Set in the village of Noneley, the house is conveniently just north of historic Shrewsbury and close to the Welsh borders. The property stands in an ideal position for exploring and sightseeing within this lovely region. There are plenty of walks close by in the Shropshire Hills which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether you crave activity, history, culture or shopping, nearby towns have plenty to offer all tastes and ages. Oswestry and Shrewsbury are set very close by and both offer an array of bars, shops and restaurants. After a day exploring the Shropshire countryside guests can relax in the extensive grounds surrounding the property. There is private seating in the garden on the patio outside the garden room or on the patio area to the rear of the property, or why not relax in the private hot tub overlooking the surrounding farmland.
On the ground floor the property has a living room, snug, well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room and dining room/garden room. There is also a games room with pool table and a selection of games, just off the games room is a shower room. The property is absolutely sunning, fabulous kitchen with aga, lots of living space and very comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and we had almost everything we could need for our weekend break. A couple more large pans for cooking for 12 people would have been handy.

We absolutely loved this house, the games room and the hot tub. Perfect for a group of friends, well equipped kitchen, big table to eat around and lovely garden. Thanks for a great weekend, we had such a good time.
