Communication was fantastic & kept me informed about everything at least two days before arrival. Beautiful room lovely linen and bathroom. Very happy.

Parking is a major issue. There is only 4 free spaces available for 20 apartments. On-street parking is restricted by yellow lines and usually full each night. The advertising seems to imply that they have "arrangements" at public car parks but they don't - and they are a long way from the accommodation. I think that it needs a more honest description.

Room amazing, way check in great, location great, the shower really lets it down
4.3
Spacious and we liked the apartment style. Communication very good. Bathroom fine but floor not thoroughly clean and shower head needed attention as water sprated everywhere. Did mention the shower at reception.
4.3
Wonderful facility. All rooms have a mini kitchenette facility with full size fridge, hob and oven. As I was working nights this suited me perfectly.
Was a great find for me and I will 100% stay here again. The town was just around the corner with a Morrisons a 5 minute drive away.
Easy to access and helpful hosts on hand if needed. Felt like home.

Perfect property for a one night stay, very nicely equipped and decorated. Would definitely recommend

Very friendly concierge and well fitted out room. We would like to have stayed longer and will definitely recommend. Great location in the heart of Wymondham

Really enjoyed our stay. The setting is remarkably quiet considering it is so close to the village centre and opposite the Abbey. The concierge was really helpful and always cheerful! We had some issues with parking in the limited Hotel spaces but there is plenty of free parking close by.
Would definitely stay there again.
4.3
Hotel location and decor is generally good. It looked rather tired compared to my visit last year and the heating in my bedroom did not work.
Staff friendly and helpful though.
4.3
Lovely stay - nice and quiet and very comfy room with everything I needed. Would definitely use again.
4.3
Our ground floor room gets the front door noise and noise from the hard wood floor in the room above us, ear plugs not an option as we needed to hear the alarm!
4.3
Easy to access, great location and super comfy beds. These are very well equipped, comfy apartments. The use of a small weight room too is an added bonus
4.3
Great location. Plenty of parking. Will come again.

First time in Wymondham and No 10 The Abbey was the perfect place to stay to explore the lovely town.
Had a twin room and very comfortable beds. Kitchenette in the room which was handy. Limited parking but we found a space.
Room was clean and fairly quiet.
4.3
Good clean apartment next nice area would highly recommend these apartments also reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our stay at No 10, the room was first class, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen area was really useful at breakfast time. It was in a lovely location, next to the Abbey and an easy short walk into the town.
The only comment I would make was that the staircase could do with new paint and carpet.
Overall a really enjoyable stay, and the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.
4.3
Good clean spacious apartment in a nice area.

Staff on site were very helpful when we arrived. Apartment was clean and spacious. It is set in a quiet neighborhood with a very close walk to town.
4.3
The property was high-class and exactly as described on the website. The staff at the hotel in the morning were friendly and helpful. I’ll be back.
4.3
First class service from the Receptionist - chatty, welcoming, responsive, engaging.
Shower cubicle glass ‘walls’ inadequate ; ‘flooding’ on external floor.
Detailed cleaning needed - e.g. intricate frame on bathroom mirror dusty, cobwebs in corners of walls…
4.3
A great hotel and location.
The parking is a problem though. Would be very helpful to have much clearer info on where/when you can park

The worst nights sleep that I have ever had.the bed was far too small for 2 people, more like a show house bed.I had to spend most of the night in a chair. The last time I stayed here was in a downstairs room and everything was fine .but this room was awfull !
4.3
This is a really really lovely property and was furnished to a high standard with a comfortable bed. Clearly, a lot of toughy has gone in to the presentation of the whole building. However, the heating in our room didn't work and so it was absolutely freezing and this spoilt the stay.
We also booked this type of room so we could cook our own breakfast in the morning, however, the frying pan was so dirty (even after a good scrub) that we decided not to cook there and ate in a local cafe instead.
Overall, it was a good stay and if the heating and cleaning of cooking equipment could be sorted then we would stay again.

Hotels.com says there is parking. You pay a non-refundable rate. After you have booked the non-refundable room, the 'hotel' emails saying that there are only 4 spaces for 10 rooms. You email back saying you need one and the reply comes that there are actually no parking spots owned by the 'hotel'.
Note that this is not an hotel.
Also note that the communication is entirely automated and no human intervention is possible.
Caveat emptor.

Loved my stay would only say I wish the shower pressure was better but other than that completely easy and stress free stay
4.3
Beautiful room, super clean. Sadly the heating wasnt working so we had quite a cold night! But would still recommend to others
4.3
It was a very nice stay, parking on the side was free because the hotel now own it so the 60mins doesnt mean that so that is good but you could hear everyone very clearly and rooms are confusing but it was all very good
4.3
Everything from the self check in to the comfort of the room was lovely. In close proximity to the town and some lovely pubs. Would definitely stay again. Only thing missing was a table in the room to eat at.
4.3
The apartment was clean, well-appointed and quiet!
Parking closer and a lift would have been a help as I am partially disabled.

Parking could be an issue. There’s no guarantee parking spaces. We got it ok on the first day but we had to find somewhere to park on the second night.
People there not wearing masks indoors. Not sure any rules apply to that!?
The water pressure is not strong enough.
The hotel would sent you a few emails to remind you to pay for the deposit before your arrival.

Sometimes pictures of hotel are not what they seen in real life view but I’ve got to say this was exactly what the pictures show. Was really nice, went for few night getaway with my parter and it made the time away that much better. Definitely recommend. (Nice pub right next door too) and even though our hotel window was next to the beer garden there was not a lot of noise at all.
For sure I will be going back

Lovely decor, top floor was rather warm even though a fan was provided which made it quite uncomfortable-had been moved from 1st to 2nd floor before arrival. Staff friendly and lovely little village.

As a boutique apartehotel there are a few things that could have made it exceptional. Decent coffee and milk, bottled water, a bath mat for example.Parking was not plentiful as suggested and I had to get up early to move my car. Wi fi was neither speedy or free which was disappointing. On site staff are wonderful
