Buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La posizione è buona, non lontano si può prendere il tram per il centro storico. La pulizia impeccabile, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, buono anche il prezzo se rapportato ai prezzi lussemburghesi. Consigliatissimo.

Zugang mit Türcode, Vorabinfo war rechtzeitig und verständlich. Unterkunft selbst Top, Top Lage, direkt vorm Weihnachtsmarkt.

Parkplätze sind sehr rar gesäht. Man muss im Viertel suchen, Parkhaus gibt es leider nicht

POINT de CHUTE IDEAL POUR UN CITYTRIP. STUDIO EXTRA et TRES FRAIS. EQUIPEMENT et MATERIAUX NICKELS.

Excellent contact téléphonique avec l'hôte. Quartier très calme. Le logement est situé dans une belle demeure et est extrêmement bien situé . Facilité de stationnement dans le quartier. Le studio était parfait et très très propre, très bien agencé et très bien équipé. Les Matériaux utilisés sont de qualité et le studio est très frais ( velux, excellente aération et chauffage) . Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour un futur citytrip ou un prochain concert au Philharmonie ce qui fut la raison de notre passage à Luxembourg. PARFAIT de bout en bout. 200% Satisfait

Estadía buena.

Fue cómodo para estar dos noches, con lo suficiente para cocinar y descansar. Amablemente nos dejaron guardar nuestro equipaje un par de horas, lo cual fue muy útil.

Hay que tomar en cuenta que es un poco difícil estar en un tercer nivel sin elevador, especialmente al llevar equipaje.

Habitación amplia, elegimos una que tenía terraza. Las instalaciones son muy modernas y estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación es excelente y Nicolas fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia.

Nos quedamos cuatro noches y no hubo cambio de toallas. Deberían dejar más cantidad.

Comfortable studio for a couple!

We had absolutely everything we needed in the studio! Very clean, comfortable and the toilet is spacious as well. The studio is furnished very pleasantly and we had a good night’s sleep because it wasn’t noisy outside. The location is also good, just a 15min walk away from the main attractions. We were delighted to see that the kitchen was fully equipped although we didn’t get to use it as we had to leave early the next day. We appreciate that there was also a fan provided because it can get quite warm at this time. The check in and check out was easy and hassle-free, also Nicolas was very responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Luxembourg!

Very small remark, but maybe extra pillows would be nice!

Not a good night sleep.

The location was OK. The room was clean.

The room door was not sound-proofed and the front door suht with a loud bang. People kept going in and out throughout the night, so it was impossible to sleep. In the room there is no table and chair for working. Capsule coffee is not environmentally friendly.

Clean and nice.

Renovated house in a lively neighborhood, late at night not for kids to walk around alone … close to central station. But with normal sense good to manage.

We arrived late and where three the room was for two but the host solved it beyond his needs. Thanks

Improve soundproonees room door

Good location, near Center, comfortable bed, good kitchen, it was great renovated old building.

Room door is absolutely not soundproof, girl in next room was speaking till 2.30 at night, i feel like she was in y room. I cant sleep at all. My advise for owner to change room doors.

Excellent option for a stay in Luxembourg far away from the crowds. Responsive and generous host.

I really like how fast the host answered every question I had. Although a little far away from the city center the location of this apartment is really good in term of proximity to the train station and regarding quietness. We really love that. There are also a few cafés, restaurants and shops where you can easily buy some food if needed. Finally, the host also let us leave our luggage in storage for a few hours. That was very generous of him.

Although the apartment is really well-equipped and nicely decorated, I would add a little couch to the living room are to make it even more cosier.

Clean and nice apartment near the main station.

The apartment was very clean, easily accessible, located near cafes and bakeries. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment had all facilities. Everything was neatly arranged, the hosts were easily reachable.

There is no parking that belongs to the apartment. However in the street one can find parking in the night. The room had no noise insulation, every noise from the street or the corridor was easily heard.

Excellent - I'll look to use the studio again for my next visit to Luxembourg.

Accessing the property and studio via access code was brilliant - no possibility of losing keys. The shower was amazing, as was having a smart TV. The bottles of water in the fridge were a welcome surprise after a long day's travel.

Air conditioning would have tipped it over the edge!

Modern apartment in old building

Clean apartment, very modern in a beautiful building. Parking on the street is free on the weekend. Check in is easy with number code. Small kitchen with stove and even a microwave, however no oil or spices. The room also has air conditioning. The location is not directly by the sights but its easy walking distance. For example 15 minutes to Gelle fra. And there is a tram station close by which takes you to the center. Would definitely come back again.

Our apartment was on the third floor with no lift, for us this was no problem but if you have mobility issues this might be a problem. You hear the neighbours in the apartment next door, but at night it was quiet.

Excellent clean roomy top spec. The door entry very efficient and the decor beautiful. Bed very comfortable. We'll stocked above standards I normally receive. 10/10.

I know weathers out of your control, but it's very warm, but the fan was a kind gesture. Probably needs air conditioning. Everything else is perfect

The floor on which I was staying had another guest studio, but the common door would loudly slam shut each time the guests came and went (as would the doors to the respective rooms).
