This stunning 5-bedroom villa, with 5 full and 2 half bathrooms, sits at the end of a private road, offering both privacy and convenience. The villa includes a large covered carport and spacious living areas across four floors.
First Floor: Two private suites, each with separate entry and ensuite bathrooms, ideal for families or groups. Also on this level, you’ll find a cozy pool casita with a queen bed and private bath.
Second Floor: The luxurious master suite features a spa-like bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub.
Third Floor: The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, large dining area, and comfortable living room offer plenty of space to entertain. The living room can seat up to 14 guests, while the entire villa can host up to 20 people comfortably.
Penthouse (Fourth Floor): Enjoy panoramic views of the Manuel Antonio National Park and the Pacific Ocean from the exclusive Penthouse suite. With a king-size bed, a double massage hot tub, and an expansive sundeck complete with a dining area, gas grill, and bar, this floor is perfect for privacy or gatherings with friends.
