What a beautiful tiny home and property! It feels so secluded and intimate, but only a short drive from groceries or restaurants. It was the perfect anniversary trip for my wife and I.

My wife and I spent three days in the Tiny House in Addison and had a wonderful time. What a fascinating place! Excellent cleanliness and provisions. Waking up in the woods was great. We want one for our back yard.

Don’t even think about it, if this place is available for the dates you’re interested in, just book it! My husband and I came for the week while our kids were away at camp. The spot on the lake is perfection, the tiny house is adorable and very well thought out, communication with the host couldn’t be better…we loved our stay! If you’re looking for quiet and solitude in a gorgeous setting, this is the place for you! We can’t wait to return, and we hope to bring our kids us next time!

Really fun time with grandkids at this property. House super clean, with everything we needed. Pebble beach and path through woods really well maintained.

Very glad we chose this beautiful spot. We enjoyed kayaking and after dinner having a nice fire by the water to watch the sun set. The bonus was waking up to a deer and her fawn one day and a turkey another. Took a day to tour the little town of Vergennes which I would recommend. Also enjoyed visiting Fort Henry and learning about the history of the area and how Lake Champlain played a part. It was a great week and such a relaxing getaway for sure.

We really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay here. It was a great week of quiet mixed with easy access to towns to be able to go and do. Gorgeous property as well.

Wonderful spot. Beautiful walk through the woods to the lake. Private and peaceful. Felt like sleeping in trees.

The house was the perfect size for my husband and I; small and cozy but with all the amenities and lots of windows so it didn't feel claustrophobic! It was so clean and felt welcoming. The firepit by the lake was the best! We hiked Snake Mountain, went to Hogback Mountain Brewing in Bristol and Addison Four Corners Store. We grilled at the house one night too. Even though it rained a lot, we fit everything in except kayaking...but in mid October I guess that's to be expected!

What a treat staying at the Vergennes tiny house was! I wondered if it would truly be on the lake, and it absolutely was! Just steps down a quaintly lit, mulched path was the amazing Lake Champlain, with the most incredible mountain views and the most beautiful black, flat stones that lined the gentle shoreline. The property was exactly as pictured, beautiful, clean, modern and had everything we needed, my only regret is the lack of a canoe, two kayaks would have gotten me too wet for the fall weather and not offered a shared experience with my mate, a canoe ride with him would have been awesome. That's truly the only con! Privacy was not an issue, we had the area all to ourselves! Although it was secluded, we definitely felt safe! The bed was extremely comfortable, the pros of a great matress! And having our meals with a full view to the woods/lake was wonderful! Becky answered us right away and was quite pleasant and very easy to communicate with! There were mums & a pumkin set on the porch, VT truffles & a welcome note...all wonderful touches, for a lovely welcome. The lake was warm, the weather was perfect...nothing better than a lakeside fire every night! The water pressure and temperature in the shower were AWESOME! nice and hot, extremely clean and oversized too! We needed a break to recharge and this was perfect! The general store about 3 miles away had everything we needed and great made to order food choices. We had a scenic drive to UVM

We had a very comfortable and relaxing time in between our visits to Middlebury to see our grandchild. We liked the experience of living in a small, well-designed space in a beautiful location.
We will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in that area.

This cabin is adorable and well maintained, the property has immediate access to the lake and is completely screened by woods and very private. Vergennes the property is truly off the grid but food is relatively accessible within 20-30 minutes. If youre looking to unplug and detach from your busy life i would reccomend this stay.

