This hotel was well above our expectations and we could not have been happier with the stay. The property interior is lovely, the staff equally so, and the room was very spacious. Accessibility was excellent, as I was traveling with my mom who needs a walker, and was very easy to navigate with no required steps anywhere on property. The stay included lots of nice, extra, little touches that really made it special. We absolutely recommend.

Great to be welcomed with a drink & a seat to check in..very modern interior. Stood out from the other 2 hotels on either side.
Breakfast waa amazing.Apart from hiccup with rooms & front desk everything came good throughout the stay.

Amazing stay, welcome drinks on arrival, gifts of chocolate and key rings throughout the stay, close to city centre, clean beautiful room

Staff were friendly n helpful. I like that the room is clean n sheets are changed everyday. However, there are not enough drawers. I wish that there are night tables with drawers.

Good clean hotel, comfy, well located. Good room. Perfect for a weekend in Amsterdam

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location is great - short walk to be in the action. Room was spacious and looked very clean, but still smelled like BO so I opened the windows to air it out while we explored for the day and when we got back it was fine. The bed was cozy. The only disappointment for me was that I paid extra for a canal view and got a room on the first floor that was more of a dirty roof and an old industrial building view. Technically it was a canal view, but just not what I had hoped for. In my opinion, room 111 is not recommended for the full effect of a canal view, however, it was a larger room than what I expected.

The hotel was very nice and the staff gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff even made gluten free bread for my husband which was delicious. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the city center but we didn’t mind the location. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely one night stay with breakfast at this centrally located hotel in Amsterdam. We were greeted by a hotel staff who was friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was nicely appointed with a walk-in shower and good sized bathroom. We were on the first floor facing away from the street which was great for sleeping. The bed was a comfortable queen size. Breakfast was on the main level, the selection was great with many options including sautéed veggies and small egg quiches. We walked or used Uber to most destinations. The Van Gogh Museum is about a 25-30 minute walk. We were very pleased with our stay.

Definitely recommend however parking is terrible and the hotel’s recommended parking is 75 euro. Park at ijdock which 20min walk but only 15 euro.

The room was an odd shape with closets that I could not reach. No good place to put the suitcase.
Staff outstanding and service was great.

Would definitely visit here again. On first arrival I thought maybe this isn’t the place for me but when we entered the building, I quickly changed my mind. The staff was very helpful & hospitable.

Clean, like the little touches. Friendly staff.

Small "boutique" hotel with staff that go above and beyond to provide you with whatever advice or assistance you need. I accidentally dropped/left behind an article of value in my room and, although the room attendant had obviously been into my room to service it, the item was placed on my bed, totally intact. I very much appreciated their honesty and trustworthiness! Thank you for a lovely stay! I hope to see you again!

Wonderful boutique hotel. We had a great stay. Friendly staff.

Very quiet and clean hotel that is just a short, easy walk to the old town city center. The staff is also exceptionally helpful. Everything gets an A /A except the bedding, which is good but not great. We would stay here again.

Clean and modern room not to far from the city center.

Hotel was in excellent location to walk to all areas of the city. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. Only complaint is the bed was extremely hard.

This hotel was ok for one night, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again. I will say the staff was wonderful. I got in much earlier than anticipated, and they were able to get me into my room early. I didn’t care for the room though. My room was so small and dark, and I felt claustrophobic in the bathroom. The window in my room didn’t close all the way, so I could hear a lot of street noise. Everything was pretty dusty too.

The front desk people had excellent recommendations for restaurants, were helpful with directions and also called the cruise line for us to determine correct dock.

I would recommend this little gem of a property.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while we were visiting Amsterdam for our honeymoon. We were very pleased with the service provided to us during our stay. The hotel was in an ideal location and was approximately 15 minutes walk to many restaurants, shopping stores and Central station. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. We included the breakfast buffet in our booking and did not regret it! The food was delicious!
We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

A pleasant stay, near to the Central Station and the City Centre (both at about 15 minutes walk). Staff always ready to assist and advise you. Special thanks to Margherita and Martina at reception (precious senior advisors for my family) and Marco (the boss of the Breakfast Department). We enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam thanks to them as well.

Very comfortable hotel.
Perfect for a family of a couple with a child or 2.

Paid a lot of money for what was in essence a 10m squared room, advertised as 22m squared but that also includes the bathroom. Facilities I can’t comment as we didn’t use any, but the room was maintained daily, even then for some reason our room had a very musty smell like damp. I don’t think I’d stay here again, staff were friendly enough but not the quality you’d expect for the price paid. Thankfully we were out most of the day as the room was so cramped you couldn't really chill in there.

The hotel was clean, safe and located about A 15 minute walk from Central Station, but the highlight of our short stay was the outstanding, friendly and helpful staff we encountered. Either at the front desk, bar or concierge desk we met great people who went out of their way for us. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel, great room, best place I’ve ever stayed.

very helpful and polite staff. Very nice buffet breakfast.
We didn't love the shower draining situation. It becomes very slippery due to the floor becoming all wet. Other than that, enjoyed our stay very much.

I like the cleanest about the hotel, the continental breakfast and the staff.
