Stayed at Cari's place last weekend with my partner, another couple, and our three dogs. Cari was easy to communicate with and graciously accommodating of our extra furry friends. We enjoyed our stay! We found the home comfortable and spotlessly clean. The yard is lovely and large; we enjoyed using the grill but unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the hot tub just due to the warm weather at this time of year! It is a little over a mile walk to Main St so we elected to drive because of the weather, but it would be an easy walk at a more mild time of year. Just a note, the mattresses are on the firm side. Not that they were low quality, it just might not be everyone's preference. No complaints about our experience -- it's a great listing and I would recommend it to a friend.

We were a group of friends getting together for a weekend and had a wonderful time! The house was so awesome, comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly need. We were very happy and will definitely stay there again if we come back

We stayed for a long NYE weekend with four adults and a dog and this house was perfect. The outdoor space is large and great with the hot tub and fire pit. The location is about a 20 minute walk to Main Street, it’s also easy to get an Uber or ride share. The host provided a ton of local recommendations and was very easy to communicate with. There is some traffic on the road but not too noisy. Highly recommend.

We wanted a quick getaway to help us celebrate the holidays and our daughter’s birthday. The house was in a great location, perfect for our family and the fire pit in the backyard was great for s’mores! We would definitely book here again!

We booked this cute little place for our first Girls Trip for the Wine Festival. Everything was as described, and we had a wonderful time. Definitely will stay again. Hot tub was fantastic and despite the rainy weather we fully enjoyed it everyday.

We loved our time in this house. Its beautiful, comfortable, clean, quiet, fantastic. The house is closed to the town. You could walk to it. Neighborhood is safe. And Cari is always available and approachable. Thank you Cari for renting your beautiful house to us! We had a great time!

WE enjoyed the property very much. Very nicely updates ranch with nice backyard and all amenities. There are a few neighboring properties that are in need of TLC but over all a safe and quiet neighborhood. There was little/no communication about owners expectations or desires for guests.

This place was perfect for our girls trip weekend. Great location and really nice outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of the bedrooms were well appointed as well. Communication with property owners was also great. I was worried about hail damage to my new car and asked about the garage. They made a trip to make sure the garage was clear before we arrived.

My mother, sister, and I thoroughly enjoyed our girls’ weekend at Cari’s Place several weekends ago! The house was pristine and thoughtfully decorated, taking into account all the things one would need to enjoy a visit to Texas Wine Country. The host was easy to reach and responsive to our requests. Would most definitely re-visit this listing! One thing of note: we had hoped to be able to walk from the house to Main Street. While the distance was doable, the lack of sidewalks and street lights along the way rendered it a hazardous route after nightfall. This wasn’t an issue, as we easily obtained parking on Main.

Great house with all the amenities close to downtown. Awesome large back yard. We used the fire pit every night. Grill and hot tub were in great shape. Kitchen has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood (except for an occasional loud cow 😆) highly recommend!

The location was in a gated community, so my family felt safe the entire stay! Home was brand new, we loved the furnishings and finishes, had everything we needed for cooking and eating. Bathrooms were furnished with plenty of quality linens, had complimentary body wash/shampoo/conditioner, and were super clean. The small thoughtful touches were great like coffee maker and condiments, and there was even ice cream and beer, compliments of the host. Hopefully future renters will be so lucky to find those!!! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Cari’s Place is amazing! The home is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. It is immaculate both inside and outside. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of shopping. Cari’s Place is minutes from Main Street and the wineries. Cari is very prompt to respond to any questions. We appreciated her hospitality. She is a gem! We will definitely be back!

We had a nice stay even though the weather didn't cooperate. The house and yard were clean and well-kept. The systems were easy to use. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not as well-stocked as I expected; there was no cooking oil, spices, etc. Overall, a great VRBO choice in the heart of wine country.

Stayed in Fredericksburg to celebrate my birthday! We arrived at the house to find birthday balloons and the most fantastic cupcakes! How great is that?!! The house was perfect! We were literally 4 minutes away from everything we had planned! The house was clean, beds were comfortable! Used the hot tub every night! We would highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful time and the house had everything we needed and more. We hung out and watch football in the back yard. Dogs had lots of room to play and run around. Very clean and lots of room for our family to hang out. We came for a wedding and didn’t think we would be there to much but it was a great place so we hung out there. Thanks for a great place!