If you like lake vacation, stay or adventures this is the place. Nature clean and pristine almost untouched. There is all commodities for your stay. Natalie and Becky are wonderful people helping me and family stay on different dates because of my hospitalization at time we booked. This will tell you not just kindness but how different and caring they are.
There is outdoor shower if you like. Enough hot water for entire family. Bathroom, kitchen is just like in all ‘Escaoe’ tiny houses - simple, luxury and comfort.
We cook, BBQ and even bake Coconut Bake. Yum oven works perfect. Utensils just like you at home.
Host will great you with lake gears: wests, kayaks, pedals, fishing rods … list goes on. By the lake you have a pit right on the water. Enjoy!
Trail to the water line has solar lamps. There is a tree swing, hammocks and kiddy corner. Birds are singing and two squirrels are busy all day long around the house.
Air is fresh so fresh. Inside you have enough equipment to dehumidify the place. So important. Air is clean inside as well.
If you catch dates this place is a gem all year around.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay on this lakefront property, with wonderful views of the mountains across the lake. Very well situated to some of the historic forts in the region, for history buffs. Thank you to our hosts, who were very responsive to our queries.

We had a wonderful time staying at this tiny house (which actually isn't that tiny!). It was more than enough space for my husband and I and from the moment we got there we knew our honeymoon stay would be amazing. The home was clean, fresh, comfy bed, regular flushing toilet and shower/tub combo, and had everything you could need. The beach was breathtaking, the lake has clean water, and was refreshing for swimming and kayaking. Perfect mix of privacy but also it didn't feel too remote either. Beautiful part of Vermont as well. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are nature lovers to the max and we didn't have a lot of time (blending a family) for a true honeymoon but what we really wanted was time together in our favorite spot, nature! We built amazing fires and visited nearby towns and drove in the country, it was perfect. This tiny house is truly one of a kind and we will be back! Thanks for this opportunity to create fabulous memories and more to come! God bless!

The tiny house on Lake Champaign was everything we expected and more, given the description of the property and location. The house was set back from the lake but provided a great view and was screened well from the road. While 'tiny', the house was well laid out providing a spacious feel and plenty of room for our activities. The location is very quiet and nestled in the woods. Both the owner and manager were very gracious and helpful throughout our stay and the information provided about local attractions and restaurants was right on target. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. Property is close to Burlington and Middlebury making excursions to both a breeze. We enjoyed the house and our stay immensely.

Everything was so easy. Secluded but not isolated. Exactly what I was looking for. The fall colors were beyond spectacular snd didn’t have to go much further than the front door. Wine sitting by the lake watching sun set. I could go on and on. Solo trip at 68. There’s so much to see in the world but could see myself on a repeat here!

My wife, son (6yrs), and I drove up from Massachusetts for a long weekend and birthday celebration. We had an excellent time. Such a great getaway.
The hosts were extremely responsive both via email and text. The welcome packet/material provided us with plenty of information to ensure we had a fulfilling trip exploring the surrounding areas. And the house itself..... so cool. The property is peaceful and contains everything you need to have a great experience. Just show up and enjoy.
Highly recommended!

This is a private cozy and everything you need to enjoy a getaway spot! We had comforts of home, easy access to the surrounding area as well as use of the kayaks and paddleboards. The private beach area is excellent for unwinding and de stressing. The tiny house has amazing qualities such as all of the windows to enjoy looking out of at anytime! Grilling on the patio was a bonus, eating on the deck at the picnic table was delightful. I have no real pain points except being tall and having issues with the low ceiling in the sleeping lofts...but the comfortable bed and amazing view made up for it. Amazing trip - fantastic spot.....thank you for sharing your beautiful spot with us! I would highly recommend!

Perfect hideaway on the lake
We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this incredibly private and picture-perfect getaway right on Lake Champlain. The tiny house is bright and cozy and provides for everything you need. The surroundings are completely private with no neighbors in sight, including on the huge, slate, swimmable beach. Chairs, a fire pit, and kayaks are there to take in the views. When we return to the lake we will always look to stay here again!

