About this house rental

This historic 560 square foot cabin has just been completely renovated. The house overlooks the pavilion next to the Culture Center and has an amazing Pikes Peak view. All of downtown Woodland Park is only a block away! You can walk to town, enjoy yourself, and not have to worry about driving back to the home.

The home has a xeriscape yard with a propane fire pit, lounge chairs, outdoor grill and picnic table. The driveway is paved. Fencing provides privacy while enjoying the yard.

Inside, the home has brand new furnishings. A beautiful bronze gas fireplace provides relaxation and warmth. The Pikes Peak bedroom has a queen bed that provides an amazing view of Pikes Peak while you sit in bed. This bedroom has its own smart television. The North Bedroom has two twin mattresses (trundle bed), its own smart television, and a game alcove that includes two arcade style games and bean bags. There is a lofted area that offers a queen bed for additional sleeping needs (The loft requires a climb up a ladder and is not recommended for everyone for safety reasons. Use at your own risk: owners are not liable for injury if loft is utilized by guests). The leather sofa in the living room has a queen-sized sleeper that can be used for additional sleeping needs.

The living room and dining area are open concept with exposed ceilings. There is a large table with seating for six. The kitchen provides Pikes Peak views and easy access to the yard (Note: there is no dishwasher). The living room has a smart tv. Wi-Fi signals are strong throughout the entire home.

Every Friday, June through September, the farmers market is just a three-minute walk away. Please note public events held at the Cultural Center and pavilion can be viewed/enjoyed from the property, usually during the summer months. Please review events at www.chamberorganizer.com before booking your stay. If you want to attend these events, you are just across the street. If you do not enjoy such events, you may want to consider an accommodation located further from the Cultural Center. You are just two blocks from Memorial Park.

If you are participating in a wedding at the Cultural Center or the downtown pavilion, you can see these locations from the property and walk over in under two minutes.

Please note, like most homes at this altitude there is no air conditioning system. The home does not have a washer and dryer or a dishwasher. There are cameras on the exterior of the home for security.

Great location for activities in Woodland Park Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, Buena Vista, etc. Ample parking available. You are just a short drive to the North Pole (Santa's Workshop), entrance to Pikes Peak (American's Mountain), gambling in Cripple Creek (one block walk to free shuttle ride to Cripple Creek), CO Wolf & Wildlife, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs and Cheyenne Zoo. Walking distance to hiking and fishing, shops downtown, local restaurants, breweries, liquor stores, play parks, the local Aquatic Center, and The Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Research Center.

The owners live within 10 minutes of this property and can support you with any needs to make your stay more enjoyable.

The checkout time for this property is also later than most other rentals in town, and not until 11:00 a.m.

Cute place to stay and a great location! Our family enjoyed having a cozy house, while still having our separate space. Loved the s’mores kit that was left for us as a welcome gift. House had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies. Walking distance to a beautiful park, restaurants, and shops. Can’t beat looking out the windows and seeing Pikes Peak!

This was a great property! My favorite spot was easily the patio table & chairs in the side yard. Perfect views of Pikes Peak with morning coffee and in the afternoon it is shaded. Between morning and late afternoon, we spent hours upon hours just soaking it all in. The cabin is small, however the space is used well, perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!

Our family enjoyed this stay on our way out of the mountains. It was an experience we will remember. The kids enjoyed the game room and the outdoor firepit. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown.

This unit was in a great location for us, easy access to the highway and also for walking to the downtown restaurants and shops. The unit is well stocked. The game room was a plus. The hosts provided the ingredients for s'mores on the fire pit which was a great way to end the day.

My family stayed at this quaint home during a recent stay to Woodland Park. The house is in a great location, close to shopping, good restaurants, and a park. The house is small but the use of space is really efficient and comfortable. The outside space is nice and the kitchen has an incredible view of Pikes Peak.

