Very uncomfortable beds. Extremely small room. Terrible ac unit, room was always hot. Plastic cups at the bar. Coffee service was challenging. Front desk crew acted like they couldn’t be bothered. Sewage smell in our room.

Great location. Clean and secure. My room had no windows, was tiny but very nice. I knew when I booked it was a interior room. No complaints. I belive around 300 sq feet.

The staff were nice. The hotel was fairly clean considering the high level of foot traffic. The rooms are okay... Negatives: The sliding door to the bathroom doesn't always stay shut on its own. The shower isn't exactly user friendly with shelving that has washcloths right under the water. Water also gets all over the floor since there's no door. There is no closet or comfy furniture. It is VERY loud, so bring ear plugs and you should be fine. The elevators are incredibly slow and the stairs will take you to some storage area on the first floor where you can definitely get lost trying to find your way out. The free drink is disgusting, dont do it. Positives: Location is STELLAR. Steps off of Broadway. Live music in the lobby all day and night. Great hotel if you came to town to have a good time. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Nice and unique room. Perfect for a couple. Came with a clothes steamer, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, blow dryer, plenty of towels. A very clean room and easy check in. We will definitely stay again

You are paying for location and location only the room had no window and very small. Motel 6 has bigger rooms. And after I get there I find out there's a $50 a day charge for parking. Hotel.com should list this on the site so you can compare prices from each hotel better

Very nice and everything what was expected. Parking was just one block away and reasonable for downtown. Rooms are small but was ok as we never stayed in on to sleep. I would return.

The only good things about this hotel was the location and vibe. The hotel itself is so small and cramped. The room was so tiny with so much unnecessary furniture that I couldn’t even walk around the bed. You have to check in at the bar and the staff that assists with that are also bartenders so I had to wait a good 20 minutes to check in and out as they were too busy attending to those at the bar. The valet was also no where to be found when we got there and they never disclosed their price to valet your car. Even if they had, they never asked what form of payment they could use and charged the card we gave them for room incidentals. While the price of valet itself was outrageous especially for the poor service, we were mostly upset that they never told us and charged our card without telling us that was what it was for. We also went up to the rooftop bar for a drink but the staff was incredibly rude and it somehow took them 15 minutes to open a High Noon and give it to me when we were the only people there? Overall, so not worth the money. I would’ve much rather stayed 10 minutes away from downtown and paid way less for way better service.

We were greeted by Jordan, the valet, and he was so nice that he set the tone for the whole visit! Nice staff! I do miss having a fridge in the room but staff was good about giving ice. Missed being able to have a view from the restaurant…

A very nice hotel and friendly staff. Room was small for price paid but location of hotel makes up for it. Great place but my room must of had the pipes for used water running through it as that was a almost constant sound. Running water most of the time. Then the hotel had a new building going up next to it and either the sanding sound at the wee hours of the night was them working or the place is haunted. Because it seemed the person was walking around my room while sanding or dragging their feet.

We stayed here to be close to the Ryman. It’s very close and convenient. It’s in a very congested area and there’s no lane for leaving your car while you check in. For the price I expected the typical conveniences like coffee in the room and mini fridge. Theres a pot of coffee in the lobby in the morning. Check-in is at the bar, and it’s so loud with live music the check in agent is having to yell. The only parking is $50 valet parking. I expected to pay a lot for convenience, but it was 2 star service.

We loved this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing right next to Broadway so we could easily walk around. Live music going on downstairs most of the time which was really neat. They also had the rooftop restaurant which was neat to sit up there and look over Broadway. Definitely no concierge services but pretty helpful staff. I would advise if you get a window room, the music can get pretty loud from neighboring bars. We loved it, but definitely good to know!
