About this house rental
Come experience the beautiful Central Pacific beach town of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica at Jungle Creek. Nestled in a quiet tropical setting, Jungle Creek Villas are private, secure, comfortable and fully furnished. Jungle Creek is your home away from home when visiting Costa Rica. A blend of tropical simplicity and familiar amenities culminate to let you comfortably relax in privacy. Tastefully decorated and furnished, full sized fully equipped kitchens with AC, Wi-Fi Internet, and cable TV.
Respect the Environment: Costa Rica is known for its diverse and fragile ecosystems. Please help us protect the environment by not feeding the wildlife or tampering with the natural habitat. Feeding animals can disrupt their natural behavior and harm their health. They’re monkeys, lizards, raccoons, birds and occasionally a cat or two that roam the property grounds. Please make sure to keep a distance as these are wild animals.
Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of your noise level, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Keep in mind that loud music or noise can disturb both neighbors and wildlife.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts in designated containers and avoid littering.
Garbage Disposal: Properly dispose of your trash in provided containers, they are located in front of the garage at Jungle Creek and By the gate at Casa Pura Vida. This will help prevent attracting wildlife and maintain the cleanliness of the property.
Conservation of Resources: Please be mindful of your water and electricity usage. Turn off lights, fans, and AC when not in use, and report any water leaks or issues immediately.
Guest Limit: The villa has a maximum occupancy limit. Please adhere to this limit to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
Pets: Check with Heidy, the property manager, regarding the villa's pet policy. If pets are allowed, ensure that they are well-behaved and clean up after them.
Pool and Amenities: Use the pool and other amenities responsibly. Follow any specific rules posted in those areas. Do not jump on flotation devices, this can result in an injury and that’s never fun on vacation. Do not under any circumstances put any chemicals, dyes or additives to the pools.
Humidity and Humidity staining: This is normal in a tropical environment, we use paints, fabrics and solutions to keep the mold down, however staining from the humidity is common and may look ominous, if you’re concerned please talk to the owners or manager before trying to remedy or remove anything yourselves.
Security: Lock all doors and windows when you leave the villa, and use the provided safe for your valuables.
Respect for Local Culture: Respect the local culture and customs.
Check-Out Procedures: Please follow check-out procedures provided by Heidy, the property manager. This may include cleaning up the villa, washing dishes, and returning keys.
Emergency Contact: In case of emergencies, contact Heidy or the provided emergency contact immediately.
These updated rules reflect Heidy as the property manager and have removed the mention of the hot tub. Please ensure to communicate with Heidy regarding any specific details related to your stay.
Enjoy your visit to Costa Rica!