The place was perfect for our needs! The place is small, but we all fit in just perfect. Our teens loved it! The location was ideal for our needs and the view was AMAZING! The owner responded quickly to our questions & requests. I will stay here again in the future. We also really enjoyed making s’mores on the fire pit!

It looks small but it has amazing use of space! Our family of 5 had no problems with the space. The owner is so easy to communicate with and made herself available for anything. The fire pit with s’mores was a great touch! Everything is conveniently located in town, you can walk to restaurants. We wish we could stay longer!

This property is in a great location of Woodland Park just a block away from the Main Street and a lovely city park just down the street. The view of Pikes Peak outside the kitchen window is lovely. The cabin is very clean, updated and though it is small, the owner knew how to use every space to maximize its potential. My daughter loved the loft for her bedroom and my son loved the room with the trundle bed and mini arcade games! We spent several evenings enjoying the fire pit out back. Highly recommend this property! We will be back!!

We loved our stay here. The owner communicated quickly with us. We had no issues, but she left her info to get ahold of her if there were any. My kids, 3,7, and 9 loved the video games and s’mores on the fire pit. The owner seems to have thought of everything! If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here.

This home was perfect. The location downtown was perfect to walk to dinner and shops. It has an amazing view of Pikes Peak. We loved sitting outside in the evenings and enjoying the sunset and the local deer visits. Home is very clean, comfortable beds and has everything you need supplied. I highly recommend this adorable home.

This house was just perfect for our family of 5. The location was spot on within walking distance to our favorite park and lots of shops and restaurants. The view of Pikes Peak is stunning, we could have eaten every meal on the picnic table looking at the view! There were little touches that made it a special spot for the kids, they especially liked the little arcade room. We hope to return in the future!

Our hosts were amazing before we even arrived. We had flight issues with Southwest on on our honeymoon and Jessica was so understanding. When we arrived the place itself was superb. There was so much attention to detail and the location was convenient to coffee shops and the Bierwerks place nearby. Highly reccomend this stay. There's even art for sale on the walls of the place and the fireplace was cozy. We were inspired for our own home renovation project!

We stayed 5 nights to do some hiking. Had a fantastic time... house is convenient to many trails. Garden of the Gods was easy to drive to as well. It was fun to try a different coffee shop each morning... on the way we walked past deer on several mornings just steps from the house! From the driveway, we could see the fireworks from the "North Pole" attraction nearby on Saturday night. Also saw a full rainbow one evening as we walked back from dinner. The Colorado Springs visitor website (visitcos. com) has a link to a "Crafts and Drafts" passport... we used that to discover some breweries and distilleries... and we got the free t-shirt! We packed in a lot of activities and the location was just perfect for us! Highly recommend this property and this Host!

Cabin is perfect for family with a loft and arcade for the kids and complete kitchen and separate bedroom for the parents. Jessica was very helpful when our reservation was lost in the process. She got the cabin ready for our arrival in short notice despite a glitch in our online reservation.

Love this little cabin! The location was perfect.....we could walk to shop and eat in Woodland Park, take a short drive to Cripple Creek and Victor, or take a short drive back to Manitou and Pikes Peak! We even drove the hour and half to Bueno Vista and Salida. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Even though it is a small cabin, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It is quiet and relaxing. Deer were munching in the yard every morning. The owners welcomed us with a smore's basket (a nice touch)! Everything you need to enjoy those! Lovely place to stay!

We had to book a last minute stay while in mid travel from Wyoming to Texas. Owner was super sweet, quick with communication and easy to work with. My family (myself, husband and 3 teenagers) all fit perfectly in this home. Perfect location, very clean and overall great place to stay.

This place was amazing! The location was walking distance to downtown. The views were amazing. The home had the most artistic and eclectic vibes. It was very clean and a home our whole family could enjoy. There is a frisbee golf course up the road so we had Amazon same day send us some frisbees so we could play in the evenings! I would highly recommend
