This cosy 4 bedroom house comes with:

• 2 x double beds
• 2 x single beds (bunk bed, not for adult use)
• Free Wi-Fi
• 8 seat table which can be used as workspace.
• 6 seat garden table
• Smart TV
• Well-appointed kitchen with cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs for tea and coffee, glasses, pots & pans, chopping board and cooking essentials.
• Hair dryer
• Iron and ironing board
• Washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher
• Initial supply of hand soap, shower gel and shampoo included
• Bed linens and towels included
• Initial supply of washing up liquid, salt, pepper, standard tea bags, coffee, milk sachets, toilet roll & kitchen roll included

Other Things to Note:
As the property is located on a road, whilst the traffic is slow moving guests should expect a normal amount of road/town based noise.
The stairs are fairly steep and there is no hand rail, we advise taking care when climbing the stairs.
The bunk bed is not for adult use. It could be dangerous if the top bunk was to be used by an adult.
