This is a lovely homestay right in the centre of Ubud only minutes from yoga spots and opposite the best kafe in town! Lovely staff and a yummy but simple breakfast 🙏❤️🙏

I have stayed at many guest houses in ubud and this one is quite poor. It’s fine for one or two nights but definitely not anything long-term. All rooms on the second-story have windows that do not close meaning every single alarm, every single conversation, every noise your neighbors make you will hear, and they will hear you. Zero privacy. Very awkward. I could hear conversations being had some nights until one in the morning. During the day across the field there are classes being taught which are very very noisy as well.In the week that I stay there my room was not cleaned once. Breakfast was worse than other places. There is nothing I liked about this place other than the location and price. But for 13 bucks you can find somewhere quiet. If you stay here and want to avoid some noise stay on the first floor. But be aware there’s no AC in those rooms to my knowledge

A lovely guest house with a great location and friendly staff. For the price it's absolutely fine. My only negatives were that I had booked a deluxe room but they double booked and downgraded me. They did however inform.me and give the the cost difference back so that was ok. The room I had was a basic room, upstairs with a balcony. Nice view of rice paddy. There is no Aircon and I was incredibly hot, with a ceiling fan covered by the bed canopy. After struggling with the heat a few hours I pulled back the stained canopy from the bed to get some air from the fan which made it more manageable.
Otherwise good value for money.

When I was there, no one there and I couldn't fine my room .
I was disappointed, and had pretty bad experience.

Great location in ubud near a lot of restaurants and cafes. Yoga barn is less than a ten minute walk away. Close to a big supermarket. Close to monkey forest. Has a healthy cafe next door and opposite. The room itself was big, cleaned everyday. The bathroom was ok. Shower had hot water. WiFi was good. Breakfast was basic but great eaten on the terrace overlooking the rice fields. The owners were very nice. They arranged an airport pick up for me for 350k INR. I stayed in a fan room. The ceiling fan was not powerful I was told this is how they work in Bali but was given a small fan which helped a lot. I recommend an air conditioned room.

Staff so friendly ! The breakfast is changing every morning and is really tasty !
So happy to discover another culture and live next to balinese people. Every time they see us they say hello, so polite !

Hotel is located in central Ubud with both the market and monkey forest a nice easy walk. Room was aged and the bathroom looked dirty but didn't smell. Breakfast was adequate but no choice available unless you paid for it. Kept me going until 2-3pm every day so was OK. Balcony overlooking rice paddies was the best part - very peaceful and a lovely view.

Good location, affordable price for a nice terrace with paddy field's view.
Room is ok, comfortable and clean you can request daily cleaning from the reception.
Bathroom a bit run down... but for the price I paid I was happy with this place.

I couldn't enjoy my stay here as I was in a constant battle with staff over extra payments that they expected for a second guest when my receipt clearly stated that the base rate is for two people. Also the accommodation was booked using a filter of three stars and above from expedia but what I got was clearly NOT 3 stars (no A/C, TV, fridge). Overall I think I was conned and it left me a bit jaded at a time when I was obviously trying to relax and enjoy myself. For these reasons I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed in a Deluxe room, which should not be called Deluxe by any stretch of the imagination. Very simple and tidy but no amenities whatsoever. No water, no soap, threadbare and ratty old towel, dirty shower which only dribbles water, cracked mirror, no fridge, no tv, no daily clean.
Many, many other better hotel rooms around for even cheaper. Glad I only booked 3 nights first then moved.
