When you enter the cabin you will be welcomed with a warm and inviting vibe. Go ahead and pop some vinyl on the record player while you tour your home away from home. You will enter into the open living/kitchen/dining area with a modern-rustic charm, anchored by a stone wood-burning fireplace. You will likely be drawn straight to the back door to check out the screened in patio area with hot tub, twinkle lights, rocking chairs, fire pit and and nice view. If you can’t wait, head on down the path to admire the river frontage. Ease back up to the cabin and tour the cozy master bedroom and en suite bath with grab bars- this bathroom is handicap accessible. Next head upstairs and instantly feel your mood lift as you enter the loft. This happy space contains a foosball table, futon, TV, books, and games. It’s the perfect hang out spot for the kiddos and adults alike. The loft has a futon a floor mattress available for extra sleeping space, but please note it is probably best for kids or young adults as it is an open loft without a door. Upstairs you will also find the second bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful view from the windows. This room has a queen bed and twin bunks. Next to this bedroom is a full bathroom.

The shared amenities include the riverfront access and the riverfront fire pits. You will have your own private fire pit in the back yard area lined with trees for privacy. The hot tub is also private on the screened in back patio. You will enjoy the quick, scenic walk down the gravel path to enjoy the sparkling Toccoa River!

This is a great property! It is super comfortable with plenty of room to relax and experience the outdoors. You can walk down to the river or enjoy sitting on the screened in porch. The inside is also very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay in Suches! The cabin-style townhouse was the perfect size for our family of 4. The house was warm, cozy, and clean. Although the location is about 35 minutes from the nearest town, if you plan ahead, it’s not too bad. We loved the view of the mountains and the community was nice and quiet. There is a short trail behind the house that you can walk down to the river. The jacuzzi provided a great way to relax on the chilly, autumn evenings. Overall, our family would definitely recommend staying at this cabin if you enjoy nature and getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We were so pleased with our entire stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt valued by the property owner with the amazing communication. She had texted me asking if we were lost because we hadn't arrived yet, and there was a car driving around like they were lost. It wasn't us (we were running late), but it was so nice for her to check on us! When we went inside of the cabin, it was SO CLEAN, probably the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in. It was also beautifully decorated for Christmas with a Christmas tree and other cute decor items. We immediately ate dinner (picked up BBQ from Cooper's Cafe) and then went out to the hot tub. It was clean and very relaxing. We spent the rest of the evening (just myself, my husband, and two young kiddos) playing games. There are so many games available in the upstairs loft which was so wonderful! The next morning we walked down to the river, had coffee, and explored a little bit. One of my favorite parts of the entire weekend was playing music on the record player, cooking dinner, and playing games on Saturday night. We will definitely be back!

We visited places that we had been in the past with our deceased husbands, our children, and/or our grandchildren. Memories of camping days, summer hiking and fishing, etc. were all brought back. This property was centrally located for us to visit Mulky, Cooper Creek, Deep Hole, Winfield Scot, Vogel, Cleveland, Blue Ridge, and Copper Hill. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was in the house.

We had a very nice time at the property. My son loved the bunk bed house. The drive to the property is beautiful. The home was nice and well stocked. There are lots of games for the family to play. It was a prefect getaway from the normal, hectic every day life. 🍁🍂🏞

Wonderful family vacation!
Wow, this cabin style townhome is a gem! The entire experience was great with immediate confirmation of the reservation, and then thorough details about the check-in process. Sara also provided helpful hints for anyone not familiar with the area. The cabin is super clean, beautiful, comfy, and has everything you could need. The host’s attention to detail is top notch. From the board games, books, movies, foosball table to the back patio seating, hot tub, fire pit, grill, extra blankets, décor, kitchen utensils/appliances, makeup towels, Sara knows how to make you feel at home. The record player was a fun addition as well; the kids loved the old music. The property itself is lovely; we took walks down to the river daily. While the cabin feels remote, it is still close to other areas, if interested, such as the fish hatchery, gem mining, Amicalola Falls, Lake Winfield Scott, Swan Drive In, to name a few. Thank you, Sara, for sharing your home for a great family vacation!
