Awesome central location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Our room was not very clean and the room is in need of maintenance. I expected more for the price we paid.

Good location. Beds were comfortable.
Carpets were dirty. Furniture was old and worn. Web site says they have bellmen but they didn't so there was no one to help with bags. Elevator to the room but had to carry luggage up stairs to the bedroom. Web site says there is on-site parking but it was a public parking lot around the block. Asked for a quiet room and we were across from the supply room so we could hear the housekeepers each morning. Had a balcony but no chairs to sit in.

Location was excellent, walkable to everything.
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
Room was clean and comfortable, unexpected was that it was 2 floors, like a townhousw with kitchen, sitting area, plus bedroom on a different floor.
Maybe have a few eatables with coffee and tea in the morning.

Stacey and Tyrone really was so helpful, and I hope they are still there when we come back.
There was no Breakfast and Restaurant

I traveled with my great niece for a "girlfriend" weekend. We loved how our balcony overlooked the market. For two ladies traveling alone, it was great to be within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and fun things to do. The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was so nice! It's great to have the full kitchen to be able to have a meal and save money.
Nothing! We enjoyed everything about our stay. I cannot think of any improvements needed.

Beautiful hotel and rooms.
Parking was a bit away and no valet. That is no fault of the hotel, but good to know.

Location was excellent! Courtyard was charming.
Furnishings in this lovely hotel were a bit bland and dated for such a charming and quintessential southern accommodation. Only stayed one night so it wasn't a major issue.

The location of the hotel and the garage was very convenient -- a few steps away from so many of Charleston's highlights. The hotel was steps from The Market. The garage pass they provide makes easy-in/easy-out.
BR and Living on two separate levels.

Front desk staffer Stacy was outstanding - very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for walking through historic Charleston. Courtyard with fountain. Comfy master bed.
Does Booking.com not vet its clients? Property does not meet expectations for the price (~$500/night for us). I feel cheated. Hotel services advertised were not available or had to be specially requested. Constant construction to lobby and various units means lots of noise and dust in common areas. Guests have to step around tarps and scaffolds. My unit needs repairs. Bathroom shower tile should be replaced since it looks moldy and soiled. Water damage near bathroom ceiling. Small holes in the bathroom walls. TV remotes sticky and one barely worked. Pullout sofa mattress thin and uncomfortable. Overall, the place is not worth the cost.

Ter uma sala separada do quarto e uma mini cozinha.
Jared the front desk was very unhelpful. My daughter and I asked him 3 times to help with luggage and completely ignore us.

the location of the property was perfectly situated in the French and Historical districts! everything was walkable!!
the property did not clean the room on any of the 3 days we were there. Jared and Jonna were great! But the rest of the staff was inattentive!

location . the general manager agreed to compensate our stay to another facility.
we couldn’t access our room due to computer failure . our luggages were locked in our room and could not access my husband’s medical device until 2am.

It was very charming and is located conveniently. Stacy is a true delight.
The only complaint that I have is the renovations that were happening at 7am on Saturday morning. I was woke up by the headboard being banged from work being done on the room next to ours. I felt that they were being inconsiderate of someone that paid alot to be there. I hope this prevents anyone else from having a similar experience. And they need to have a sitting area upstairs in
the bedroom, nowhere to put on shoes etc. There was definately room for one.

The location is perfect. Enjoyed having the kitchen and separate living room area. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

The location was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the two level rooms. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. The neighborhoods in the area are just so amazing to walk. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, and had great amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
Parking can be a little bit of a challenge with a shared public garage a block away. That said, parking can be a challenge anywhere near that location and the hotel makes it as easy as possible.
