What a fantastic hotel. A real find! Very impressed with the rooms, lovely bar area, food was delicious, both evening meal and breakfast, the staff were great too.

Spent 2 nights here on a short break. Lovely hotel really comfortable bed. Good breakfast. We ate here in the evenings as well and had great food at reasonable prices each time. Would definitely recommend it!
4.3
Check in was quick and easy. Room was lovely. Spacious and comfortable. Spa bath was a nice extra. Shower cubicle was very small. Food was superb. Excellent quality generous portions and good value especially curry night.
4.3
Welcoming staff, easy parking, room was clean and modern.
4.3
We had an extremely comfortable stay.
Room was very spacious including a huge bathroom with both a bath and walk in shower. Food was delicious especially the breakfast. Highly recommend.

A lovely stay with our young family. Great cooked breakfast and nice room. Nice, quiet location and lovely decor. Close to Glastonbury and beautiful area.
4.3
Clean comfortable well looked after property staff friendly attentive food good large selection of food for breakfast although party Saturday night did not effect our stay

A great place. Recently refurbished. A very high standard

It was good to return again. The room was lovely and a good supply of lighting brightened it up as windows were quite small. The only criticism we had was the breakfast. The bacon especially didn’t appear to be grilled, the sausages were average, the mushrooms possibly tinned and not fresh, the hash browns were oily and over cooked. The rolls used for the Eggs Benedict were not pleasant and again the bacon was tough and hard. Bread needed to be toasted twice. This is meant to be honest feedback on things which could be improved with minor adjustments. It was a shame that only tinned fruit was on offer. The coffee and tea selection was great.
4.3
The genuine welcome and helpfulness of all the staff, from front desk to cleaning team, was excellent throughout our stay, thank you!

quite and welcoming

The good:
Plenty of parking
Staff member at reception was friendly.
The bad.
Room Upstairs with no lift. Narrow stairs.
Toilet door in room wouldn’t close properly.
Lots of confusion at breakfast if hot meal as per card on tables were included in rate, some staff struggled with language, appears english may be 2nd language.
Lots of building work by front door, walked out to contractors asking me to use other door, (better communication)
4.3
Didn't like plastic plants everywhere ! Some could do with with being washed. Couple of fresh flowers in dining room would have been a nice touch
Lovely friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Crossways, the staff were friendly and polite however we had to draw attention to the room being dusty and the shower not working properly. They were very apologetic and cleaned the room immediately, however it was a weekend stay with no maintenance workers so we had to make do with the shower. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The free breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was enjoyable and not overpriced. I found it difficult to use the Rolec EV chargers on site and the hotel had no information to help. Eventually I found the 'Monta Charge' app on Playstore and it was free to charge which was a bonus. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend this Inn.
4.3
Lovely hotel. Staff are very pleasant, friendly and chatty. Bar and resturant area very comfortable. Terrace lovely, upper terrace even lovelier. Breakfast excellent. Dinner ok.
Corridoors a bit noisy. We will book again.

All round amazing hotel. Great rooms. Great food/bar prices . Staff can t do enough for you
4.3
They upgraded us to the Avalon Suite, since they had blocks of rooms booked for a group. Beautiful suite, deck with hot tub. The staff was accommodating and friendly.
4.3
Good for overnight.
Getting rarer to find where to stop over for 5 with a dog and breakfast. For well under £200
4.3
Managed to get lower floor room due to disability, cleanliness throughout the hotel needs to be addressed
Staff friendly, hotel was cold at times due to doors being left open, bar area was like sitting in a fridge, seating in the dining area were despicable I would have thrown them out before asking people to sit on them, additional lighting in room had cobwebs as extras
4.3
Food very overpriced and average, pub grub. Don't have Madras Curry. staff very pleasant and personable.
4.3
Lovely property, very spacious double bedroom with jacuzzi bath. The bath filters needed cleaning as left some residue in the bath when turned on and the blind on the door was broken, but it was shut so that wasn’t terrible and neither detracted from our stay. Loved the room. Very clean and spacious. No smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix or Disney. The only thing that lets the place down is the breakfast. My husband didn’t like his salmon and scrambled eggs on toast- said the toast wasn’t great quality and the eggs were bland. Mine was not bad - not exceptional but still tasty.
4.3
This property is super noisy, the people cleaning in the morning have super loud speakers and the rooms are very close to the event place that it feels like you are at the event.
4.3
Room excellent but not happy to be looking over dining room. Car park area not very welcoming as a first impression.
4.3
It was very comfortable, really nice place

Lovely modern hotel room with good facilities. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Considering air conditioning for the rooms in the future may be useful. It was extremely hot even with windows open and fans provided.

Last minute weekend booking for 2 adults and 3 children (6,6,8).
Arrived late to a prepared room, warm welcome and much needed cocktail.
Room had a queen size bed in a separate area with sofa bed and single bed in the main area.
Each area had a large TV, would of loved for these to be smart tv’s but didn’t affect us too much. Was a warm weekend but a fan was provided.
Spacious, clean room.
Amenities were great and included iron, wash basket etc + the usual tea, coffee and hot choc ( great selection).
Breakfast was amazing and the coffee selection was brill.
Bonus of 2 terraces which were beautiful and had a scenic view.
Would of loved to of eaten there but unfortunately our schedule was packed! Can’t wait to return to spend some more time at the hotel.
Given a travel lodge wasn’t too much cheaper I am blown away at how reasonably priced this was given the huge range of facilities, high quality spacious rooms and scenic location. This hotel also has a hair salon which would be great for those staying for an event (again reasonably priced).
This hotel is a must for families who want a little bit of luxury in a child friendly place

We loved the place,it was so idyllic and the staff were so helpful, great service and would highly recommend to anyone.
4.3
Most impressed by the decoration, cleanliness, Breakfast quality, quiet and bedroom facilities. Fantastic value for money.
4.3
Poor to average food, a little soulless for such an old building with limited accessibility for wheelchair users. Not awful but wouldn’t stay here again out of choice.
4.3
LOVED our stay! A beautiful setting, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Just perfect! The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious! HIGHLY recommend!
4.3
Staff room absolutely perfect thank you 🙏
4.3
This hotel is the best. Unusual location but the perfect one too. Service is superb and its comfort is outstanding. Will come back.
4.3
The hotel has usually been one of the best in the area. However, the past couple of times I’ve been, the room has been dusty, my towels were stained, the breakfast is minimal, and it’s just not as comfortable as it once was.
4.3
I was very pleased with Crossways, which was good value for money & the staff were friendly.
