The host, Anna, is always available, and the bicycle service for free is really a plus. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center without any issues.

The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was helpful. The handover for the keys was at the stated time and there was a good introduction to how things worked etc. Location is very close to bike paths and the Orangerie and there was a lovely path into town. Could park our bikes securely in the garage.
Small comment: The car was OK parked on the street but would have preferred to park in the garage if there had been a possibility. However, it was clear beforehand that only street parking was available so this was not a surprise. (The street parking was free so that was good).

The apartment is comfortable, clean, roomy and well located. It has everything a traveller may need. I really appreciated the bicycles and a folder with lots of local information.
It was a great apartment.

So clean and quiet. Everything is provided. I was very impressed, whether it be communication with the host or the accommodation itself, I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again next time I am in Strasburg.

Everything was literally perfect, from the contact with the host, through the fully equipped flat (great for work, ironing board, iron, washing machine, wifi) well equipped kitchen and comfy bed.
10/10 strongly recommend it.

The studio is everything what you need during your stay in Strasbourg. It is extremely clean, well-equiped, it feels like you are at home (hairdryer, coffee machine with capsules, iron, working desk, kitchen materials, bathroom accessories, heating is OK, etc). The practicality of the studio is beyond and above. Furthermore, there is bike and yoga mat available and a welcome package of French delicates waiting you on the table. Anna pays attention to every single detail, she is a very kind, precise and communicative host. The location is in a quiet area not far from the city center, next to the Council of Europe and the European Parliament.

The host was super nice and helpful. She helped us check in, introduced the apartment and offered us a bottle of wine and some cookies as some gifts for Christmas. She also provided prompt support (especially during the Christmas Eve) when we got into some problem.
The apartment had literally everything you'd ever need. We were truly amazed by how attentive it was for the host to provide such things.
The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
The hall lighting system didn't seem to work properly when we got out of the apartment. Lights were only turned on if we pressed the lift button.
It was a bit hard for us to commute from/to the main station. The bus stop (Dordogne) was around 650m from the apartment.

-well supplied although small kitchen
-very nice shower
-bathroom was somewhat cramped

Great use of space. The room is about the size of a hotel room. Without feeling cramped, it has a small, but complete kitchenette, a clothes washer, a desk and a place for two people to eat. There are plenty of places to plug in charging cables and the Wifi is excellent. A lot of thought had been put into what a traveller might need to be comfortable.
If I were travelling by myself for work, I’d stay here in a heartbeat.
The double bed is small. The mattress is comfortable, but it was a tight fit for two people.
The old city is a 30 minute walk away. A bit far if you want to go there twice in one day.

Very clean and nice decoration
Parking near the building was a bit difficult to find. Also would have been nice to have a list of stores or restaurants close by.

The location is great - just next to the Council of Europe and the Parliament just 5 min walk and 25 min pleasant and easy walk to the centre along the river. Very quiet area. The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator. The apartment has everything anyone would need and even more than I needed like a washing machine. I had a great communication with Anna (host) before arrival with all the details and plenty of information and with Lana who met me for check-in and explained all the things in the apartment including the available bicycles (2) that they provide to all guests. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, though it was a little bit cold as there was no heating yet, but I was provided with an electric heater if I needed. The kitchen is fully equipped if needed including the microwave and all utensils. The area around has plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

The location is in a modern area of Strasbourg - but a lovely walk to the old part along the river. Anna was very warm and welcoming and the studio apartment was pristine and modern.

The appartment is very well furbished and quiet in a nice neighbourhood, with a free parking on the street, it was easy to find parking, maybe because it was weekend and summer. The communication with the host was smooth. There is an elevator. Position is good, not too far from the old town on foot.
