The Space:
You will have exclusive use of this spacious and stylish 5 bedroom house.

With a separate living room you can relax after a long day of exploring or working. This is a great place to either chat or watch your favourite TV programmes or movie.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and also equipped with a smart TV. It has ample space to sit and relax or chat while enjoying a glass of wine. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, large hob unit, dishwasher, microwave and all that is needed in terms of pots and pans, cookware, crockery, cutlery and, of course, corkscrew.

Whether you prefer a casual or more formal dining arrangement this space will allow you the flexibility to use it as you wish and feel at home. The dining space enjoys south light and patio door access to a south-facing garden. A patio with outside furniture provides the perfect spot for those warmer days and evenings

We understand that each group has different needs, which is why we offer flexibility in bed arrangements. Whether you're a business group looking to maximize single beds or a family group looking for king size beds, with a little notice we can provide fully for your needs. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV, to offer maximum flexibility.

All bedrooms are of generous size and are equipped with smart TV’s, clothes hanging space, hairdryer, long mirror, bedside tables and lamps

A bathroom, shower room and en-suite to the master bedroom will ensure adequate washing facilities to avoid queues!

Our property is ideal for extended family groups looking for a comfortable and convenient base while enjoying all the attractions that Southampton and the surrounding area has to offer. Stay in Style is in a residential street adjacent to one the the main secondary retail areas of Southampton, with a Sainsbury's and Lidl nearby and both Asda and Tesco superstores only 5 and 10 minutes drive away. The local shopping street also offers a large variety of coffee bars, small restaurants and takeways to suit a variety of tastes. For grander events the town centre is easily accessible by bus or is just a 5 minutes drive by car, offering all nationalities of restaurants and city events
