This spot was lovely. Clean, well appointed and thoughtfully stocked. We had plenty of linens, towels, dish soap, and detergent. Details we've found missing in previous rentals, this one ticked off all the boxes. Communication was clear and check-in went smoothly. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, and we had plenty of space to relax and cook. Just great!

The location was great and the space is very clean but the traffic is very loud and the lights downstairs are bright when sleeping at night. The property manager was helpful when we needed the key and also left us a nice welcome gift. Overall it was a great stay.

The space was perfect for two families of four. Great accommodations. Everything was clean and modern. Gracious hosts- I requested a coffee machine and the host brought it immediately. She also brought us cookies which was really nice. Conveniently located right outside town walking distance to bakery, liquor shop and seafood market. I highly recommend!!!!

The location and amenities were A-plus
Host even left us local wine and charcuterie and they was really everything you needed.
My only comment is the it doesn’t say I. The listing that it’s a second floor unit and you have to walk up. This is only an issue for my family as my mom is disabled and it was hard for her to get up the stairs.

Great property. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location; beautiful place
Stayed here with my extended family, including parents, brother and his family for my daughters high school graduation. From the outside the place is deceiving. Once you open the door, it’s just amazing. Everything is laid out nicely and there’s plenty of room. We used all the bedrooms and had my niece sleeping on the pull out couch. Everyone was comfortable and the big table allowed everyone to sit and eat together. Being familiar with the area, this place is in a great location to access all of the things that Mystic has to offer. In addition, there’s a nice grocery store about 2 mins down the road to help stock the unit.

This centrally located gem is clean as a whistle and like new. Not sure whether it's considered an apartment or a condo, but the listing doesn't quite clarify that it sits atop a small commercial space. At the time of our stay the commercial space was vacant so we had the building and many parking spaces all to our family of five. The entire unit is upstairs and requires a climb up some stairs to access the charming front door and trex surfaced patio with two upholstered outdoor lounges.
The interior is bright and light with well chosen furnishings and finishes. We were in town for graduation at the United States Coast Guard Academy and booked five nights. The kitchen / dining area was the perfect gathering space for our family. We prepared most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and found everything we needed to cook terrific food and clean up easily. There are a few small local markets close by, and a new Big Y grocery store right down the street half a mile.
This charming place is only a short five block walk to the historic drawbridge in Mystic. Next door is Nana's Bakery (famous sourdough donuts), and a wood fired pizza place is about to open soon called Ignacio's. As you walk toward the drawbridge you pass Sea Swirl, Taquerio, Angie's Pizza, Bravo Bravo, and S&P Oyster Restaurant and Bar. Lots of terrific dining without needing to jump in a car. Also, make sure to stop at Studio Jeffrey P'an across the street and see his glorious glass creations and his lauded glass blowing studio.
This place checks all the boxes of what makes a great VRBO. Most importantly, the owner gave us a wonderful experience. She was a responsive, considerate professional, and generous hostess. Our experience at her place was fantastic during a busy, highly scheduled week and an important family event.

We had a very nice stay at this property. House was very clean and pretty and comfortable. It was very kind of the owners to leave us a welcome gift of wine, cheese, meat and crackers! So sweet and yummy. Had a small problem, contacted owners with a very quick response and easy fix. The only thing I would say is maybe have a bit more seating in the living room, but we had a very happy stay at this rental home. A fun thing I would recommend to visitors vacationing in the area, take a sail boat ride on Argia Mystic Cruises. My 82 yr old mother in law and my 21 year old daughter both loved it.

This is a newly built apartment, with a modern style and gracious hosts.
When we planned a long weekend trip to Mystic, we waited to look at the forecast, to make sure we could get there before the snow. We figured we could hunker down, play board games and watch the storm howl. We know Mystic well, so we knew the town would be dishing out hospitality as soon as it was possible.
We could not have chosen a nicer nest to ride out a storm which dropped a foot and a half of snow. With the gas fireplace turned up, we watched the snow fly, the wind howl, and, listened to the plows rumbling by. We had laid in plenty of hot chocolate mix and had a good stash of rum for spiking it. Add the gracious hostess gifts, including snacks, wine and instructions for managing the space, and we felt welcome and comfortable.
As soon as the snow stopped, there were our hosts, shovling out the three foot drifts from the deck and steps, and making sure we had a path out for the car. The plowing service showed up and we were good to go. Every question we had was answered promptly and cheerfuly.
The apartment is beautiful, and the kitchen is serious. With a ton of counterspace, a proper stove and oven and a full set of cooking tools, you can, and we did make full meals, bake cookies and broil flounder from the fish market 2 minutes away. The kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, making the space very social. A lot of places say "Chef's kitchen," This apartment delivers.
The appliances are top notch, and there's a generous supply of plates, silverware, and glasses. We were able to set a full table with ease, and the space makes an elegent setting for dinner as the snow blows by.
The internet was fast, there's a complete smart TV setup, with gorgeous TVs everywhere you look. The bathrooms are gleaming and the showers delightful. Good blinds allow sleeping in, and the enitre space is modern and well appointed.
The location is a short walk to town, and there are several food options literally out the door, including a first rate fishmarket. The local supermarket is 2 minutes away, and we got pick up from several of Mystic's top names with ease.
We'll be looking to book again. The space, and above all the hospitality made our long weekend delightful.

Amazing Apt for Families in Mystic
Our family decided to take a last minute trip to Mystic for a long weekend and after looking at hotel options we decided to take a quick look at VRBO and found this gem of a property!
The unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building and is newly completed with a very clean, comfortable and modern design that includes all of the little details and extra touches that you would normally only find at home. For example, all of the rooms have a wireless phone charger handy including in the bedrooms on the nightstands. The owner also provided a very nice set of toiletries and provides fresh, clean towels along with things like hair spray, hair dryers and very nice soaps and cleansing products normally found in a hotel.
The property also has a quaint little deck with two lounge chairs that is perfect for relaxing out on in the evening after a long day with a nice glass of wine and some cheese and crackers (that were left for us as a welcome gift along with other snacks by the owner).
The property is very convenient to downtown Mystic and is within walking distance of some nice dining options as well as a short drive to the grocery store.
The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you could ever imagine needing. It would be a wonderful place to spend a winter holiday, a long weekend in the fall leaf peeping or a week in the summer.
We will most definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with children or family. It very comfortably sleeps 5 - 6 in the bedrooms.
