We had a really nice stay. Check in process was easy. Jimmy was very helpful and responsive. The home was clean and updated. I would characterize it as an ADU as it sits on the backside of the property behind the main home. This means space is a premium and there are not any extra areas for people to spread out. The neighborhood was nice and pretty quiet. Parking was limited and tight in the driveway, best kept to one car. Otherwise street parking is no issue. The house isn't large but sleeps 6-7 comfortably. The only suggestion I would have is living furniture that matches the number of guests. What is in there now fits 4-5 people. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a VRBO property, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect – we were just a short drive away from Disneyland Park, restaurants, and shops. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living spaces were incredibly comfortable and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were immaculate, stocked with high-quality toiletries and fluffy towels. The host (Jimmy) was exceptional – responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best possible stay. Any questions we had were promptly addressed, and it was clear that they took great pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. Overall, this VRBO property provided an outstanding experience that went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed, and beautifully located place to stay. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories here!

My family stayed here while visiting the general area. The house is totally updated and to quote my son - "One of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed at." It's extremely clean, totally updated & very comfortable. The queen bunk bed in the one room was ideal for traveling with teens and all of the beds & bedding were comfy & felt new. Just an FYi, the driveway is quite narrow and our minivan was a squeeze, but it did fit - just had to go slow. Convenient location nearby a multitude of things. Jimmy was a great communicative host. Would highly recommend this home.

Communication with our host was great, the home was clean, bright, and perfect for us. Very nice. Only 2 negatives, beds were hard and parking is a bit tight for more than 1 vehicle. Overall though, we had two families staying and we had everything we needed and really really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location for us-close to both Knott's and Disney and easy access to freeways and lots of food options. There were some things missing from the kitchen that we would have liked to have had, but the management staff was super receptive and listed to our suggestions. We had a group of 6 of us (non related) and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Home was perfect for our quiet stay with our kiddos during a trip to Disneyland. Location is an easy short distance to the park and we loved all of the great food options nearby. Exactly as described and the place was very clean. Communication with the host was perfect and Jimmy got back to us in a very timely fashion with all of my questions while preparing for a trip! Would highly recommend this home!

This rental is all you need in OC. While not near the beach, it was very nice and covered our needs. The driveway is narrow (for a Chevy Tahoe), but that is the only concern if you have a larger vehicle. Jimmy is excellent with communication, providing info, restaurant recommendations, etc. Would rent again!

Very clean place, weather was perfect so I didn't have to touch the AC/Heater. Communication with property management was excellent, he communicated with us before, during and after. I didn't see anywhere in the description noting the house was on a two unit property and this one was in the back. No issues with that though, just wasn't aware - but it did make us feel safer. Overall great stay, close enough to Disneyland.

We had a good experience at this property. It looks exactly like the photos and all the furniture & decor make the home feel very nice & modern. The beds are very comfy & the kids loved the bunk bed. Having a washer/dryer was a plus! A few things to note: the walls are thinner than I had hoped. I could hear everything in the other bedrooms. The parking driveway situation is a very tight for 2 cars, so for the 2nd car we decided to do street parking, which was inconvenient especially with young kids, but overall we enjoyed our stay here and it was the perfect amount of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. Jimmy was also a great host. Very communicative, friendly, answered all my questions and made sure we arrived and checked out with no issues.

Our stay was very pleasant, home was clean and spacious. Fit our party of 7adults and 2 children comfortably. It was great to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher available and fully stocked. The hosted was very helpful and wonderful.
