Property is lovely. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub and watching the seals. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

This home worked very well for our family stay. The setting is private and beautiful. We docked our boat at Fair Harbor Marina which is just across the inlet and so convenient for taking short trips around south Puget Sound including Jarrell's Cove and McMicken Island. We all enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the hot tub. The bunk bed room worked great for the kids. The kitchen had what we needed but could use a bit of a fresh-up. The laundry was great for keeping up with washing all the towels. This is really a fun place place for families to gather.

Nine people, ages 11-65, spent three nights here. The layout and placement of every single thing is very well thought out. House is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Property managers were a delight to work with. The neighborhood is quiet. We had seals visit the swim dock every evening and a doe and her fawn visited on our last morning. Every member of our family enjoyed our time there. No need to go do or see anything else. This is the perfect get-away. Truly a treasure. We will be repeat renters.

We spent our 10 day family vacation (3 adults, 6 children ages 1-10) at this amazing home on Treasure Island. The layout was perfect, mattresses comfortable, view lovely, neighbors friendly, and communication with the property manager professional. The house was very clean upon arrival, except for the only shower in the house— it needed a scrub down but I figured the previous tenants were extra messy and housekeeping simply didn’t have time. I didn’t mind cleaning it myself as every other aspect of this home was just perfect. We enjoyed taking one or two walks a day around the island and by the end of our time, knew many of the neighbors, their pets, and the resident deer. Orca even swam past the island on one day, though we missed it! It was fun to go to the local town of Allyn and see the sea lions and seals on the pier. Try Peace, Love and Donuts in Allyn! We traveled to Port Townsend for a whale watching tour, Point Wilson lighthouse and Fort Worden, Olympia for the capitol buildings and the children’s museum, Bremerton for the naval museums and battleship, and Seattle for the Museum of Flight. We also really enjoyed kayaking (though you have to watch the timetables or you hardly have any water). We highly recommend this home. Thank you, Treasure Island!!

We all got to get out on the water and do a little kayaking which was awesome. We found the house comfortable and location great - nice meet between Portland and Seattle!

House is great and location is perfect. Kids enjoyed playing table tennis, kayaking and going in the hot tub!

We had a great time on Treasure Island. There were plenty of kayaks and paddle boards to go around. The kitchen was very well stocked. All kinds of pots and pans, spices and food containers. There was always plenty of chairs for our group, no matter if we were sitting together inside or outside.

Perfect location; not too close to the hustle and bustle, but close enough to be convenient. The house was perfect for our family of 6, has everything you need. Would definitely return in the future.

Two families with very adventurous kids had the joy of staying in this home, and we had the most amazing time. It was relaxing, cozy, spacious and serene. The water and kayaks put this trip over the top with our expectations. We were in the water from sun up, till sundown with hot tubing, naps, and games in between. We will definitely be back!

Great place, unbelievable views, well stocked kitchen, perfect check-in experience and communication with the property manager.
This is a fantastic property in a fairly central location to both Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to visit family!

Lots of activities for everyone. The hot tub was probably the biggest hit, but getting out on kayaks was lots of fun. It was a nice getaway for the entire family.

Couldn’t be more happy with this property.
Amazing views, amenities, space, ease of access to local businesses. We loved all aspects of this trip & the property has our seal of approval. This is a definite YES if you’re looking at this properties and thinking “WOW, that looks like a great place to relax & enjoy some down time with friend and/or family!”

My family had a wonderful time on Treasure Island. The house is well-stocked with the essentials and the beds are comfy. Lots of room indoors for fun and games, and outdoors for water views and seal watching. The selection of kayaks was perfect and each of us found our faves. The whole family circled the island by kayak, which was a point of pride for this out of shape 60 yo first-timer. Lots to see and do or just kick back in this gorgeous island setting.
There is quite a swing between low and high tide but it's just a matter of timing. The path to the beach is down two levels of terraced slate walkways so probably not recommended for those with mobility issues, otherwise it's a definite treasure, on Treasure Island.

The house was comfortable for our group, albeit a little difficult to have only one shower for 6 of us. But the kitchen was well-stocked and the living room comfy for lounging & hanging out. But mainly, it was the kayaks, floating toys, and the ping pong that made it so fun for us all.

Lovely, relaxing place to stay w family. The island is a quiet, tight knit community. Plenty of water toys, hot tub, games, and little kids play area. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, and the views are spectacular. Property mgr was very responsive. We hope to come back again next year.

We loved our stay here! Amazing water views with a magical garden (deers came through). We were two families with 4 kids total. It was the perfect long weekend getaway. Peaceful, comfortable house and the decks were so pleasant. Enjoyed kayaking a couple of times a day. The location on Puget Sound with the tides going in and out is something. We worked around the one shower situation. We would love to visit again.

We stayed at the Treasure Island Retreat as it provided fairly quick access to Oysterfest in Shelton, and it was a fantastic place to stay. Great house with tons of space for 9 people. The outdoor spaces were awesome - especially the deck/patio overlooking the water. They provided paddleboards and kayaks which we loved using. The firepit made for cozy evenings and the fully functional kitchen and grill made it easy to prepare meals. I would go back in a heartbeat as I think this house would make a wonderful getaway any time of year.

