We had a perfect long weekend getaway to this gorgeous beach house! The house was spotless clean, stocked with any household items you might need, super easy walk to the beach (the wagon & beach chairs provided were a huge bonus), and the property managers were easily the most responsive & nicest ones we’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!!

We had 6 adults and 2 young children, stay at the property for a 4day weekend. The property was clean, modern, plenty of sleeping space, and the communication with mgmt was seamless. We rented a golf cart while we were there in order to make getting around to the beach, boardwalk, and dinner spots, easier. Highly recommend doing that. The location was perfect. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great time at Breezy Goin. The house is beautiful, great location with a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars to accommodate everyone's taste. The management staff was great. They came by to show us how to use the elevator and responded quickly to a request to spray bees nests. The house would benefit from some towel hook and rods in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry and some more silverware in the kitchen. They do need to replace the gas grill as it is unsafe to use.

Overall the house was pretty nice and in a great location off of the main strip. But it could use a few things. For example there are no racks in any of the bathrooms to hang towels on. The beds were very comfortable, but the bedding could use an upgrade, especially the blankets/quilts. The grill worked fine, but the interior was all rusted out. One of the outdoor tables was very rusty as well.

We had a very enjoyable long weekend at Brreezy Goin. The house is beautiful with a large open front room where we could all gather which was especially important because Saturday was rainy and cold. We loved the rooms and well- stocked kitchen. The deck was great for early morning coffee and drinks in the evening.Tastefully decorated and multilevel. Loved the cool outdoor area after a great day at the beach. Far enough away from the crowds but still close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and restaurants. Great communication with host.

Recently my family vacationed in Carolina Beach and stayed in Breezin Goin. It was 7 of us and we had a great time. My mom is 85 years young and although she is still very mobile at times the elevator was needed. It definitely helped with getting luggage and food in and out of the home. We are definitely planning on returning next year. The entire process was non complicated and not at all stressful. The home was beautiful and the amenities were very modern. I loved the periodic communication via text message or emails from the owners. The location was perfect as well. Again our family enjoyed the house and will be returning and hopefully renting a larger home with a swimming pool.

The week at Breezy goin was just what we needed. We booked this due to location and amenities. It’s close to beach while giving you a view of the bay. The best part of the home was the elevator. The home had a very open floor plan and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with large closets.

My family just spent the week at this lovely beach home. My mom, AKA Nana, has lots of trouble walking up steps. So, the elevator was an amazing addition to our overall experience. We just got back from a fantastic trip to Carolina Beach. The house was immaculate. All members of the family loved hanging out on the deck at the front of the house. The decor was very casual and calming. The appliances all worked great. All sinks are at a great height for adults, but if you have little ones you should bring step stools for them. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. Restaurants and entertainment were also very close by car or golf cart. The elevator was perfect for elderly guests and helping bring up and down the heavier luggage.

We stayed at Breezy going for 5 nights and we loved it. The house is spacious and clean with modern interior, lovely terrace and nice little backyard. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The design and atmosphere of the house is very relaxing. Roomy parking area and outdoor shower is great too. It’s about 5 mins waking to the beach, and about 5 mins driving to cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. We will stay in this place again.

It was also well stocked and had everything we needed, including a wagon for the short walk over to the beach access. From the moment I booked until the minute I left the house I had the best experience with booking this home. Not only was the booking part seamlessly easy, but the immediate response I would get from my contact person whenever I text her was the best! I asked for recommendations while there and any questions I had were answered right away. The house matched the description that was represented online. The house was beautiful, everything was new and clean and it was stocked with many supplies for any activity that I needed to do. This made things much easier for me since it was my first time in North Carolina, not knowing the area very well. It was myself and my three children. My kids absolutely LOVED the bunk beds! The front porch was relaxing for my morning coffee. The beach is about a block away and the area is so quiet and peaceful. Watching television at night outside was awesome… perfect for a movie night! I can’t wait to go back again soon!

The house was not ready. Within 15 minutes of checking in we were cleaning up an overflowing toilet. The water and ice did not work in the refrigerator. The next day the repair showed up to fix the dishwasher which we were not told about. Then we discovered none of the lights upstairs worked. The electrician told us the wiring was faulty and was a serious hazard. Again no one told us anything. There was not a broom to sweep up. No place to hang bath towels. Too few hangers to hang up clothes in the closets.
This house was not ready and we were negatively impacted. I do expect a partial refund due to this experience and the fact that you rented us a house with an electrical hazard.

Beautiful new house! Wonderful view of the boats and inlet and a short walk to the beach. The deck is outstanding to relax after a day at the beach or while grilling out. Should have booked a golf cart in advance as they were sold out a week before we got there. You don’t need one for the three block beach walk but would have been nice to drive up to the boardwalk that has rides, games and an arcade that the kids loved! The garage was also really cool to hangout in with a shower and couch area and TV. Only suggestions since it is literally a brand new house would be a Keurig in the kitchen, speakers on the porch, and an extra trash can outside. Also the builder didn’t connect the outdoor shower and hose correctly. The hose only works if the shower is turned on.
