Suitable place to stay/unfriendly staff

The location felt safe within a gated community. The room itself had everything you'd need and we were happy to see the kitchen unit.

I was very disappointed that when we arrived the staff acted as though they were confused/surprised we were there even though I told them the exact times I'd be arriving. Then when I said my name they were laughing amongst themselves about the pronunciation (or something as they were speaking about my name to each other in fast Spanish which I couldn't understand making it doubly offensive). There was no greeting, no hello, no welcome, no tour of the living facilities, no explanation about the WiFi or any of the facilities and then we didn't hear anything from them again which is fine but, we didn't feel very welcome which was disappointing to say the least.

-Plants -Location is ok

-not so much privacy -Could be cleaner &needs new curtains -needs to provide more consistently filter tank water -Personel should upgrade their ethics, offer better solutions regarding shifting rooms or accommodating to a particular rooms by valuing more customers satisfaction than gaining more pity pennies.

El staff del hostel muy amable y predispuesto a ayudar. A ubicación era buena, un poco alejado del lío del centro pero cerca de todo La habitación con baño privado era un plus

La cocina, realmente se notaba que le faltaban limpieza así que decidimos no cocinar allí A la noche se cortaba automáticamente la luz en el patio así que si estabas comiendo o charlando tenías que esperar un rato para que se vuelva a encender

Fue un buen lugar, no tan cercano a la quinta avenida y más cercano a la estación ADO ALTERNA, ademas de una avenida por donde pasan buses/combis, tenía buen WiFi, y en general era funcional, los host fueron amables y atentos a resolver inquietudes

Pensé que las habitaciones serían un poco más nuevas, más claras, pero en general estuvo bien

Mysig lägenhet med fantastiskt läge. Nära till affärer och stranden var bara ca 10 min gångväg. Vi älskade området och kommer gärna tillbaka igen! Anana var också väldigt trevlig

Köket hade kunnat vara bättre. Det fanns bara en kokplatta och en liten stekpanna som rymde ett ägg. Det fanns heller inte tallrikar, bestick eller glas så att det räckte till hela familjen. Men vi fick det att fungera ändå och när vi bad om en vattenkokare så fick vi det direkt. Vi hade även önskat att vi fick lite information om exempelvis vart man slänger sopor och att det fanns sopskyffel eller liknande så man kunde städa. Men vi fick allt sådant när vi bad om det.

Esta cercas de la 5ta avenida , esta cercas de un Soriana y de lugares Para comer, esta cercas de donde pasan las combis , es muy seguro y llegas rápido a todos lados , y esta cercas del lugar de encuentro para llevarte a los tours plaza las perlas

Mejorar sus cazuelas, ya estaban viejas y tuvimos que comprar una

No esperar demasiado

El acceso autónomo sin problemas.

Nos cambiaron de habitación diciendo que pasábamos a una categoría superior, aunque no nos dió esa sensación. Muchísimo olor a humedad. La cocina no tenía los elementos necesarios (hubo que ir a buscarlos a la cocina general del edificio de enfrente).

Very good

The place is in a great location, you can walk 15 minutes to the 5th Avenue and there's a lot of places to eat around the place. You can also find vegetarian ans vegans options. I totally recommend a vegetarian tamales around there you can walk 10 minutes and find the tamales and juices.

I recommend that the bed can be a little bit bigger, especially if you will share the bed.

Anana, the pace to be

Anana was great! The host responded for each question I had on booking in less than 1h. He was taking care that my experience was the best. My room was located next to the WIFI Hotspot and the signal was very strong and good for remote working. I haven't had any internet related issues. AC and Fan are provided for the room and the location ist basically just next to a huge grocery store.

The location seems in first place like a coliving but it has a high turn rate of clients which sometimes makes it hard to connect to people. Additionally, the setup provides no comfy common area in case of bad weather. The only real issue I had: basic article is daily use were refilled only once a week. And the shower was in that way designed that water doesn't exit via the plug hole but was more running into the room. Those are just high level disadvantages since there is not more to complain about.
