Loved my female 4-bed room. There were convenient lockers in room, a great shower. Windows that opened for fresh air, and the beds did not squeak! Room was thoroughly cleaned each day, and a nice little breakfast was included. The staff were lovely and helpful. I stayed 3 nites, and would stay again. A good spot for solo female travellers.

Very well located and family friendly hostel. My daughter found the room spacious and fun so we enjoyed our private room a lot. However, the breakfast was horrible so would recommend wondering out into town.

Receptionist was nice. Especially, a man who accepted me tried to say Japanese not only greetings but also numbers. I was surprised and It's really heartwarming :) (I hope he will read this) Almost point was good, but maybe I was bad luck, I couldn't sleep soon. Because a lot of people was running, shutting, and speak loudly at the night. Unfortunately it was from not only the bar, but also other rooms. But here is cheap hostel, so, oh well. In conclusion, I thought good value for the price. Thank you.

It was fine. There are no lockers, which was a huge disappointment. It seemed like kind of a party hostel, but then again not really. Wanted to shower, but people were puking in them, and the toilets were generally not amazing Otherwise fine, and they have table football which is fun

I had some experiences in hostels in the world. And this is my first time to write a review. The thing is, the hospitality to the customers was 0. Rooms you have no lockers, you hear noise around which basically wakes you up again and again, dirty, and stuff prioritize the money than customers. Thats it. Better to stay at other places with 20 euros more. Which makes you very happy.

Nice staff that also talks in English, what is not standard in France. Clean bed. Not comfortable but okay for that price. Only the bathroom wasn't at the same floor. But that was because of construction. The food they serve looks tasty. I didn't try but I'm sure it is good. Coffee and beer was excellent. I really liked the place and I surely will come back to eat french croissants, tarte flambée and enjoy french people, their language and culture. Merci the People Strasbourg pour tous. This property was in a decent location and that was about the only pro. It was so hot because there’s no air conditioning, even at night everyone in my room was sweating. There’s no lockers for your things. The staff was rude. There was so much loud noise outside until about 3am. The sink was clogged. There was no trash can in the room. To get an hour later checkout time was 15€. The carpet in the hallways was gross. There was nowhere to keep your own food.

I stayed at room 004 and paid for that stay around 120€. If they tell you to stay there, just try to find alternatives. I had the windows open for more than 1 hour for the smell to go away, it did, I slept and the next morning it was again smelly. That means that it wasn't the cleaning or the previous tenant etc. The room had serious issue with that smell which I think was humidity. Also, it's the first time I see a double bed room without a desk... The breakfast is one of the smallest I've seen in my life. I would consider as a plus the safety measures, the cleanliness everywhere and also the positive vibes of the people working there. Also, it is nice that it has a yard and you can take a drink there. If the room didn't have these problems I would recommend it with less money ofc. For what the hostel offers and the city of Strasbourg, 120€ is definitely overpriced. You can find cheaper places to stay with much better money - quality balance.

This was the first time staying at a hostel and overall the experience was good. Check-in was easy, front desk receptionists were pleasant and accommodating. I shared a room with five other women-the beds were somewhat comfortable, sheets/pillows were very nice and the bed curtain provided privacy. The free breakfast consisted of bread, coffee, juices and fruit. There is absolutely no early check-in so I essentially sat in their lounge for several hours as I did not want to leave my luggage in a room where there was no security. The lounge has nightly parties which go on until all hours of the night and get extremely noisy so if you are staying on the first floor which is over the lounge, bring good ear plugs if you want to get a decent night's sleep. The showers and bathrooms appeared clean but upon further inspection, you can see the mildew/dirt on the sides of the tiles. As stated earlier, overall it was a good place to stay inexpensively in Strasbough; although personally I would pay the extra $20-30 more a night to stay at a 3-star hotel.

Good hostel overall! But... If you're looking for a relaxed hostel, maybe this isn't it. 😅 On Sunday night, around 12am, the guests next door were jumping and running around for at least two hours. It literally sounded like we had 25 people doing Crossfit. They also decided to knock on every door in the hall. Every door. Their Crossfit party lasted at least until 2am. At 8:20am I woke up to these same people were now dancing and jumping to Mambo #5. No joke. They actually jumped so hard that my the beds in our room were shaking, and they're were in the room right next to mine. What an adventure really haha. The light in my bed kept literally falling off, but they were nice about it and tried to fix it. Pretty hostel tho!

I lost my favorite special lock. cuz the bed stuffs was fluffy, couldn't check it perfectly. cuz of my train. first day, under the bunk bed, one couple stayed together. so i was a bit shocked. also there was a lot of men. room was stink. and noisy. But second day, few of them left, and new comer was women, so there wasn't stink. quite and nice. if i have to stay in Strasbourg, i will defo visit here again.

Staff was really nice. The building and bar of the hostel were really cool. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Beds were comfy, showers were great. They don’t really have lockers in the room (just a small locking cabinet near your bed). Bathrooms were frequently missing toilet paper and hand soap. Hair dryers would have been nice especially since the Christmas markets are a big draw. (Realizing I had wet hair and no way to dry it before heading outside to the markets in cold & flu season not to mention with covid worries making getting a cold or flu even more annoying… hair dryers for guests might be a worthwhile investment.)

Too loud till late night at 1 am from the ground floor. Everything looks new so there was sound from bed frame whenever I lay on it. There's no convenient store nearby, so I asked to buy a bottle of water. And it was 3 euros. It doesn't make sence.....

Perfect place to stay with the family. On a road trip across Europe, this was by far the best place we stayed, friendly staff, comfortable beds and so clean! Family room was so spacious, ideal for a family of 5. We would definitely stay again. Amazing.
