It was amazing experience. Also the Zainab who did the massage after Hammam is really good. Worker Yusuf was really helpful and caring.

We loved this place with some minor improvements. The rooms are beautiful. And the service was good. It will be much better if the kitchen team takes the time to clean the salt and pepper shakers after each service. Simple to do. Twice we had the salt shaker stained with eggs from prior use. Also, customers and employees are allowed to smoke in the foyer, and you can smell it in the bedrooms. Would be nice to only people smoke at the rooftop. For customers who don’t smoke, it is hard to handle the smell.

The service at the riad was very courteous and exceptional. We were greeted with tea and cookies while we waited for our luggage to be carried to our rooms and we were escorted to a nearby riad in the medina where we had a superb Moroccan meal in a beautiful atmosphere.

They told me free private parking on the phone. At the place, they told me there is no private parking. But you can put your car with my friend. He has a private parking. And after arguing the riad told me the gonna pay for my parking. So the next day some owner of the parking told me: the parking is paid but pay me more. So i feel unsafe and i payd him. After an hour i take me car. Another guy told me to pay. I told him everything is paid. He was jelling at me en told me that i am not a real man but a woman. And at first he didnt want let me go.

We enjoyed staying here in Fes! It’s basically a 25 minute walk to to the new town to go to the mall and it’s about 10-15 minutes into the heart of the Medina! Breakfast was great, staff was helpful and we enjoyed our time there!

This gem of a riad located in the old city is a good find. It’s unexpectedly situated in a neighborhood that’s undescript until you walk into the front door of the riad....what a pleasant surprise. A large spacious area decorated with lots of colorful traditional pillows and furniture. As you wonder the riad, you will find a roof top terrance and lots of nooks to relax or read. The young staff was very prompt, helpful and accommodating. At one point in the late evening, my guide came to pick me up to retrieve my lost luggage at the airport. I found him breaking bread with roughly six of the young staff. They were so kind to also invite me to enjoy the wonderful and tasty tagine that was prepared by one of them. The only downside I would express is that it’s not walking distance to the attractions and taxis are not readily available to just hop in. I would definitely recommend this place for authenticity, clean rooms and nice staff.

Beautiful hotel -- ornate courtyard with high ceilings, pool, and terrace overlooking the city. Well-located within the medina with a 10 minute walk to the blue gates. Service was great, and the breakfast was superb -- you have your choice of where to eat, and an incredible selection of food. Additionally, the hotel offers spa services -- massages much cheaper than anything you'll find in Europe/US, and quality was fine.
Only complaints were that the mattresses were a little hard (though this seemed to be true at every hotel we stayed at in morocco), and (since we were there in december) the hotel room got a little too cold for our tastes at night. But these were very minor, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I came to Fez.

A nice place to stay but a little trick for parking. We met 4 wired guys to block our way in a narrow alley and forced us to parking in their parking lot. We called the manager coming out to solve this issue and paid 50DH for one night parking.

Overall a pleasant stay but some small issues with check in and tour booking process. The riad itself is beautiful inside and the room was great, but make sure you get one of the suites. Pickup from the airport did not go smoothly, one man had our name on a paper but brought us outside to wait for a different car. And when booking a tour make sure to confirm it is what you want as we got signed up for a car tour when we wanted a walking tour of the medina. Food was extremely expensive for the quality you get.

Gorgeous tile work, great service, and quite comfortable. Not a modern hotel, but perfect if you prefer unique beauty to modern blandness.
The common area was splendid and the service was both friendly and efficient - one felt like a Prince a thousand years ago.
The room was comfortable but European-hotel small.
The hotel is very conveniently located - a 1-minute walk to a taxi stand, and only a 10-minute walk to the heart of the souk.

Great location within walking distance of the amazing old town centre. Very quiet - no cars or mopeds. Panoramic views from their lovely roof terraces. The building was a rich family's "Palace" - and the quality of the Spaces is really good. Nice pool and excellent massage and Hamman. Lovely breakfasts and dinner too. Licenced for beer and wine. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!

We stayed at this beautiful Riad for 2 nights. Everything was perfect. At check-in we were greeted with cookies and Moroccan tea while we filled out paperwork and our luggage was taken to our room. We arrived later than expected due to a delay in our flight and ordered a delicious dinner. Room was huge and more than enough space for our family (traveling with two kids). We took our breakfast on the roof top terrace each morning so we could watch to sunrise over Fez. Entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming.

The decor in the riad is impressive, all the little objects and details are exquisite. The room is good, an electric fan for keeping the air fresh, just the shower was either too hot or too cold. We arrived the Riad at late night, staff was friendly and helpful to help to check-in. Breakfast is standard moroccan riad style, pancake, moroccan bread, jam and eggs, juice and coffee.

Great riad, in a quite part of the medina. Easy walking access to the Blue Gate area of the medina (about 10-15 mins). Clear rooms, beautiful lobby area, and nice and helpful staff.

