Favorite hotel downtown Indy

Location. Architecture. Beautifully restored. Amazing breakfast.

Nothing. It’s perfect. Have stayed here multiple times now. Any time we have an outing in Indy. Very convenient to walk to Gainbridge and not too far from Lucas Oil. Lots of wonderful restaurants close by.

Great hotel, horrible niteckub across the street.

Location to Gainbridge for Fever.

We had the misfortune of having a room facing the street. There is a restaurant/niteclub across the street that played the LOUDEST music outsiflde the club until after 2am. It was horrible.

Definitely loved this hotel and plan to come back!!

Loved the decor, the room was so cool with the high ceilings. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect.

Water pressure in room seemed lower than it should’ve been.

We were there for a Pacers vs. Warriors game and the hotel and location was perfect

It was within walking distance of the Pacer’s stadium.

The $45 per night parking even when I didn’t move the car.

Very nice hotel-loved the room-would stay again!

Room layout was great. Room cleanliness was great. Bathroom was great! Great breakfast!

Parked down the street in a lot for way cheaper than the valet parking. Elevator was a little slow - but really no big deal.

The Homewood Suites have an excellent and friendly staff. The rooms though need better lighting.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room didn't have much lighting. Having to request room service the night before was strange.

Like sleeping next to a drag race strip!

Good breakfast, clean hotel.

RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF NOISE! You need to tell people that weekend stays will be ruined by traffic and party noise until 3am. NOT a place to stay with your family. Way over-priced for a place where you're lucky to get 5 hours of sleep.

Too noisy

The room was spacious.

We were put in a room 409 at the front of the building. Most of the night there were people yelling and cars cruising gunning their engines outside. The bed was right next to the windows . It was so loud we couldn't sleep. When we complained the next morning. The staff said the hotel was full and they couldn't control the crowd noise there was a concert outside in the square. Also the spare pull out bed didn't have sheets or blankets or pillows. When we requested them, it took a long time to get them and only sheets were brought. There was no safe in the room so we had to leave our valuables out while staff dropped off the sheets while we were gone.

Superb

I really like the property. The room was very nice. They just didn’t seem to have enough staff. We had to wait at the front desk both when we got there and when we checked out. Also when we checked in there was only one valet. Also the breakfast sounded better than it was, for example the hash browns were nuke warm, dry and had no flavor. All things considered not bad but that’s why I give it a 4 star rather than 5 star. If you fix those things you would get a five star.

Great location to walk to bars, restaurants & attractions

Booked a room for 6 guests, 2 queen beds & a pull out bed. They didn’t have sheets or blankets for the pull out bed in the room. When we asked for them, they had only sheets available & couldn’t deliver them to the room. We payed extra for the accommodations you think they’d have enough blankets for a room that was booked

I’d stay here again.

The staff was professional and very welcoming. My car didn’t meet the height clearance for hotel parking so I had to park across the street. That was actually cheaper and it was visible from my window. The suite was enormous and very clean.

Had some trouble with the very heavy doors, but I think most would. The only negative was the excessive noise from the muscle cars and motorcycles up and down the street, well after midnight. Definitely not a fault of the hotel.

Our room was amazing, so spacious and clean, love the historic building. All staff from breakfast area to housekeeping to front desk were friendly and kind. Valet and luggage guys were outstanding!

A perfectly fine place to stay

the property was beautiful and the amenities were great

it needed a little maintenance, but nothing terrible they over charged me but then refunded and charged the correct about without ever letting me know

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and we were able to gather and hang out in one room if we needed too.

The parking situation could be better. It was very pricey! The closest overnight garage wasn't too far but was a tough walk with our luggage.
