By combining the main, 3 bedroom/2 bath house with the upstairs 1 bedroom,/1 bath unit, large family groups are able to enjoy an amazing home in an equally amazing beach location! Here's what you'll find:

ATTENTION:
Because the upstairs/back unit is not connected internally to the downstairs unit, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both upper and lower units - especially overnight. Neither unit is permitted to operate as a "kids' room" and must have overnight parental supervision.

- 1 Full-size fold out couch is on-site (in the back/upper unit) to allow additional sleeping accommodations for up to 10 ppl.

DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE (LIKE MOST IN THE AREA) DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING

LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities located on-site. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.

LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.

PARKING:
- 1-2 spaces in the carport (small to mid-size vehicles recommended), and 1 space in the garage (small vehicles only). NO PARKING BEHIND THE GARAGE.
- General free street parking in the area can also be utilized provided all on-site parking is being used.

LOCATION:
Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and more! World class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away! NOTE: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Location wise it was two blocks to the beach which is great. The house itself was nice enough, though it felt like it needed a deep clean, there was a musty smell throughout both units that did air out once all windows where open. As noted there isn't an air conditioner so you have to keep windows open, and the traffic noise can get loud at night. The fridge stopped working mid stay and the rental agency was quick to respond and provided a mini fridge for the rest of our time there however our food did spoil in the main fridge and the mini fridge wasn't big enough to for the number of guest staying there.

We weren’t allowed to check in early even by 15 minutes. We had to buy toilet paper, salt and pepper, and dish soap. The kitchen had very old cooking dishes, food stuck to everything. The oven wasn’t functioning properly and was hard to use. The fridge didn’t stay cold and the ice maker/water feature in the fridge also wasn’t working. I was very disappointed with all of these issues considering the cost of the rental.
