Our stay at Kabah Boutique Hotel was underwhelming, marred by concerns over maintenance+cleanliness

The hotel is just 15 minutes away from the airport, which was a major benefit. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has potential and could truly shine with some care and investment.

Our stay didn't live up to our hopes. The hotel needs better care, and we saw a lot of wear and tear. We were let down to see the treadmill broken and found the airport shuttle too expensive. The place wasn't clean enough, which made us uncomfortable. We skipped the breakfast.

Laute Klimaanlage die sich nicht regulieren lässt! Um 21:02 keine Möglichkeit mehr ein Getränk zu bekommen weil die Bar um 21:00 schließt! Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt - am nächsten Tag war aber leider niemand in der Küche anwesend - somit „sorry - no breakfast“ …. kein Preisnachlass !

Desagradable

El desayuno estuvo regular, sugiero que ofrezcan variedad. En mi caso solo fue una opción.

1- personal no fue amable. 2-desde que llegué no había agua, tenía que bañarme fuera del hotel, en las duchas públicas de los tour. En el hotel nadie quería ser responsable. 3-hotel en una plaza muy solitaria Restaurante del hotel cierra muy temprano y no hay muchas opciones cerca.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi

Toilets don’t flush properly. Hot water in shower runs only for first 5 minutes. Lift is turned off in the night. Breakfast has only few options.

Deben especificar en su anuncio, que te piden $2,000 pesos en cash como garantía (nunca entendí garanatía para qué), pero esto lo conoces hasta q ya pagaste, lo devuelven en el check out, pero creo que sí deberían especificarlo. Se tardaron demasiado en darme una factura. Tuve que pedir a atención a clliente de booking que me ayudara.

Gut für die Ankuft, aber gefühlt im Zerfall

Die Unterkunft war für uns sehr gut nach dem Flughafen erreichbar. Kostenlose und bewachte Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung. Der Check-In hat unkompliziert funktioniert. In der Minibar standen ein paar Getränke. In der Nähe war eine Tankstelle. Gut für eine. Kleinen Einkauf.

Alles wirkt grundsätzlich modern, aber scheint schon zu zerfallen. Auch der Rooftoppool wirkte alles andere als einladend. Es war für unsere Zwecke absolut okay, aber meinen Urlaub verbringen möchte ich dort nicht.

A fuir !

Je ne recommande en aucun cas cet hôtel. L’hygiène reste à désirer : sang sur les draps, cheveux dans le lit, sanitaire non fait, … ne comptez pas non plus sur de l’insonorisation, il n’y en a aucune, on peut entendre ce qui se dit dans les chambres voisines! (une télé du couloir fonctionnait encore jusque 4h du matin!!). Concernant la salle de sport, je vous laisse constater l’état du matériel… De plus, nous avons fait appel aux services de l hôtel pour avoir un taxi, nous avons attendu plus de 40min notre taxi (qui soit disant devait être la dans les 10min). Au final nous avons raté notre correspondance pour l’aéroport car le taxi n’est jamais arrivé! Cet hôtel ne mérite au aucun cas 3 ou 4 étoiles comme booking l’affiche.

Do not eat from the restaurants that’s located in this hotel!!! They are feeding you all dead rat

Do not I mean Do not eat from the Chinese restaurant in the hotel they are feeding customers rats & says it’s chicken breast!! Idk if they’re only doing it to tourist/visitors. Also I have videos and pictures of that and a roach crawling on my plate! Also I took pics and videos also showed my complaints to the hotel staff and restaurant staff that did nothing! Not to mention I stayed as this hotel more than 2x but I never ate from the restaurants inside this hotel until this visit! If you stay at the hotel DO NOT EAT FROM THE RESTAURANTS LOCATED INSIDE!! I below left two photos , I couldn’t stomach taking a picture of the baby rat because I was so baffled and shocked but I did take pics of the roach crawling on my plate from 2 different angles! Becareful guys!!!

Nothing ! There was no empathy they showed and lack of remorse when I complained to them about the service and they hid in the back until after I was done with finishing my drink.

Great location away from the beach zone in a quiet area.

This hotel is in a great location right across the street from Kabah Ecological Park. If you are looking for a hotel closer to the beach or hotel zone, it's probably not the one for you. However, for us, we simply wanted to visit the park and grab some items from the large supermarket across the street. It was great also having two restaurants in the same building.

A very pleasant stay in a wonderful room.

This was my second stay in the matter of 10 days. The room this time was fantastic, a corner room with two balconies. The room and hotel were very clean and the air conditioning was fantastic.

The lift was broken and I had to carry luggage up a number of flights of stairs. On site bar/restaurat closed early.

Very functional place to stay after a long flight from europe and before setting off to the airport

Location, it wasn't too far from the airport and was near shops. Hotel was clean and the room was a good size and very well equipped.

They insisted on paying a security deposit, I used a debit card and the deposit amount was deducted immediately and took a week to be refunded to my card. This was not due to the hotel but it was an inconvenience.

We stayed here for two nights before going home. The bed was comfortable, the place offers free parking which is convenient for everyone with rental cars, the staff is friendly.

great value and quiet during spring break

the floors were clean. there’s a restaurant on site so we didn’t need to leave. parking is included. friendly staff. they are making an effort to renovate. the free water and soda in the mini bar was a nice touch. it was quiet.

Good size room and bed, be aware of the 2000Mxn hold on card

Size of the rooms were good. Distance to the airport.

There was no warning on booking.com of a 2000MXN fee to be held on credit card upon arrival. We had paid online so assumed everything was sorted, when we arrived we were told we must pay 2000 which was refundable. On top of this we had to pay the city tax. Again we assumed that this was included in the price.

They refunded my trip when I requested it

Again, I asked for a quite room, which they have. Again, another Hotel on this planet that doesn't listen , or perhaps care, and they stuck me on the highway and I mean it, it's on the highway. I refused the room and they offered me another that was a fraction less noisier , however the air conditioner was stuck on high fan and was louder than the traffic outside so I had to sleep in a puddle of my own sweat. They also offered a taxi service from the airport for $45 US, that only costs $5 if you take the bus. They advertised a Gym, it has one work out station and it was broken. The breakfast was not great. I understand times are tough but this place needs a bit of work and maybe listening to the people who want to give you money. People don't complain out of boredom as much as disappointment, things need to be fit for purpose and to turn this property into a great experience, they'll have to make changes and that starts with listening to the customers.
