The hotel was NOT clean. A large bug scurried across the tv when I turned it on. I’ve NEVER had pillows that were that awful. I left at 2am. The hotel was truly not a place I felt comfortable.

The place was a hell hole. The rooms stunk,the tv didnt work and you couldnt open the window. We left after 15 minutes there. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

Sticky floors, cash by the hour option, no soap, terrible smell, people on drugs everywhere in and out, one outlet in a double bed room. Left right away not safe or sanitary.

I had to change rooms 3 times in one day. 1st room, beds had been slept in from previous party. 2nd room there was no light above the bathroom sink. The tub was so dirty and mold was growing on the shower curtain. Neither of these rooms were vacuumed. 3rd room, I went to the store and bought cleaning products and Lysol to spray on the beds and to wipe all the can stains off the table. There were so many people in the lobby and in front of the building drinking and smoking and throwing trash and cigarette butts all over. One man actually hit my arm with a butt. As for the breakfast, the counter was so dirty I was afraid to set my plate on it. But, I found it extremely disgusting when I looked for a paper towel and found 2 rolls of toilet paper by the food. The room next to me, had roach’s in the middle of the floor. One gentleman came down from an upper floor and asked if he could get a room with a working shower. He also needed a plunger for his toilet cause it wasn’t working properly either. I do understand that times are tough but for that place, it should be closed for health violations. I would NEVER tell anyone about this place. I would be too embarrassed to actually let them think that I stayed in a place like that. Actually, I feel my money should be refunded since I cleaned there bathrooms and actually cleaned the whole room. Thank you

I checked in on a Monday and was booked until Saturday. rooms were unbearable. Broken windows and sinks and toilets did not work. After asking hotel for refund to find another hotel they refused and management was very rude. Hotel has bed bigs and lots of sketchy activity in property. After telling management they got rude and this was the worst stay of my life. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

upon checking we were told that they had no hot water and were working on it. We went out to dinner and came back and were told the issue had been fixed. The room overall was clean. In the morning when i went to shower there was not enough water pressure to activate the shower head. Upon checkout we had to wait so the attendant could go and inspect our room. This was the first time in my adult life i have had to wait for my room to be inspected

The hotel was clean but a little noisy. The Hotel needs some updating especially the bath tubs. There was no coffee in the room and iron or ironing board. Other than that the bed was comfortable and clean and we had a good night rest.

Room door had to be pushed hard to stay closed, window was off track and wedged so couldn't close it . Carpet was looking every bit of 100 yrs old (stained, flat) bathroom vent didn't work. Towel rack in bathroom was coming off the wall and had duct tape on it.hole in bathroom wall from door. The best was the light switch turned off the microwave but not the lamp. Thats when I put on blindersand stopped looking at the room.

Run forest run the beds are cots and the rooms are really dirty you will hurt your back on the hard mattresses of the cots I recommend not going to this hotel stay away as far as you can

left after one night, dried bloody boogers on bathroom wall, dried blood on bathroom mirror, every single outlet was so used that i could only use one outlet to charge my devices, the floor was disgusting. Thanksfullly there was no bugs.

A tent under a bridge would be better than this crap hole of a hotel no TV no alarm no clocks nothing in room but bed and 4 walls a crappy bathroom that had no hot running water supposed to be in a upgraded room full of mold everywhere janky elevator outlets don’t work $100 cash deposit what they think I’m gonna steal a lamp 1 good thing great security local PD always in the lot was forced to stay because of arrival time at 130am not able to find another hotel with all the events going on in Minneapolis stayed 1 night and RAN! Screw this place
