The sparkling waters of Fair Harbor are just outside your back door at this waterfront home on the western shores of Treasure Island. Enjoy a private stretch of pebbly beach, an expansive deck overlooking the inlet, and a backyard firepit where you can roast marshmallows and admire spectacular sunsets.
This two-story, bayfront home is located on Treasure Island, a private island in Puget Sound connected to the mainland and the town of Grapeview via a one-lane bridge. It's a wonderful spot for launching kayaks from your private beach, playing the Lakeland Village Golf Course (five miles north), and exploring Twanoh and Belfair State Parks (both within a 15-mile drive).
The natural setting is a large part of what makes this home so special. Sip your first cup of coffee each morning outside on the waterfront deck, use the gas grill for lunchtime barbecues, and find the perfect seat for sunset on the deck, on the beach, or by the firepit.
The open living space is upstairs on the second floor, bringing together a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a dining room table for family meals, and a living room where you can watch movies and play games in the cozy warmth of the pellet stove. There's also a great workspace by the deck doors where you can log onto the WiFi and a bonus playroom downstairs for your kids.
Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite on the main floor; the others are guest rooms downstairs. A washer/dryer is on hand for your convenience as well.

Nice house with direct access to the beach. The road around the island is a really nice walk with interesting homes, art and gardens. People were all very friendly, only a few minutes to get to some nice restaurants and grocery stores.

The location and views of the home are wonderful. More info on what is provided with renting the house would have been very helpful.

Absolutely loved being on this small private island. Home was very comfortable. Gorgeous beach. Tons of deer and water critters to watch. Lots of stairs down to the house. I'd definitely go back!

This Treasure Island house is very nice and we four adults enjoyed it. It was clean and pretty well furnished. A table on the deck would be nice in order to have meals there. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, altho more silverware would be good. We ran out of forks and knives with each meal.
The beds, bedrooms and bathrooms are fine, the deck is very nice with a great view, and the beach down below is great, quiet with very safe water for swimming, paddle-boarding, etc. The neighbors are friendly as well. What the listing does not show in photos or mention in the description is that it's a bit of a hike from the parking area to the house, down about 35 steps, and of course back up as you unload your car or want to go for a walk or take out the trash. There's another drop of about 20 steep steps down to the beach from the house. My family is healthy and fit so this wasn't a major problem. But if your group has anyone elderly or not very mobile for whatever reason it would be a major drawback. They would need to be helped every time they want to go out of the house either down to the beach or back to the car.

Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful view. Outside decks and all could be cleaned up better. But still very nice.

Although we only live an hour away, it still feels like a totally different area. We enjoyed the quiet the most, but the view of the water and the quick walk to the beach were also awesome! I think we saw a total of 5 people on the beach or on their decks which made it feel even more private. Our dogs loved going down to water, splashing around and chasing their ball. The water was still too cold to go all the way in, but it was still fun to put my feet in. Great place, we will come back for sure, Thank you!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting.

We loved that there was a firepit. The downstairs wasn't aesthetically pleasing but it was spot to let the kids have some indoor playtime. The posting isn't very detailed, we had to go there and find out. All in all it was a good time!
PS the drain works on all showers now.
Also you should take the pictures of any damages when you first get there.

The place is great and we would definitely stay there again. The location is perfect, right on the water with east access to the beach and rope swing. The SUPs provided were great for the kids and adults. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids and the deck was spectacular.
The house does only supply “starter supplies” meaning one roll of tp, one roll of paper towel, no dish washer soap or beach towels. Limited bath towels and silverware made the weekend a bit taxing for eight people.
It was the lack of supplies that made it 4 stars rather than 5, but now everyone can pack accordingly.

In need of a little TLC. Only 5 coffee cups. Outdoor furniture very rickety. Downstairs shower cloged. Drains very slowly.

The ititial take on the house was shock when we realized the stairs down to the house consisted of 36 steps not including the steps from the house to the beach. Once we entered the house we were greated to a great view of the water through two large slider doors. Then we realized the house had been closed up all day with the curtains open and the inside temperature was in the mid 80's plus. The first thing we started looking for was the AC...NO AC? At least downstairs was a little cooler. We did find a fan in a closet which became our AC along with all the windows open. The water in the downstairs tub drained very slowly and if everyone needed a shower, the third person was taking a shower in knee deep water. We notified the management team so hopefully that has been resolved. While looking around to get a feel for the house, we noticed there were only three towels in the downstairs area? Since there are 4 beds in one room and queen or double in the second the was a real mismatch. Eventually we looked in the dryer and found it stuffed full of towels etc. A couple of additional issues with the double doors in the upper level, the doors were hard to open and close which appeared to be the dirt in the track? and one screen door had a piece of trim that would come off if you tried to shut the screen door. We did not see a vacuum so as to try to maintain the floors. Back to the AC issue, The only way to keep the house cool was to keep the curtains closed when the sun st

The cleaning crew did a great job! The house is in a spectacular location, we had a wonderful visit, but the property manager or owner needs to pay a visit to attend to issues beyond the scope of cleaning.
Downstairs shower drains very slowly, Downstairs bathroom has broken tile near toilet
Large tree branch down in lower parking area (we cleaned that up)
Sand Toys strung all across back yard (we also cleaned those up and swept the concrete areas)
Paddle Boards left out in yard
Paddle board paddles need to have adjuster bracket screws tightened, they collapse unexpectedly
Paddle board storage shelf needs to be shorn up to actually support the boards
Gas bottle on grill almost empty
A few light bulbs blown and we couldn’t find spares.
Coffee Machine calling for descaling.
Probably all the result of a busy summer season, but needs to be done none the less.

Beautiful views and access to the water. The home was well cared for, tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

The view is incredible and the deer roam freely around the island, however the steps did get tiresome.
