I would say , not bad and service is good
4.2
Room service is really just preferred delivery options.
Room next to stairwell was not good,
Very noisy. Everything else was good.
4.2
Perfectly reasonable business hotel. 10 mins walk from London Bridge Station with plenty of cafes & bars in between. Clean comfortable and good spread for breakfast
4.2
Tv did not work for our entire stay. Staff did nothing despite multiple escalations
4.2
Felt unsafe in the area with small children. Not close to much. Would not recommend this hotel for family. Backpackers maybe ok
4.2
The breakfast is awesome. Room is clean, environment is quiet.
4.2
Very nice, quiet and well maintained boutique hotel
4.2
Very nice hotel -good location, nice staff, very good breakfast. There are some issues though- its a bit dated already and it has full AC without any possibility to open the window so the room gets stuffy.
4.2
Air conditioning in the room was broken. Was unable to open a window. Requested a room change from staff. Was told there was maintenance on the way which turned out the be untrue. Was also told the hotel was sold out for the evening so no other rooms where available. However I went on hotels.com and could book another room in the same hotel. Showed this too staff over the whats app option. Then I was told in the meantime the hotel had sold out. Which lead me to believe it was also untrue about the another room. I wasn’t even offered a fan to assist with the warm and humid conditions.
Overall not a very pleasant stay. The breakfast in the morning was also limited but this may not have been helped by the fact I had gotten very little sleep.
4.2
Great stay. Hotel in a nice area, clean and with all amenities required. Bed really comfortable and room spacious. My only negative was that housekeeping were knocking at our door at 10am to see if we were checking out soon when check out wasn't until 11am and then we were asked if we wanted to pay a service charge. But all in all a great hotel

Was expecting a room with city views as advertised but instead faced the Sainsbury's Local. Was a fine room, but nothing special. TV too was struggling and so was the lift...
4.2
The room did not have windows that would open.
4.2
Lovely hotel in ideal location with easy access to many places of interest. Second stay at this hotel and will definitely return again.
4.2
Room was quite dated, and bathroom needed upgrading. It was clean, as best could be done when work needs doing. Bed comfortable, quiet. Very poor lighting in the room, nearest plug to the mirror was under the TV stand, had to push the sofa bed out of the way to get to it. Don't expect a traditional 'full english' no pork products, but plenty of alternatives and loads of choices. All the staff were friendly and welcoming

Great staff!

Creaky filmsy sofa bed. Woke up with a sore back. Fan in bathroom didnt work. Was told we cant change rooms. The double bed was poor and bedding didnt smell fresh.
4.2
Nice. Clean, comfortable, and friendly.

Fab hotel friendly staff

Nice to stay but without car.

The hotel was very close to the London Tower Bridge. The area felt safe and very quiet. Our reservation included breakfast which was great in comparison to most other "continental breakfast options other hotels offer". The only consideration is that we were assigned a room designated for wheelchair access and the shower was open so every time we showered, a river flowed in our bathroom. It was a huge inconvenience as we had to lay out towels to stop the water from running into the carpet of the room but we were told this was the only room available that accommodated 4 people. If we had been assigned a regular room, I am sure our experience would have been better.
4.2
The shower was mouldy, the plaster was cracked in the room, the lamps were flickering.
4.2
Helpful staff.
4.2
Enjoyed our stay, great location within 10 minute walk of Burrough Market, Bermandsey Beer Mile, London Bridge Station, and the Thames. Room was quiet and comfortable. Sainsburys right across the courtyard for any needs.
4.2
We really likes this hotel
4.2
Well appointed, great location, excellent staff. Some worn electricals in the room but otherwise good. They restocked the coffee and daily snacks in the room. Very good robust breakfast.
4.2
Great location, friendly staff and good value.
4.2
The hotel is in a great location, right next to Tower Bridge, walkable to main attractions.
However, I didn’t expect the hotel to have such low quality on their services, cleanliness and upkeep in general. We had premium room with absolutely disgusting dirty all scratched wood floors. When we checked in, the floors were so filthy that when you walked, your fit turned black, they were sticky and dirt was sticking to your feet. It was disgusting that it was delivered in such condition, but more than that we asked for the room to get properly mopped, TWICE, and it wasn’t. Maybe they vacuumed at most, but feet and socks were turning black. I took a wet cloth to check when they said they mopped it, it was just as bad.
Mattress in a premium room was the cheapest quality spring mattress you can find. You drown in it and when one of you is moving, the other one is waking up. I can’t believe they still have these type of mattresses in the hotel. I would expect it in the cheap motel in the middle of nowhere, but not for the price of this room.
Fire alarm with no announcements and not working elevators is another story. We had to walk down and up from 7th and they still didn’t say if it was a real issue or not.
Our friends stayed at another cheaper hotel around the corner, much better mattress, cleanliness and services.

The property is located in a great area in London, walking a few minutes to get to Tower bridge.
The breakfast is great. Great size room.
The deposit has no another idea to take miney from each guest. They charge you £25 at the checkout they get £7 pounds justifying it's a tip.
I don't believe it's true. It's embarrassing situation at checkout. Anyway. You can say no.
4.2
Lovely area. Staff were very helpful answering our questions about how to navigate the public transit
4.2
Better than what I expected for the price. Ok size room, good bed, quiet, well equipped.
4.2
Good location. Quieter than I expected. Staff friendly and helpful especially Julia, always a smile.
4.2
A great place to stay for business and right next to the tube. Everything you need in an apartment and a lovely walk along the river to Battersea Power Station which is now high-end shops and restaurants. It also is right below a Pret so very handy for an early morning coffee. Highly recommended
4.2
The location is great. However we had issues with the room from day one. After plugging in their iron it took the electricity out and we had to leave the room so they could fix it. We came back at night and plugged our stuff and it exploded on us. We were left without phone chargers, adapters and a portable steamer for the clothes. The staff didn’t change rooms for us until the next day. The manager didn’t take the issue seriously as this was a huge safety hazard where even one of his staff almost experienced an electrical shock in the room by plugging in the iron and taking out the electricity in the room again. No accommodations for the inconvenience were made. Very disappointed with this hotel and their lack of accountability.

Great stay and everyone was really helpful

Parking is street parking (free on weekends) or ncp, no larking on site. Hotel decent and staff friendly.
4.2
Good location. Good hotel overall but could use a bit of a refresh. Great breakfast.
4.2
Absolutely crap. Would not stay here again.
4.2
Staff is excellent and the rooms are nice. The carpets could be updated and you could hear the neighbors but otherwise it was a really great stay. The bathroom and water pressure were excellent.
4.2
very friendly workers . Good breakfast . Location is great short walk to tower bridge and lots of restaurants around .
Very convenient as the bus just around the corner .
