perfect for our visit to Strasbourg

Really helpful staff. Good response to emails. Stored our bikes for us and explained about the parking. Easy walk into the beautiful city centre and to the park. Room was really comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean . Breakfast was lovely fresh continental. Again the staff were friendly and helpful . Would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean, the hotel located jn a quiet and nice area that is 12-15 min away from the historical center by walk. The stuff was very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend it and go back to it when I revisit Strasbourg. Thank you!

Short and nice stay for a work related event

In overall, nice place to stay with great staff. I had stayed only one night for business and everything went smooth. Breakfast was also nice. I would recommend the place. The design is rather classical compared to modern.

They should notify you before that the heater was off by default and you need to turn it on manually. Also, I didn't like the fact that the toilet is in a separate room than the sink. Maybe this is different for other rooms, or an intentional design decision, idk.

Excellent accommodation, staff friendly and efficient

Bedroom was excellent, the views on the balcony really did encourage me to book again.

The bar and restaurant were not open - i understand due to COVID

Hotel very close to the city center, room spacious and clean, kind staff that allowed us to do an early check in a couple of hours before.

Amazing and comfortable

The Hotel is well located and the room was excellent. The room we stayed had a balcony and it has got amazing views. The staff was extremely cooperative and responsible. The 24h service is really great. The breakfast was detailed and nice. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would like to stay again there when we visit Strasbourg.

I would prefer to stay again

I liked everything, especially the balcony with the nice city view. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was so cosy. Staff is very friendly. I would prefer to stay again.

Exceptional

Room was super clean and comfortable. Service at desk friendly and very helpful. Hotel located very close to centre, easily reachable by foot. No private parking however it was very easy to pak on the street in front of entrance. Really recommend this hotel and for sure that will be our hotel for next visit in Strasbourg!

Really everything. Great building, warm and respectful welcome, very nice and clean room, quiet atmosphere, great bed (!) and lovely extensive breakfast.

Needless Disappointment

Friendly receptionist, room high up on 6th floor as requested, with balcony, parking right in front of the hotel, a short walk to Strasbourg old town, comfy bed with lots of pillows nice bathroom with a blow heater

I requested room on the top floor without any noise from above. In the eve the running around in the room above me began, and reception could do nothing about that, hotel being full. At the very least I'd expect they'd let me know that my request cannot be fulfilled..I'd have booked elsewhere, no shortage of hotels in Strasbourg. As if that was not enough, there was a strange bad smell in the room, as if the stink of drains was being covered up by a sickly sweet deodorant. Also the heating temp could not be set so sleeping with an open window due to smell was a bit freezing.
