lovely hotel with friendly staff. parking (paid) very easy just across the road. good breakfast - lots of choice. excellent location, especially for gigs at manchester academy (10 minute walk away). would stay again

Overall the hotel makes a nice impression. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. However, unfortunately we were quite unlucky as the air con in our room didn’t work and it was very stuffy. There’s also no car park at the hotel, it’s separate and at additional cost £16.50 for 24hrs.

The staff were lovely and couldn't do any more for us The hotel was spotless and loads of choice for breskfast until 10.30 am We were due to check in at 3pm but arrived early and checked in at 12.30

Everything very modern and clean. Makes for a delightful stay away. Superb showers in bedroom! Parking available over the road at University of Manchester car park B, with 2 banks of EV chargers available.

The start was pleasant, coming from the south of the UK to the hotel was simple, welcomed warmly on arrival staff professional and friendly through out stay, just a shame about the city tax for staying in a hotel :/ overall room was spacious and clean and modern and would suggest staying there and also revisiting.

We used the Hyatt Regency for a 2 night stay so we could do the Coronation Street Tour in Manchester. We found the hotel to be very clean with reception staff being very polite and helpful. There was also a number of bus routes available to Manchester Piccadilly Gardens so we didn't have to use the car.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and it was very hot all night so couldn’t sleep much, we notified the reception who said they would look at the issue but nothing was fixed, the closest parking was a fair walk away

Perfect for our stay. Only possible grip is the garage for parking has set open/close times. Not convenient at all for early flight departures, late arrivals or delays.

Very modern and clean looking building with nice spacious bedroom with city views. Super comfy large bed and everything I could need-Tv/usb ports etc Really good breakfast with multiple options including healthy options like overnight oats and fresh fruits.

Fabulous 2 night stay for our daughters graduation. Excellent service right from check in with assistance with luggage to room. Beautiful room - very comfortable. Great shower, lovely toiletries. Would definitely recommend.

Hyatt was comfortable. Rooms were nice. The only down side to Hyatt is that they ask for an additional £50 deposit then charge you the next day of £1.20 to release the £50. Its actually £1 surcharge but Hyatt are charging £1.20. Im not bothered by this but i think its ridiculous. If you're going to charge a surcharge, put it in with the price of the room and stop taking additional deposits.

Booked 2 nights for foo fighters concert. Room was brilliant, all you need for a stay. Safe, tv, iron and board and a mi i fridge. Room was large and bed really comfy, plenty of draw and cupboard space. Large free standing mirror with ple ty of sockets. Bathroom was great with a huge power rainfall shower. Large demist mirror and amble space for toiletries. Bathrobe and slippers also supplied. Towels were lush . Whole room was to a very high standard . Hotel is very smart and modern. Bar is modern and service is great. Never ate in hotel. Service as said in bar was friendly and professional as were reception staff. Never used gym or restaurant but they looked lovely. I would use again no problem. A simple uber drive into town or back was approx 7-8 £ but we also walked it in 15 minutes or so but i wouldnt do this at night as you had to go through subways with safety warnings but day time was no problem. All in all a great hotel and we had a great room and stay.

Shower was amazing, probably the best I've experienced at a hotel. Single beds were a decent size but personally found them a little uncomfortable. Air con worked fine but would have been better if the temp went below 19. Staff were excellent and very friendly, would definitely stay here again

The hotel was gorgeous from the entrance to the lift to the corridors to the room. The whole hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. All staff were lovely and we also got an upgrade on arrival due to it being for my boyfriend’s birthday. The only down side to the stay was the hotel was located about 15 mins away from the centre of Manchester, however taxis are always close by and there’s also a metro close by. All in all it was a gorgeous stay and definitely would visit again.

Loved the stay at the hotel, room 902 was more than I expected, I asked for a walk in shower due to bad back and cannot get into bath without being uncomfortable and the room was just nice and spacious. Breakfast was lovely as well. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly yet professional. Definitely a hotel I will choose to stay at whenever I am visiting Manchester.

Stayed for a recent visit to Manchester for a visit to the AO arena, lovely hotel nice bar area where we waited for our rooms to be available, every member of staff we dealt with were very friendly and hardworking, made sure everything we just right for us which is was. Special mention to Eduardo who was fantastic. We parked in the university car park which was £16.50 and just next door. We got a mini bus taxi into the city and it was only £11. The breakfast, wow it was amazing. The best pain au chocolate we have ever tasted and so much choice. Will definitely be our first choice for our next visit to Manchester. Well done Hyatt regency.
