unit and only a 10 min walk to downtown Charleston.
Lovely helpful staff.
Cost was expensive but I felt that the booking agency kept raising the price on me while I was deciding on where to stay.
I stayed 5 nights and did not have the room serviced once while I was there.
4.5
Rooms were nice with great amenities like microwave, washer/dryer, fridge. Rooms were spacious and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Parking was a bit expensive. And leaving was difficult due to the nature of parking and everyone checking out at the same time. Difficult to load the car in the given space.
4.5
Friendly staff. Cool design and good quality of rooms. Quiet. Liked that it is in a lively, still developing and therefore authentic area a bit North of the main attractions
3.5
Bed was comfortable, welcoming wine and chocolate was so nice, lots of room for 3 people, kitchen was well stocked, quick response to questions about how to use tv.
The Daily was really close for a delicious breakfast.
There was no hot water so none of us could take showers. We had an early morning departure so there was no one on duty to address the issue before we had to leave.
Location was a bit far from the main section of king street.

The upkeep, very clean
Loved it all

This place was amazing! We loved having our own space, the amenities were incredible and the bathroom was perfect! It's right off of King St. and Coming St. with all the restaurants and shopping within walking distance!
4.5
Iris was a good location to downtown Charleston. Had lots of fun singing with Mr. Bones nightly!
Place was a little smaller then I expected but it worked out perfect for the two of us!

Very cool modern and comfortable! Love that there’s outdoor table and chairs and kitchenette with washer and dryer

It’s unique style ! So cute and would def stay here again
The parking is different and I wish there a bit more space for unloading/loading and carts for luggage as I had to make multiple trips from my car to my 3rd floor suite to load and unload my luggage

The facility was very clean and secure. The rooms had everything you needed. The staff was very polite and helped us with everything we needed. Would stay again and recommend to others.
Only one car was able to be in the parking area at a time due to very limited space. It was just a small inconvenience.

Room was very well equipped, clean, spacious, and very comfy. Parking was definitely an interesting experience.
Location isn't great, but it is pretty good.
4.5
the size of the place.
the bed size, it was too small!

I wish they had included tea, in addition to coffee.

I loved the attention to detail! The room was clean and perfect

The location was perfect. There was a bus stop a block from the property, so getting to City Center was quick and easy. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was comfy. The welcoming gift of water, wine, and chocolate was very hospitable. They provided just about everything you needed to make the place feel like home. The staff were also very responsive.
The bedroom was more of an "enclave" within the apartment, so there were no windows in the "bedroom ". With the curtains closed, it got a little stuffy in the room. We also rented a unit with a kitchen so that we could prepare meals, but we were a little surprised that there were no steak knives.
The unit was beautiful, but we traveled with our two year old, so the sharp corners of the rectangular table gave us nightmares daily. And it was a fight getting him not to play with the exposed washing machine. None of this is the fault of the property. Again, it looked great, and having in-unit laundry is very helpful. But I think the property is best suited for adults or people with older children.

Great location and great patio
Had a little bit of a code issue

The apartment was cute, quiet, and very comfortable. The parking carousel was very cool! Restaurant recommendations nearby (The Daily, Bistronomy) were very helpful and excellent. Staff were very helpful.
Might want to include some directions on the use of the coffee machines.

wonderful place! it’s a bit outside the main action which was fine and actually quite convenient to get to the highway for all our day trips. so well laid out and had everything we needed. loved the little outdoor space. gated which we liked! the robes were great!
location was a bit further from downtown but worked out just fine and there were some cute restaurants nearby! shower pressure not great.

The unit was very comfortable, well appointed and was perfect for our needs. It is a bit distant from the central area, but a great opportunity to walk and catch the free shuttle bus!
there was nothing to dislike!

The Iris is the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in I am pretty sure in my life and I have been to a lot of places they do an amazing job. I liked that it had everything you would need even though we didn't need a full kitchen. The room was light and bright and well-furnished and super comfortable. The bedroom was so cozy with the noise canceling machine on the wall and the cute curtains that made it even cozier. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed the only thing lacking was a box of tissues I always like to have them around. It also felt very safe because of the gate and the code you didn't have to worry about a key or a credit card type key. I realized also that it was very close to King street we didn't really know that for a while because we kept meeting our friends on Meeting street and that was farther away and king was so close to us.
The lack of tissues LOL , and not having a lobby is sort of not that good but its fine we went to our friends hotel rooftop and had cocktails
4.5
It has a cool tiny house modern vibe and it's in a great location
Mark the office door clearly as being the main office so it feels more approachable.
The TVs should be different because the remote for the front room would turn on the bedroom and disturb whoever's in that room.

This spot was well beyond expectations! Incredible value for a cheap cost. The space is gorgeous, modern, and has everything you need which is way more than a standard hotel room provides. I loved the spacious bathroom, large closets with iron and robes, full kitchen, dining space, two TV's, a living room with a pull out bed, washer/ dryer, and lovely outdoor patio. The complimentary wine, chocolate, and water upon arrival as well as the binder of local recommendations was a wonderful touch. I loved that it's walkable location to the King Street bar/ restaurant strip. Downtown to Market Street is about a 20-30 minute walk or quick $10 Uber/ Lyft. The staff was very responsive, and I felt very safe on the property and in the area. I am definitely booking this property my next stay!
I did not mind this, but the property does not have a front desk. The guests check-in and enter the gates/ room through the texted passcode. The gates were convenient and secure, and the staff was immediately responsive of any questions or requests when I texted or called.

The suite was great. Small living room, separate sleeping area, kitchenette & wonderful bathroom. I would have rated higher but the bed was very uncomfortable. Also there were king size pillows on a queen bed which, when 2 people share the bed, forces them to hang over the side & I usually sleep on that side so I always felt like I was falling off. And the mattress slid around easily. Loved the full size fridge & washer & dryer. Loved the walk-in shower.
See above.

everything was great!

I liked that it felt like a small apartment.
Although the park carousel was cool, I wish it could have been something that is told to you from the beginning. I just got lucky that I didn't rent a bigger car. Not sure where the additional parking was exactly as I didn't use it.

clean modern