4 generations gathered to celebrate a 90th birthday. The house was perfect. Something to do for all ages. Sitting on the deck enjoying the view, kayaking or playing on the outdoor playset, everybody was happy. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Great house!

What a great property for a weekend getaway! Kayaking and seal watching were our favorite activities. Both the house and outside spaces were charming. We will definitely return!

The property has a lot of potential just needs a few improvements. The exterior needs a good decluttering and landscaping maintenance. We happened to be there for some hot days and a screen is truly needed on sliding door to kitchen and above the kitchen sink to allow a cross breeze without it the bees kept coming into the home. Understand renters are hard on screen doors but without doors open it would be 85 plus degrees. The home did have everything we needed and more. The one room in the basement did seem to have a moisture odor. Guess they are working on it with the machine in that room. Would easily return next summer.

A True Treasure
I think my 3-year-old daughter said it best when she ran around shouting “It’s magical!” The house is super homey and comfortable with beautiful water views at every turn. The grounds are amazing with flower lined stone paths taking you to a pirate-y play-structure, a fire pit with tons of seating and, of course, down to the water-front patio and beach. We kayaked, we seal-watched, we beach-combed, we grilled, we played basketball, and so much more. We had a truly magical time.

Beautiful home in great area and plenty to do!
This was our first trip to Washington. There was 5 of us. My husband and I, our adult children 22 &19 and our youngest 12 years old. Our daughter (22) had a track meet in Seattle and we wanted to make a vacation out of our stay. We purposely looked for a home out of the hustle and bustle of the city and this did not disappoint. Seattle was about an hour and a half drive but was totally worth it. Coming from the 90 plus degree weather to the 50’s/60’s was refreshing. We all enjoyed kayaking the most. Highly recommended doing it at high tide as that seems to be when the oh so curious seals come out. So fun! FYI: kayaking before high tide you will load up from the beach…if you finish kayaking at high tide you unload directly on the steps of the patio!! Bring extra shoes. Lol!! Other than kayaking the house is loaded with card games, board games, ping pong table (in the front yard) and availability to watch TV. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and more to spare. Clean home. I did felt the need to contact the house manager via email (nothing urgent or alarming) but received a quick response. The neighborhood is nice and quite and seemed very safe!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly!! While staying at the home I highly recommend taking a drive into Gig Harbor to have breakfast at the Devoted Kiss. AAAAHHMAZING food! We ate there 3 days. I highly recommend this beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation
Home was perfect for our Thanksgiving get together. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking.
Property has a lovely view of the water. We saw seals and deer. The children enjoyed the outdoor play structure. Debra, the property manager was wonderful. The only drawback was only one bathroom has a shower.

Lovely house with amazing views and amenities!
We stayed here for my daughters birthday with a couple of her friends and their moms. The house was a perfect size with plenty of room for everyone to have space to be together or apart. The bunk room was the perfect size for three kids, there was an additional bed for a fourth that we didn’t need. The house was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything needed and lots of dishes. Plenty of towels were stocked as well. The inside is well decorated and the views from inside showed all the beauty outside. It was a dreary October day so we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks or several areas to relax, but could imagine how wonderful it would be on a nice warm day. We did use the fire pit during a break in the rain and that was fun. The town of Allyn is a 7 minute drive - they have a convenience store, espresso stands, restaurants, and a delicious burger stand. I’ll definitely think of this house for future visits!

Wonderful times with good friends
We had an amazing time ! We all wished we had one more day to enjoy your fantastic place. Walked around the whole island to enjoy the views , sat out on the deck to see the wildlife, relaxed in the living area with the wonderful view. Hard to leave !

Recommended Property For Sure
We had a really fun and safe stay in a great location. The four grandkids had a ball kayaking and exploring. The home is well equipped and very comfortable, and the property is just as much fun as the house. They do need to get the hot tub up and running because that would have been fun as well, but we'll certainly return to this property.

Perfect for our 2-family stay
This place is a gem, especially for the price! It had everything we needed for our 2-family stay (with 5 kids under age 8). Plenty indoor and outdoor space. Multiple TVs. Lots of beds. A million towels. Coloring books, games, puzzles. A play structure. Everything we needed in the kitchen (including plastic kids plates/bowls and cups). A great view. And enough kayaks + SUP boards (and life jackets) for our entire party of 9 to head out on the water together!
We loved waking up to the gorgeous view of the water, beach combing (there are a crazy number of shells and cool rocks right off the deck, compared to the PNW coast), catching crabs and collecting oysters to BBQ for a delicious snack.
Some pleasant surprises:
- The property is much larger than it appears on the listing.
- There actually are some (small) stores and coffee places very nearby (I had thought for some reason we’d have to drive 30 minutes to a store)
- It has an outdoor hot tub!
We are already making plans to come back!!!
