Other things to note
Wild & wonderful isn’t just a motto here in Harpers Ferry. Bolivar and Harpers Ferry are adjacent to the national park protected wilderness area, and the wildlife hasn’t heard about property lines yet! You may see wild animals on the property during your stay. In the early morning and late afternoon, deer will stroll over from the national park to graze on our grass. Possum and raccoon will roam the alleys looking for a snack. You may even see a snake or two or a big bug. These critters are all part of our ecosystem and we treat them with respect and caution. Like the old adage says, “look but don’t touch,” but our furry friends do make pretty good photo subjects.

Great location close to everything. Easy in and out. All amenities were available. We loved the record collection. WiFi was a little hit or miss but it doesn’t change my rating. Fantastic place and highly recommend!

The property is very nice & quiet. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The only problem we had was that both bathrooms are off of a bedroom. So the third bedroom can only access a bathroom by going into another bedroom. But the upstairs bedroom has two full/queen beds so we just doubled up two of us in one bedroom so we would all have access, especially in the night to a bathroom. I would recommend this place readily.

This is a spacious, comfortable home. Walking distance to dining, wine and convenience store. A bit far to downtown Harpers Ferry, but doable. We brought our own grill for outdoor cooking. Amy was super responsive to all my questions prior to our trip. I'd recommend this location to friends and family if ever in the area.
