We had a wonderful time
3.7
Place was perfect for our group. Everyone commented beds were great and enjoyed grilling on the deck.
3.7
The Good: the place was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed wood fire in the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and everyone stayed warm. There was enough hot water for all six of to shower after a full day of skiing.
The Not-So-Good: this place has been poorly maintained for a long time. Windows are so warped they don’t close. Traffic from I-70 is very noisy in the bedrooms, bring a white noise maker! Calling the property “remodeled” is a stretch. While the bathrooms and kitchen have newer materials and appliances, the workmanship is shoddy and the property isn’t well equipped for preparing food. Blinds everywhere were cheap and in various states of disrepair. There was no pool keycard but that was ok because we walked to see the pool and hot tub and wouldn’t have got in anyway… the TV is mounted rally high on the wall, but watch out for the “hooks” that protrude from the wall when you enter. My wife hit her head multiple times on those!
All in all, we love Vail but won’t ever stay at this property again.

Our family had a great time. Living room was a perfect place to hang out and on site market was very convenient.
3.7
We had a great stay in Vail! The condo was a good size and great location (8 min drive to Vail). The property managers were super communicative and helpful. Would recommend!
3.7
The property was exactly as advertised. It was newly renovated and very clean. It was super comfortable and spacious and was very easy to get to and from the mountain by both car and city bus. Most definitely recommend!
3.7
We had 8 people traveling. This place had all the essentials. My bedroom window was broken so it had a gap but that didn't affect us. For the price point, I'd book it again.
3.7
The beds where comfortable and the views are AMAZING. Windows are stuck open and an animal got in the second room we locked that door and lost the use of the room from night one. My 4 year old got her finger caught in a beer can she found in the window. By the bunk beds. My 5 year old fought a bad cold from the windows being stuck open the first night. Tried contacting Vacasa with no luck.
3.7
The condo was clean, comfortable and had what we needed! The furniture and linens were stylish and comfy, outside deck was really nice, especially in the mornings. We also took advantage of the hot tub one night and saw a bear!!
3.7
the place was very clean, and the location was nice, just a quick 2 minute drive to the village, Awesome hiking trails and right across the street from the Gore creek.
3.7
The good… Comfy beds. 4 bunk loft great for kids.
Bad… No hot tub access. Vacasa said use keycard but you have key not card. 5’ fence and need card for in/out. Vacasa rep trying to get in touch with prop mgr (Kia?). No hot tub access entire trip, multiple contacts! Recd $275 credit, not worth it. Would never have booked, had to hear fam complain entire trip, and dealing w/frustration on vacation! To this date, NO CALL/CONTACT FROM VACASA.
Parking for 1 car. Who drives to condo for 10 in one car? Their response? “park other cars at Chain Station 1.6 miles near the property”. What!?! 11 days to resolve. Fyi unmarked spots at main entrance. Condo has 1 marked spot front of condo.
Emailed Vacasa asking for kitchen utencils provided. Prev reviews had issues. Boilerplate response saying standard kitchen utencils supplied. If we wanted a fav pot/pan, should bring. Another red flag. Kitchen has limited pots/pans, and nothing really big. Spaghetti for large family took 3 rotations in the pot. Also Keurig instead of reg coffee pot. And can opener doesn’t work.
Bad lighting, fam room has 2 light bulbs lighting the entire space, that’s all folks. 1 bulb over dining, 1 bulb over couch. For fam pic in front of fireplace we had to move lamps from bedrooms.
Bus stop 300yd walk. Not as close as they make it sound.
Condo on 3rd floor. Steps always had snow/ice on them while there, so would not recommend for anyone who need help climbing stairs.

House was cozy and very well situated. Beds were very confortable and rooms were spacious. My only complain was that i spoke with property management about a coffee machine and they told me to get filters and when i got to the property, it only had a kourig machine. The parking situation was also a bit tricky since they only have a parking spot and we were 10 people in 2 cars. Other than that we had a blast, loved the property and would deff stay there again.

2 positives: good mattresses, easy access to shuttle. Condition of the property is poor. it’s dirty, falling apart, not maintained. Kitchen items minimal. checkout requires dishwashing, they do not supply the detergent. it’s electric heat. either too hot or too cold. windows in bedroom do not work properly do not depend on opening them for air. If hot tub is important to you, the hot tub they advertise requires a key fob that they do not provide (and Hot tub is not clean). it advertises 2 bathrooms. 1 of the 2 is ensuite and only way to access is through the bedroom. that’s OK for immediate family. but if you have multiple groups, families not ideal. we were stuck with 6 adults sharing one bathroom. Plan to bring your own soap. for us, about 2 hours before the 4 pm check in they said property not clean and moved it to 6 pm. The management company will not assist in storing your luggage. The pictures and description of this place make it seem better than it is.

Bathroom was clogged, the dining room light is very dim. The bed is comfortable and loft is the best place of the entire unit.

We stayed here as a group of 7 women for a mountain getaway weekend and it was perfect! Place was clean, beautiful mountain views and comfortable beds. Our suggestions to improve people's stay here would be to add more hooks to the bathrooms for extra towels and the bedrooms for coats; adding floor mats for the inside by the front and back doors; adding a mirror to each bedroom; having some basic supplies in the kitchen such as a colandar, salt&pepper, cooking spray; and being more communicative regarding guest parking spots- especially for a rental that accomodates up to 10 people- there needs to be clear instructions on having a second vehicle as most parties up to 10 people won't fit in one car. Overall, we highly enjoyed staying at this rental and would so so again!

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the views, just wished there were chairs and table on the balcony. The place was very clean. We had minor issues with getting the toilets to run so had to remove the tops to run the water. Wish that there are more in the kitchen than just the bare minimum. overall we had a good time and would recommend the place!

Location was very nice but this property had lots of issues, kitchen and bathroom supply very po,
toilet flash not worked,
They not provided wood for fire place,

My family spent Labor Day weekend here and absolutely loved it! Hanging out in the main room, looking out the windows overlooking the mountains was one of our highlights. The beds are so comfortable that we contacted the host for the name. Otherwise the place is very spacious with everything you need and all brand new furniture. Kitchen is fully stocked. It was very nice to have the hot tub after long days on the mountain hiking and biking.
Great location that is super close to the free bus stop and the highway to be at the covered bridge in 10 minutes. There's a nice market within walking distance. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions before and during our stay. The keys are easily accessible, they are in a lock box at the front door.
There is no AC so we just opened the windows and the cool mountain air kept us comfortable. We'll definitely stay here this winter for some skiing and more hot tub time.