Peaceful, relaxing, easy solitude
From the beginning Nathalie was communicative and incredibly helpful, giving advice on where to go and what to do. Instructions on the ins and outs of the tiny home were clear and easy to find. The house was well stocked with what we needed and a quick trip to the local general store got us by for a few days more. Though the house is tiny, it never felt claustrophobic or tight. My husband is 6 foot and I am 5' 10, standing in the loft area was not possible, but my children (8 and 9) just made it to a full stance. It was clean and very well maintained. Frankly, a pleasure to stay in for the entire family. The lake is visible through the trees, the kids loved the tree swing just before the hill path leading down to the lake. Pro tip-Bring your water shoes, they certainly made the lake more navigable for us. The fire pit and kayaks were all in great shape and we enjoyed using them both.
Overall 5 stars. Would stay here again anytime. Might be really nice in the winter.

Relaxing and quiet!
The setting is just what my husband and I needed for a relaxing vacation. A very quiet area of the lake and the chairs and fire pit are great for both morning and evening. The house is very unique and had everything we needed. Having kayaks right there is great and lots of hiking and biking options around. The owner and property manager were excellent with communication. We highly recommend it!!!!

Absolutely perfect!
We had an amazing time and enjoyed every aspect of your property. Paradise by the lake! The location was so convenient to the areas we came to visit. It was a very special trip for us. We came for my family reunion, but it was also our chance to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Covid ruined our 25th anniversary plans in 2020, so this was our re-do trip and it was marvelous!! Nathalie, thank you so much for allowing us to use your tiny home to getaway and relax. We will be back! Hopefully very soon

Perfect Getaway
The Lake Champlain Tiny House was a perfect getaway for my family! The tiny house and the property was excellent. My family enjoyed all aspects of the property, including the lake and mountain views, tree swing, kayaks, and the lake-side firepit. The only downside was that we had to leave!

Beautiful Lake Champlain stay
My family and I had a great time renting this property on Memorial Day weekend! The tiny house was great for the 3 of us and having the picnic table and outdoor space was perfect. We spent a large chunk of time on the shore and my 2 year old son could have spent the whole time just throwing rocks in the lake! Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the kayaks and the fire pit was unusable at the time we were there but everything at the house is so well thought out. We were able to spend some time exploring and recommend 3 squares cafe for breakfast, as well as Red Mill Restaurant and Otter Creek View Park which were great and family friendly. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and checked in to make sure everything was taken care of for us and even gave us extra ideas for things to do with a little one in the area. We greatly enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property!

Great tiny house in a superb location
My friend and I had a great time at this property. The space is small but very well equipped and clean. We loved the remote location and proximity to the lake and kayaking. Would highly recommend for an outdoor getaway.

Breathtaking scenery and cute tiny house too!
My wife and I spent our 5 year anniversary here for a week and it’s was spectacular! Not only do you have the privacy of being secluded (something we do not have where we live) but the whole property is absolutely breathtaking! The pictures truly doesn’t do it justice, you need to experience for yourself to truly get immersed into the beauty. Having a fire down by your private section of the lake and watching the sunset was mesmerizing. The location is conveniently located near most of the major towns that most visitors go to VT for. We had to drive a little bit around, but with all foliage there was not a care in the world to do so.
Outside of the property itself the extra little touches that was put into this was fantastic. They left us a little card wishing us a Happy Anniversary, along with some VT goodies! Also knew we were avid hikers so they had a bunch of pamphlets and maps for trails. In addition provided us with great recommendations on things to do and really great places to eat. Finally they checked in to see how everything was, and also there was a storm coming one night so they called to make sure we had everything we needed and were willing to drive down to supply us with extra candles if we wanted.
This was truly a remarkable experience and we have lifelong memories. We really did not want to leave.

Weekend getaway in Vermont
We loved our stay at this tiny house! The owners have thought of everything, and we were amazed at how well designed and comfortable the space was. The setting is idyllic - we felt like we were in our own private treehouse when in the sleeping loft. We didn't have time to use the kayaks, but we enjoyed the fire pit on the shale beach very much. Thank you so much for helping make our weekend special.