Hotel staff was friendly and kind, the hotel interior is amazing but the surrounding area is less than ideal. Fes ended up being a town where everyone tries to scam you in ways big and small, you will leave distrusting everyone, we found ourselves looking forward to leaving almost immediately. The hotel was luxurious it acted as an oasis. Unfortunately however they even try to rip you off too. A taxi from the hotel to gare costs about 40-50 cents during midday traffic, when we tried to order a night taxi through the hotel they told us it would be 9$ when it should have been 1$ (double at night), when I told them what we paid, the attendant told me I was wrong. We hailed a cab without their help and it was 1$. But before that, when we were leaving for our train at 10pm they suddenly told us ‘wait wait you have to settle up your bill’, coming as a surprise considering we had paid everything in advance and no one had said anything when we turned in our keys. They printed a janky looking bill that was crooked, pixelated and improperly sized that included tourism taxes amounting to 20$. I showed him my Expedia bill that explicitly stated all taxes were already paid and after several minutes looking at my phone receipt came the ultimate line and clear insult of “if you don’t want to pay it then I’ll pay it from my own pocket” which you will hear often in Morocco when they want to pay out of pity and know they have been caught. Will not return.

The hotel staff were amazing - they were so polite and helpful. We had just driven from Marrakech to Fes and were tired and a few of us were cranky but the staff were extremely kind and offered us welcome drinks and biscuits whilst they carried the luggage to our rooms. The location was good. Its about a twenty minute walk to the medina but by car it took around 5 minutes. There was secure parking for 50dh a night. The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing, all freshly cooked with a wonderful view.
The building inside is beautiful, great upgrades but kept the traditional feel. We had a suite which was lovely and cosy and like a mini apartment. The indoor pool is open 24 hours and we tended to always have the pool to ourselves which was lucky.
Was a bit hard to find the location. Would be beneficial if they had a sign of the hotel outside the entrance.
All in all we noticed that the staff really take pride in taking care of their guests and the guests experience rather than try to have a large quantity of guests which we really appreciated.
Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality and I do apologize for the cranky behavior of some of the party.

This riad was absolutely amazing! Everything was so clean and beautiful. Our room was huge, we basically had the entire terrace to ourselves! The breakfast was SO plentiful and fresh. Unfortunately I got sick during my stay (not because of the road) but the staff were so attentive and caring. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here for two nights which was also our first two nights in Morocco. The riad is inside the medina and about a 3-4 minute walk from the main road.
When we arrived we were given mint tea and Moroccan cookies in the beautiful lobby area whilst the manager checked us in.
We were then shown to our room with the help of our luggage being carried for us which was nice. The room was a good size with a huge bathroom (we stayed in oriental room 1).
Just a tip when showering, the seal on the bath doesn’t reach the bath so then water spills onto the floor which can flood the floors. I’d suggest using the hand shower and having the pressure on lightly if you want to avoid this. Basic toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner are provided.
The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
Breakfast was delicious and filling (you tick a sheet with the options you want when you arrive and can have it served in the reception area, pool courtyard or roof terrace).
The staff were so helpful and always greeted us with a smile. They even helped us look at train timetables to go to Rabat. We had dessert here both nights which was served in the lobby/reception area and it’s so nice and relaxing to sit on the sofas. There was also music that was playing which was really nice.
I would happily stay at this Riad again and would recommend this Riad to anyone who is planning to visit fes.

Please make sure to reimburse US This was a DUMP the location is impenetrable with a car, the sign and the Hotail Palais which stand for Palace is nothing far from a Tomb! I urge you not to send anybody there the same comment is also on Marrakech. You will be fooling your Client and they will be mad at You. Ask always a Hotel to show the street and ENTRY, otherwise Moroccan will fool you.

We stayed in this accommodation for 3 nights and it was beautiful. All staff at the hotel were smiley, helpful and kind. Few problems with hot water but staff moved our room and quickly fixed. The location was good but we did get lost on the first time out as its like little maze around the buildings; however a short and cheap taxi found us back.

Probably the most amazing riad I stayed at during my 10 days travelling through Morocco! The staff were incredibly helpful and so very amazing. The food was pricey - but well worth it. Positively delicious. My room and the riad itself are simply stunning - very Arabian Nights :-) If you stay, ask for them to organise a tour guide by the name of Majid Alaoui for you to ensure you get the BEST experience. He will take you wherever you want to go (for a price obviously) - but he is incredibly knowledgable and experienced, and speaks fluent English, French, Spanish and of course Arabic. He is worth EVERY cent to ensure you get the most authentic and comprehensive tour of Fez and Morocco.

It was our best staying in Morocco. The staff was so nice and friendly that we couldn't believe that we got it for such money. The room was great, the view from the roof-restaurant was amazing. It's a nice place to have a romantic dinner after tiring from the sightseeing day. Here you can find everything. We highly recommend to stop your choice on this hotel. It's the best deal for this price.

It is a bit difficult to find and it was a bit worrying when even the taxi driver wasn't sure where to go to take us there. But once you are there and have found the market it is very easy to find your way around.
The staff were great and really tried hard although it was a little difficult because of their lack of English.
The room is really nice. The shower and bath were a little disappointing. There is an amazing clawfoot bathtub in the room but the water did not get hot enough to really take advantage. The shower head itself didn't work very well and it was difficult to get into as it is quite high.
The food breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The breakfast is simple but there is pleanty of it. It is all bread based though. The dinner was amazing especially in the roof top terrace. It was more expensive than eating at one of the cafes in the market but the quality and amount of food was brilliant.
Just one thing to be aware of is that there are quite a lot of stairs to get to the room which can be quite difficult if you have large or heavy bags. Also there is a lift but I wouldn't get in it without a member of staff. It did stop while we were in it and it took a bit of fiddling to get it going again. Once it did it was fine and never stopped again, but it was a bit scary at the time.
All in all this was a brilliant hotel and we would happily stay there again if we visited Fez or reccommed it to anyone else that was thinking of visiting.
