Nada

Its location is superb! The shower is lovely and the bed very comfortable and clean.

The location was central
Parking was 4 blocks away with limited instructions to find the parking and accommodation. Room was old and smelly. Construction work just outside the building went on all night so had to leave after one night. Owner offered a partial refund but then never heard back from him after three emails to him.
5.0
Location central but very noisy
No car park; difficult to locate; no lift and very narrow staircase; difficult for older people to climb; room stuffy

In th heart of the city centre with market very close and plenty of shops.
Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift so hauling luggage up was a nightmare. Building is a disaster with old junk everywhere. Quite unpleasant!

IT’s location
Couldn’t gain access, eventually got in , room on third floor. No lift . Two washing machines and two dryers outside my room door going most of the evening.
Alarm bells when on the pillow not chocolate but ear plugs !!!! Never ever again

We couldn’t get in when we arrived, but the barber next door put us in touch with Seamus and we were able to get in. I think it was just a wifi issue. The building is very old and needs some upkeep, shower was great.
It wasn’t very clean and it was very noisy, but earplugs were provided.

great location.
Had to keep the window open to keep cool which meant there was lots of noise from the street below, until late into the night and then again early in the morning and there was a bad smell about the place. Parking was advised "around the corner" which turned out to be unsecured and 1/4 mile away.

Location was good
The room was very dated, the noise from the outside was unbearable, they could update the windows

Slept well on both nights in a very comfy bed. Perfectly located in city centre close to all the best restaurants. Nespresso Coffee machine in room was much appreciated.
No complaints although I would say that the photos seem to suggest an ambience that isn’t there. This is fun and quirky accommodation, not luxury accommodation.

Clean and comfy, full of antiques,
The noise from the restaurants below our window which was not double glazed, went on till after midnight and started up early in the morning, we were given ear plugs, very thoughtful, however, could still hear the noise so didn't sleep well.

character
noise, unhelpful host, no bike storage, unable to operate coffee machine for which there were no instructions

If you like the smoke of weed it is perfect

Great location, comfortable room, everything is so expensive these days though across the board, and I do miss a lovely breakfast in the morning.
The price, though it is average for a room these days.

Centrally locates
No kettle to boil water for a cup of tea.
The heat wasnt on either.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor with only rickety stairs to get up to 3rd or 4th landing.
There was a coffee making machine which you were supposed to be Einstein to know how to use same fot a cup of TEA.

it’s very old place,so don’t have lift … if u look for calm place isn’t here…because it’s in center,a lot of pub.for me and my boyfriend it’s perfect.

Location, location....Location. Nice room for one person. Parking option was great.
In the shower and there was no hot water around 5pm. Had to have cold shower. Next morning no hot water for shower either. Nor sure what issue was!!!

The room smells despite much money I paid. I tried to find another B&B but unfortunately it was too late. Worst worst ever place to sleep. Hope I won't fall ill due to the odour from the room. Worst Christmas ever!!!

Beautiful room, quaint decorations. The bed was so soft, big, and comfy. Fantastic coffee and teas were provided. The location is 10mins walk to the city bus station for going to the airport
It was impossible to cover the noise of the party crowd until 3 am. Earplugs on, windows down, and curtains drawn didn't help.

Great location, decent facilities, good value for money
Was a bit noisy during the nights, but central location and host provided ear plugs
