The flat has been entirely renovated in 2023, with a deep restoration aimed at preserving floors, ceilings and ancient elements, combining them with the most modern comforts.
Particular care was given to soundproofing the exterior, making the property an oasis of tranquillity and elegance just a stone's throw from St. Mark's and on the most famous promenade in all of Venice.
The spaces are large, totalling 300 square meters, with high ceilings and large windows, including a traditional three-light gothic window with balcony overlooking St. Mark's Basin.
The living area consists of several rooms, all extraordinarily bright and stylishly furnished.
The sleeping area offers four large, quiet rooms with double beds and designer bathrooms.
The kitchen, overlooking the palace's private green courtyard, is comfortable and equipped with all appliances.
Ca’ Navagero, was the historical domicile of the aristocratic Navagero family. From the end of the 1300’s this family provided Venice with many important politicians, ambassadors, writers and historians, one of them being Andrea Navagero. He was very important in the cultural history of Renaissance Venice. The palazzo has origins dating as far back as 1400 and is represented in a famous painting of Jacopo De Barbari from 1500.
Between the 17th and 18th centuries the palazzo underwent transformations but continues to withhold its original aristocratic charm. Still today, the palace is home to artistic and architectural master works. The façade with its arches built in the 1400’s, the balcony, the entrance hall, the wooden ceilings and the inner court with its fountain decorated with the Navagero family crest are a few examples.
The restored and renovated Palazzo welcomes its guests exuding fascination, charm, elegance, and a great feeling of history. Situated on the Riva degli Schiavoni across from the Island of San Giorgio the Palazzo offers our guests an impressive view of the Laguna, the Doges’ Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the Grand Canal (Canal Grande) the Church of St Mary of Salvation (Santa Maria della Salute), the canal of the Giudecca and the Church of the Palladio dating from the 500’s. The view also includes the Islands of S. Servolo, Armeni, and the Lido of Venice that meets with the gardens of Castello where the international exposition of the Biennale and S. Elena are located.

Set along Riva degli Schiavoni, opposite the Island of S. George enjoys spectacular views of the basin S. Marco, ranging from the Palazzo Ducale, the Grand Canal and the Church of Health, the Giudecca Canal and the churches of the sixteenth century Palladio, the islands of S. Servolo and the Armenians, the Lido and closing on the green lung of the city, the gardens of the Castle of the international headquarters of the Biennale and S. Helen.

The Palazzo is located on the Riva degli Schiavoni, along the walkway connecting St Mark’s Square (Piazza San Marco) to the gardens of Sant Elena. We are truly in the heart of the city where the palaces, the churches, the museums, and the most famous Venetian sights: the Doges’ Palace (Palazzo Ducale), St Mark’s Basilica (Basilica San Marco), Church of St Zachary (San Zaccaria), the Church of Pieta where Antonio Vivaldi had his music school, the Correr Museum, the Arsenale, all these historical sights within 10 walking minutes.
Residents, giving the area its lively folkloristic atmosphere with its small boutiques, grocery shops, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and post office, still principally populate the neighborhood.
