A two night three day trip to hell with the horseman named pestilence

Price switching and office bothering me about noise complaints when it obviously wasn’t me, over and over. Nasty smell in room, refrigerator didn’t work, heater didn’t work. No toiletries

I wouldn't know they did not honor my booking.com reservation

I reached out several Times to let them know it would be a late check in and they did not honor my booking .Com reservations they gave my room away, so.at 1230 am I was left looking for a room for myself and my children 😢 how terrible

the property was fine. staff was very light. had to wait over 10 minutes for check in. when we left in the morning after 9 am the office was locked up tight. nobody to check out with. no receipt

The water pressure was better than most hotels. I like that they were dog friendly

The noise. You can hear everything the traffic the footsteps of people above and below as well as in the hallway.

The bed was comfortable. That’s it.

Having to wait 15 minutes for a person to check me in. The guys hanging outside the facility. The kids playing in the hallway. The people in the room above me fighting.

DONT STAY HERE!!

It was near food and shopping. That was the ONLY good thing.

The room stank. We later figured out the smell was coming from the AC unit and had to spray a half a can of air freshener into the room just to Mitigate the smell. The pillow cases were stained. The bathroom sink was clogged. WORST of all the floor was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Turned every ones feet/socks black! When we cleaned a water spill off the floor with one of the rooms towels it came up black. I manage a hotel in Kalamazoo and I can tell that floor has not been cleaned in a VERY long time. Also don't even think about taking a complaint to the front desk as there was no one there from early in the evening until nearly 9A.M. the next morning. The value may be great but the property is poorly tended to.

Centrally located to our activity and a very nice “kitchen area “.

Very noisy. AC/heater, refrigerator, and US131 all made noise all night long. Barking dog frequently and people talking loudly in the hallway at3:45 am. No extras like in room coffee or blow dryer. Basically no lobby. No breakfast. Good for an extended stay. Not so good for one night. Should have paid more and got a regular hotel.
